Annie's Bakery in Wijk 02 West

Beautiful and tidy bakery. Friendly staff and a wide selection.

We come here regularly for sandwiches and sausage rolls and are usually always satisfied. Unfortunately, today the sausage rolls were not fresh. When I pointed this out politely, they were exchanged, but the employee threw the new rolls onto the counter and reacted very unfriendly, remarking that she had baked them herself. It is a real shame, because that is not how you treat regular customers. My tip: invest in more customer-friendly staff!

What I don't like is bakeries that just sell the same frozen and then baked things as AH and all the other supermarket "bakeries" but at a higher price. The gehaktball roll is quite awful, the worstenbrood underwhelming. A lot of the other items looked straight out from AH's bakery stand

We have bought many products here right from the start, namely artisanal and sourdough bread, baguettes, and Easter rolls, and it is always a great success: literally oven-fresh, very crispy and tasty, highly recommended!!
