Bakery Paul Schalke in Wijk 01 Naaldwijk

Been a regular customer for years, because of the taste. But now, never again.😡 Previously, you could order themed cakes, which were sometimes good, but they don't do that anymore. Then you order a cake by email and get a completely different cake when you pick it up.😨 We called to ask if they still make the number cakes, and then when we picked it up, we received a cut-out, unfinished cake!😤 Then, at the checkout, we were told that they "don't make these kinds of cakes anymore" and that they couldn't finish it completely.😵 We previously ordered a number cake that was beautifully finished. We also agreed on a price by email, and at the checkout, we received a completely different amount. After providing proof, we paid the exact amount (we had already set the money aside beforehand), but the woman behind the counter put the money we gave away and then said it wasn't the exact amount after she checked it herself!🤬 They need to communicate better with their colleagues/employees and also indicate via email whether or not they will accept certain orders. Photos are attached of how the number cake was and wasn't finished!

Heerlijke verse smakelijke producten. Als je hier regelmatig komt wordt je herkent. Je wordt ook evt. goed geadviseerd. Je kunt ook in de winkel bestellen of via de website. Super handig.

Op de valreep nog een pak bolussen gescoord. Ook maar gelijk brood, puntjes, krentenbollen en krentenbrood met spijs meegenomen. Echte bakker en dat proef je.
