Delicious food and a lovely owner. We were helped well and had a delicious meal. Definitely recommended. Free parking on top of the roof of flora Holland. Take the elevator down and you'll walk right into the restaurant. Cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. Closing times are not as the website indicates, they remain open until the last guests have left.

Mr. Jac. Takkade 35Signature offers what can best be described as standard hotel dining. The menu is fairly typical, and while some dishes stand out slightly, others fall short. The goat cheese salad was the highlight of the meal — fresh, flavorful, and nicely balanced. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match up. Service was noticeably slow despite the restaurant not being very busy, which made the overall experience drag. The burger lacked seasoning and could have benefited from even a touch of salt to bring out the flavor. The fries, while generously portioned, were soggy and would have been much better with a crispier finish. Overall, Signature is serviceable for a quick hotel bite, but it’s far from memorable.
