A nice döner sandwich is not really optimal. I am asked if I want everything on it and I clearly say “yes, everything on it EXCEPT tomato” and then he puts tomato on it anyway. After this incident he asked if I wanted to eat it right away. I clearly say “eat right away” he doesn't show this so I repeat myself. And I don't know what he did, but I think he didn't understand me again so he starts looking around the store a bit arrogantly with an angry look on his face.

Food is cheap and has a big portion.

It's a shame that it was taken over, the previous owners were really busy with their business... everything was ten times tastier than it is now... He even gave me free sandwiches because I had good contact with him... But now... Every now and then you see people making your food and they look like they come from the street... I ordered a hair salon, fries were not drained... And suddenly a woman with dirty henna hands came and spread cheese over it... While someone was already working on it... Without gloves... when she had put cheese on it... I walked away. She didn't even wash her hands and they were a dirty brown from henna... When she did that she walked out of the store to do something else..... Yeah, sorry... I just left... You don't treat my food like that... I hope you enjoyed it...

This is not really a bakery, more of a shawarma shop. I ordered a bread and a cheese/onion type sandwich. I received lukewarm/cold without a smile, the regular bread in a plastic bag. There was no way to say hello. In short, mediocre baker.

I was called black in Turkish thinking I didn't know by a woman. I could understand and felt disrespected as a customer. The prices are indeed cheap, but my Turkish pizza was very burnt at the bottom and I was given onion even though I specifically did not ask for it due to my allergy. I don't find this acceptable for such a beautiful store with a cheap price!

Havent even tasted the food yet, however I am made to wait longer because they forgot half my order. The other half was already served to a customer by accident, which was then taken back, the salad removed because it had something we did not like. New salad was added and we got it served like there was nothing wrong. So much for trying new kebab places, before tasting the food I can tell you I’m not returning. Not gonna review the flavor because even if it’s the best kebab in the world I would not return because of hygene/restaurant etiquette. Afterward they almost made us pay twice, cannot recommend

I came there for the first time a year ago, because I had received a Christmas gift voucher for a döner sandwich. I never ate this before. Now they have another customer and the choice always falls on a döner sandwich. Sooooo delicious!

It is a real shame that you cannot give this bakery ten stars, I can say with certainty that you can get the best hair salon and other Turkish food in Schiedam here. I give the staff a 10, very nice and helpful and the food is also delicious. I recommend anyone visiting Schiedam to stop by Bakery Aya Hicret. You certainly won't regret it. I have a record & game shop nearby and so I come there quite regularly. Always croissants for myself and the inevitable donner sandwich for my son. With all the finishing touches. Friendly people and top quality.
