No breakfast options, just regular coffee, poor service

I have been to this bakery 3 times now. Looks well cared for with beautiful products. Asked last week if the 6 pastries could be packed per 2 because the fridge of the camper is not that big. Now on Thursday I went again and without asking the pastries were packed per 2 again because the lady still knew that I was at the campsite when she gave me the receipt after paying to save, with 300 euros a free product. I find that thoughtful now. So nothing but 10 stars.

Delicious products. Too bad that the employee who helped us stacked fruit cakes, causing the bottom one to be completely crushed. A number of times later, another employee packed the products properly.

Delicious to watch. It's delicious to eat. A very large selection of baked goods, cakes and pastries. We tried a little bit, but it turned out to be not enough.

Not hospitable, couldn't even get coffee at 9:30 in the morning, while the site states that coffee is always ready.

The real Drenthe Baker! With Drenthe cookies, Drenthe buns (pastry) and healthy sandwiches. Nice gift items and packages.

Our mother turned 80 years old! Ordered cake online and it would be delivered by Berghuis Zuidwolde. It was supposed to be delivered at half past ten. At half past two we came to pick up mom and then we discovered that they had no cakes. Contacted Beilen, in brief. Something went wrong, the cake is in Zuidwolde, you can pick it up yourself or get your money back. In my opinion this is not a solution. This was also indicated, but they did not come up with another solution. Got very angry, no solution I then called Zuidwolde and they were certainly not happy about it. They called me back and would quickly deliver the cake by bike. They don't want a bad name, the entire care home is provided by Berghuis.. BIG THUMBS FOR ZUIDWOLDE. Beilen called back, I was supposed to be called by the boss, but I haven't heard anything so far. NICELY ARRANGED BOSS!!! I will NEVER order from here again!!! Paid 7.50 for delivery and 35 cents for ideal, but no apologies or nothing. I thought compensation was reasonable.

the customer service is impeccable from a particular employee named Cillia, but she stopped coming to work so she didn't believe she had quit or been fired. I have no idea why this would happen, but it's definitely a mistake and their bread hasn't been the same since.

Vriendelijke bediening, lekkere koffie en een heerlijk gebakje 😃

Prima bakkerij. Lekker brood en gebak. Aanrader zijn de Drentse Kontjes, heerlijk, maar de taart versie is misschien nog wel lekkerder! Vriendelijk personeel en fijne service. Voor de feestdagen altijd lekkere extra's. Bestellen op de website is dan wel handig. Het is dan erg druk!

Lekkere broodjes en veel keuze in het gebak. In deze bakkerij houden ze ook rekening met mensen met allergie.

Weinig personeel kaasbroodje zat geen smaak aan

Bij deze bakker was het goed , keurige behandeling en vriendelijk , en de Beiler kontjes waren overheerlijk .

Roombroodjes, vruchtensloffen en frikandellen broodje alles was niet vers! Dagverse adverteren jullie mee.

Prima plekje voor koffie en appeltaart. Koffie uit automaat. Leek wat zoet. Appeltaart was lekker

Goed brood, heerlijk slagroomgebak zonder nootjes als je wilt. En vriendelijk personeel

Leuke winkel, alleen jammer dat sommige personeelsleden niet luisteren naar de mensen. Als je vertelt dat je vla wil, maar dat de enige doos die er staat, een paar kapotte pakken bevat hier geen actie wordt ondernomen. Dus weg zonder vla, jammer!

Gweldige producten en zeer hulpvaardig personeel. Helaas wonen we iets te ver weg. Anders werden we stamklant!

Wij hebben een "lekker kontje" gegeten. De moeite waard.

Altijd veel elektra materiaal op voorraad, zeker specialistisch materiaal voor meterkasten. Redelijke prijzen.

Maakt heerlijke taarten en brood. Echt een aanrader!

Overheerlijke producten, zeker aan te raden

Lekker vers brood. Kopen wij elke week.

Goede bakker. Maar personeel weet niet welke soorten brood er op de site staan. Dat er zelfs een folder van gedownload kan worden is niet bekend. En de bakker zou mij terug bellen, maar is een week later nog niet gebeurd.

In de winkel weten ze niet eens welke soorten brood er op hun website staan. Hebben ze nog nooit van gehoord.
