Delicious sandwiches and juices, lots of choice. Especially the warm sandwich with omelette is delicious and the cheese sandwich with crème fraîche.

Excellent eatery for a quick bite. Offers a wide range of sandwiches (including vegetarian), hot soups, smoothies, fresh fruit, hot drinks and deserts. There’s enough seating area. Food is tasty, staff is smiling and friendly. Perfect for a hot stop while Christmas shopping.

Nice, clean, simple, efficient. I loved it. It is a relatively cheap place, yet you will find tasty sandwiches with fresh ingredients.

Yesterday I visited BackWERK at the fair because I was hungry. Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and there was a tense atmosphere. To make matters worse, I found several hairs on my sandwich, which is absolutely unacceptable. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here. Because of this bad experience I will never order from here again. Hopefully something will be done about the service and hygiene soon.

Unprofessional communication and unequal treatment I would like to share my disappointing experience at Backwerk Tilburg. I recently visited the branch on Julian van Stolbergstraat with my family. Around 5:15 PM we were asked by a young employee to leave the terrace because the terrace had to be closed, even though the closing time was at 6:00 PM. We brought our own food, but did buy drinks inside. However, what bothered us most was that we were the first to be asked to leave, while other customers who had not purchased anything were only asked to leave fifteen minutes later. This felt very unfair. Moreover, we were told that it was not clear that the drinks were ours, even though the employee had helped me five minutes earlier and I was even able to show the receipt. Although the manager later indicated by email that the closing time of the terrace is 5 p.m. and that this was a miscommunication, I did not find the way my complaint was handled professionally. It felt as if no solution was really thought about, and I found the salutation of the emails ("Hi name") unprofessional for a business correspondence. All in all, despite the apology and promise to improve communication, I feel reluctant to return to this branch because of the way we were treated. I hope this feedback helps them to improve service and customer treatment.

Tasty sandwiches. Well priced. And what's left goes to Too Good To Go. They take great care to ensure that food is not thrown away.

Good options of sandwiches and variety of vegetarian. The ingredients are not fresh. The bagel was super dry and stale. Coffee is very basic. Good for on the go that is it.

Het eten is opzich gewoon goed,behalve dat ze de prijs omhoog hebben gedaan en er minder beleg op doen. Klantvriendelijkheid?? Daarvoor moet je er niet zijn,ook al kom je er vaak,ze kennen je niet. De gastvrouw is zeer chagrijnig met soms een neplachje wat snel weer verdwijnt achter haar gewoonlijke chagrijnige gezicht. De gastheer heeft opzich een vriendelijk gezicht maar als je de mensen niet aan durft te kijken of normaal kunt communiceren met klanten dan heb je daar ook weinig aan. En dan 50 cent vd wc vragen terwijl je er gegeten hebt?? Bereken da dan in je prijs zodat t niet opvalt hoe zielig da is!! Nogmaals het eten is goed,maar ons zien ze pas weer als die 2 dinosauriërs ingeruild zijn. Ik zou mijn excuses aanbieden maar wie ben ik,gewoon accepteren en ervan leren!! Good place to eat something quick. The products and snacks are fresh. It is self-service and there is a place to sit down to eat.

The food itself is just good, except that they have raised the price and put less toppings on it. Customer friendliness?? You shouldn't be there for that, even if you come there often, they don't know you. The hostess is very grumpy with sometimes a fake smile that quickly disappears behind her usual grumpy face. The host has a friendly face, but if you don't dare to look at people or communicate normally with customers, then that is of little use to you. And then ask for 50 cents from the toilet while you have eaten there?? Then calculate that in your price so that you don't notice how pathetic that is!! Once again the food is good, but they won't see us again until those 2 dinosaurs have been exchanged. I would apologize but who am I, just accept it and learn from it!! Kind regards, Twan Leijten

Bad experience, you bunch of racists.

Delicious food and drinks, but what really doesn't sit well with me is that they dare to charge 50 cents for the toilet for paying customers (there were two of us). Unfortunately, the gentleman in question was not really understanding, even after showing my medical toilet pass and after I explained that I have diabetes and need to administer insulin for that. No more Back Work for us.

Scandalous sandwich!! Quickly grabbed a bagel during the break. Once I got back this was what I got!! No more back work for me!

Bad service. Ordered 4 sandwiches online, of which we only received 1. Then after half an hour I finally got hold of someone. He told us that it was just a matter of concern, which of course was not the case. After another 15 minutes of waiting for an update, we were told that Backwerk really didn't make the mistake, and that we should solve it with home delivery.

Ze hebben lekkere broodjes en goede koffie. Wel vind ik het erg jammer dat je als betalende gast (denk aan: lunch voor 2 personen) ook nog 50 cent per persoon moet betalen voor het toilet.

Een goede broodjeszaak alles is Lekker mooie winkel en zuiver vriendelijk personeel alleen jammer je moet betalen voor wc dus ik ga nooit na wc

Altijd lekker om hier binnen te lopen en de heerlijke broodjes te proberen waarvan ze ook vaak nieuwe broodjes in het assortiment hebben, niet alleen de broodjes zijn hier lekker het personeel is ook altijd heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor een snelle lunch raadt ik deze plek zeker aan of je nu vega wilt of niet er is keus voor iedereen!

De broodjes etc. waren verbazingwekkend lekker, sapjes vers en de service & vriendelijkheid een voorbeeld voor anderen. Echt een aanrader om te gaan eten, of je nu alleen bent of net als ons een stads-uitje hebt. Bedankt aan het personeel!

Lekker eten! Lekker als tussendoortje. Dikke prima! Helemaal toppie! Tafels mogen wel wat schoner, maar het eten is lekker. Of had ik dat al gezegd?

Wil je voor weinig geld een lekker broodje dan ben je bij backwerk aan het juiste adres. De broodjes worden duidelijk gepresenteerd en zien er goed uit. De prijzen variëren van €1,50 voor een kaiserbroodje tot €3,50.voor een baguette. De drankjes zijn ook zeer aantrekkelijk geprijsd. Er is een semi open keuken waar je de bereiding kunt gadeslaan. Er zijn binnen voldoende zitplaatsen, maar bij goed weer kun je ook buiten plaatsnemen.

Wat een fijn plekje om even te lunchen tijdens het shoppen. In de binnenstad, verse smoothies, fruit, broodjes.
