BACK in Wijk 28 Centrum

I was craving chicken so I got the top rated mexicano and it was heavenly

Ordered via thuisbezorgd. Estimated time 56 minutes. An hour later we called the restaurant directly to hear its on the way. 40 minutes later we were starving and ordered something else. 20 minutes later the order got officially cancelled. Did get my money back a couple days later… I want to add a photo but nothing arrived. I ordered 2x “Mexicano, healthy” last Saturday (may 4th) around 9pm.

Very tasty but arrived super cold.

It seems like the portions continue to shrink every time. It's easy if you offer a promotion of 1+1 free and then simply divide one portion over two containers... then just don't do a discount promotion so that people do receive a decent portion of food.

I recently ordered a meal from BACK and was thoroughly disappointed. The portion was ridiculously small, the presentation sad, and the flavor uninspired. And I can tell you it’s not cheap. Save your money and skip this place.

Tempeh was disappointing, for 15 euros I know better places to get it

The chicken was unbelievably good!! People in the kitchen were super kind and responsive too. Soups were awesome too. Definitely recommend it

I ordered a normal portion of beafeater. Instead I got a large portion (way too much for me and also much more expensive!) and it didn't come with rice (as stated on the menu) but pasta. I could not speak Dutch and the English mumbling of the staff was unintelligible. While waiting there was a huge scream from the kitchen. I don't know what was going on, but it sounded awful. All in all not recommended. Too bad, because the concept sounds good.

**EDIT BELOW** Recently decided to try BACK after seeing their options and deals on Uber Eats. I ordered without any expectations. Let me tell you, I was blown away by the quality of food I received. Everything was so fresh but most importantly, it was super tasty! The combinations are really good and so are the portions! This is definitely value for money in my books! Because of this I will certainly order again! **EDIT** Since my last post I've continued to purchase from BACK quite regularly. I must commend them on always keeping the standards high. The food is always fresh and I have noticed that the portion sizes are consistent lately, in a good way. Definitely a good way to have a healthy meal.

Have now ordered from BACK a number of times and have always been very satisfied. This is ideal during evening services! I think it's great that they offer so many healthy(er) meals that can still be customized. They often have some offers, which offers the luxury of ordering here more often. Something went wrong with my order tonight and it was my own fault. Yet I was helped so neatly and quickly that you don't experience that much these days. Keep it up!

Regularly order from BACK on Uber eats when I want something tasty and healthy and can't be bothered cooking myself. Always happy. Might even venture down in person soon.

Great option if you’re too lazy to cook but still want to have a healthy option. Bought from Uber eats and not disappointed.

Nice spot, Good service, a bit on the pricy side but it's good and fresh food.

Na onderstaande review is er heel netjes contact met me opgenomen en is op een goede manier met het probleem omgegaan. Top service van BACK dus wat dat betreft. "Eten besteld bij BACK via UberEats, het eten was helaas koud en ook nog incompleet. UberEats wil weinig tot niets doen. BACK is ondertussen telefonisch totaal onbereikbaar. Onwijs lekker! Gezond, goeie portie. Wel iets te veel rijst, maar goed dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Ben blij dat er een goede gezonde en lekker alternatief is! Bovendien zijn ze ook onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Keep it up! Wij zijn fan! Grt v jullie buren!

BACK ligt in een super gezellige straat en is heel makkelijk te bereiken. De winkel is prachtig ingericht en de sfeer is echt top. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze helpen mij elke keer weer super goed bij het uitkiezen van een maaltijd. Het eten is vers en ontzettend lekker. De promiscuous prawn is echt mijn favoriet!

Christos the store manager was super friendly and gave us an amazing advice on what to eat. We went with the promiscuous prawns and we loved it.
