Ak-mir Döner in Binnenstad-Zuid

They didn't start making the food until 20 minutes later. When I wanted a refund instead of making it, they couldn't. Worthless place.

Food took a very long time, staff was not friendly. Worthless company.

I'm a tourist and i wanted to try döner kabab for the first time in my life and the fries tasted like they were old and fried 2 times without salt don't recommend

First time ordering from here, everything was hot and exceptionally delicious! Friendly delivery driver, definitely recommended!

So far, I've only gotten takeout from here at night, but every time it's been delicious. Good value for money, too. Always ready quickly, and despite the crowds and late hours, it's served with a smile. Top place!

The food was delicious, average... the service was fast and efficient. But the bathroom doesn't have water in the sink. It's unpleasant to use the bathroom and not be able to wash your hands. 🫠

Staff were accommodating when I asked for a variation to my vegetarian wrap. The wrap was delicious, the sauce is so good!

Kip shoarma was the smallest serving ever for 8.50 euros. They also scammed us for a drink accusing of taking a drink even though the drink was put back.

A really great store with handy and easy ordering terminals. The employees are very nice. The hair salon was really great and the Turkish pizza was also really tasty. The sambal was really spicy, but I actually liked that. It is very affordable. I will definitely come here more often.

Really seriously bad I got sick

We stopped by for a snack on a Thursday night. The place was busy, the only staff member present worked extremely efficiently, with respect. Food was good.

The best food we ever ate that we bought!!! This place is amazing! We were so welcomed and it was a blessing this place was open. Was driving for 13h and we arrived at 4am and bought expensive groceries on the way to assure we have food but then we arrived and this place was open and my wife walked towards it and we already had a nice chat with the group that seemed to be frequent client there and obviously from there. We got introduced to the place and I was just so tired and hungry and we just took a local recommendation and it was this rolled pizza and it was just mind-blowing good!! Mine was with beef and my woman had her's with chicken, both were amazing! The next day we went again and I just asked for whatever he recommends us again and we had a small crispy chicken bucket as well and again we were just in a "what a delicious food koma" after that! Best place we have eaten so far and I have eaten in many, many places also 5 star restaurants and this is way better than anything I had before. Humble, delicious food made with love and passion and you can taste that! I highly recommend everyone to go and eat there, you won't regret it and it is clearly a local hotspot, there is always people going there.

Aggressive employees. Unless you feel like getting punched in the face with your pita cheese, you should eat here. What a bizarre experience, please learn ways before you open your own catering business.

The food is good, staff is good but please fix the water in the bathroom it's been like this for at least a year. You can't expect people to feel comfortable eating here when they can't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. Unless that's what you're going for of course

It was better in the past. Everything now has to be done via order terminals and you have to pay for a little sauce on your food per sauce. Sambal and garlic now costs you an extra euro. Enough other tents.

I've never had to wait 24 minutes for fries and a frikandel sandwich. It seems as if all orders are made in order instead of at the same time. Mayo is like salad dressing.

Veruit de beste döner in de streek van Leiden en omstreken, waarschijnlijk zelfs de lekkerste döner van alle döners die ik ooit heb gegeten. Sfeer valt wel erg laag gezien het een "beuktent" is.

Prima zaak, maar om eerlijk te zeggen zeker niet de beste Döner uit leiden en beetje duur. Voor extra sambal moet je ook bijbetalen… Wel apart dat je hier alleen kan betalen met cash zonder gebruik te maken van de nieuwe ‘macdonalds’ bestel machine.

This döner shop has a freaking kiosk where you can order your food. I think it's the first shop where I have ever seen one and I don't think I want anything else now...

Lekkerste Turk die ik ken met zeer goede prijzen, absolute aanrader

Laatst geweest om na middernacht nog even een lekkere hap te halen, echter kwam ik er, na 7 euro neergelegd te hebben voor een pizza kalf, achter dat het vlees niet te vreten was. Totaal niet enthousiast over deze toko alhamdoulillah. Wel tot laat open daarom 2 ster.Astafirgullah

Eerste bestelling gedaan rekening gehouden met een tegenvaller. Ik was blij verrast! Lekkerste kapsalon kip, die ik gegeten heb. Verse salade, knapperige friet, heerlijke kip, warm en snel bezorgd! Tweede ervaring : lekker en vriendelijke medewerker.

Akmir heeft altijd een lekkere hap klaar staan voor een kleine prijs. Met afstand de beste döner in Leiden + het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Wij bestelde hier gisteravond en willen nu eigenlijk opnieuw bestellen. Bless Akmir!

Bestelling was niet juist, eten was 20 min. te laat, eten was koud. Het eten was wel goed op smaak. En dit allemaal op een doordeweekse dag.

Lekker eten, maar de tafrls en vloer mogen wel wat schoner 's Nachts. Verder prima!
