Delicious fries as always. Lots of mayo. Friendly lady behind the counter.

Bad staff. You're waiting to be helped, and then they start unpacking multiple boxes. If they get a phone call, they answer it first. No contact was made with me, and the call was jovial and definitely not an order. I walked away, and they certainly didn't care, or didn't even notice, because of the call. I'd also heard from people around me that things have gotten significantly worse since the new owner arrived. It's a shame, but they won't see me anymore... I'll just drive on to Velp, where customers are still treated well.

I think it deserves 5 stars. I've been here a few times now. The fries are delicious, generous portions, and the staff are lovely. I got fries here for the first time last week. They tasted great, and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Since the new owner took over, it's been a mess... meatballs in gravy are already sold out after 2 p.m., the prices have skyrocketed, the fries are dry, hard, and inedible, the famous bamibal (meatball) is only lukewarm from behind the counter, and if you ask to have it straight from the fryer, they won't do it anymore. These days, there's a kid helping out who can't count and is rude... in short... it's gone downhill since the new owner took over, and you can tell by the customer base... It's a good thing De Gastronoom has opened on Westplein... large portions, tasty, friendly staff, and above all... the food you order is HOT!!!!

People ordered food and paid by 50, yes sorry I didn't get it back and that at 1.30 pm. And the staff was not pleasant

Been through it a few times now. That if you arrive around 5:35 / 5:45 PM you can no longer order anything. The door says open until 6:00 PM. It is a bit strange if you can no longer order anything during opening hours. I already said something about this last time. But good benefit of the doubt l, it happened again this week. Do you want to continue selling fries or do you want to lose customers? It seems like today's person would rather lose customers... very unfortunate because the food is good and the owner is friendly!

Every now and then you come across something special. That is the case here. Very friendly service AND an excellent bami dish. Not a factory thing. We make it home made and DELICIOUS. Topper.

Ordered fries and Mexicano. Both were only in the grease for a few seconds to a minute. Too raunchy for words! Waste of money.

Wij hebben gisteren een bami schijf gegeten en was anders dan normaal erg plakkerig van binnen,zijn wij niet gewend van Kruitwagen,verder komen wij er graag.

Zo vriendelijk en gastvrij, deze man. Een patat is zo veel, die kunnen we met z'n tweeën op. Hoefde.niets te vragen. Twee vorkjes werden er bij gegeven. Liefdevol meedenken.

Fijne zaak. Ziet er sfeervol uit. Heeft 1 hoek waar je op de bank kan zitten, rest barkrukken aan hoge tafels. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Ruime portie friet, lekkere snacks. Heerlijke softijs! Personeel altijd vriendelijk!

Nasi en bami blijft er lekker,maar de prijs wordt wel hoog helaas.

Hier hebben ze de beste bami & nasi schijf die ik ooit geproefd heb! Verder nodigt de inrichting van de automatiek uit om even te blijven zitten en is het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Goede snackbar, heel goede snacks, lekkere pindasaus. Kom er een aantal keer per jaar!! Ook de broodjes gebakken ei vind ik erg lekker. Goed verzorgd met bestek. Prima!

Prima snackbar met lekkere frites en lekkere snacks. Vriendelijke bediening en de prijzen vallen enorm mee. Flinke porties frites. De nieuwe locatie is iets minder prettig te bereiken, als je een bestelling voor thuis moet halen. In deze corona tijd is het erg lastig om gepaste afstand te houden met andere gasten / bezoekers, omdat de zaak nogal smal is.

Hier wordt het lekkerste softijs van Arnhem en omstreken verkocht!! Absoluut een aanrader dus... Trouwens, de snacks zijn ook super 👍👊
