No food received, but paid. Unreachable by phone…

I was there today, and if I had been served by that girl with all that wallpaper on her face and wrists, I would have refused. I don't understand how anyone is allowed to prepare food who has nails sticking through latex gloves. It was all very unappetizing. I will never let her prepare food again. The sandwiches the other one made were exceptionally tasty and very delicious.

I asked if I could have a baguette cut in half and have something different topped with each part; this was possible, and I was able to enjoy two delicious sandwiches with different fillings 😋

The first order of toasted sandwiches was much too dark; they were delivered after a long wait. The second batch was better. The tables were dirty when I arrived and sat down, but they were cleaned later.

Fine products, but I find it totally unhygienic that someone is standing there working with her ponytail at the front, at least 10 rings on her finger, and her wrists full of bracelets. She also doesn't put on gloves to handle the products with all these rings on. Really very dirty. Basic hygiene seems quite important for a bakery, doesn't it?

Thanks a lot, I'm never ordering from here again. Could have thrown everything away. It's a matter of proper packaging, and I've been sitting here waiting for an hour for this.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always very tasty. But today, a girl who has been working there for a long time was working with her hair down. She kept pulling at her hair and was just hanging her hair in the food. On the other side, I think there was a couple constantly fiddling with each other and eating everything. Man, what a place it has become...

The food was tasty, but it's a shame that the order notes were simply ignored and incorrect multiple times in a row. You ask for no sauce or dressing, and it's just swimming in dressing when it arrives. Also, it took longer than an hour and a half for 2 items to arrive. After so many attempts and getting the wrong order every time, this was definitely the last time here. Furthermore, the phone simply wasn't answered for an hour; it was impossible to get in touch with these people at all.

Had a great meal, nice group, second cappuccino free. It can get seriously busy there, but I'm happy to put up with that. You can bring someone along. Great place, cleaned several times a day. Hans

After being a regular customer of Baker Bart's in Best for two years and having a lot of patience with this company, it's finally over. I know Baker Bart's; they know who I am where I live, and I always order a carpaccio sandwich without pesto and without pine nuts due to allergies. They're well aware of this, yet Baker Bart's still manages to put these products on my sandwich for the 80th time, even though I politely request it. When I call them about this, I'm treated arrogantly, and they immediately tell me they're going to cancel it for me. Furthermore, they're always very late with deliveries, have zero communication, and get grumpy when you call them about it. I haven't received refunds several times because orders were their fault. Their website never states when something is sold out; they call after the order and tell you to choose something else, or they won't deliver it because there aren't enough in the basket. Ridiculous, you might say, it's their fault, but that's not how it works at this bakery. Besides, almost all the employees are underage and just laugh and stand around behind the counter. A terrible place, even though the food can be so delicious. It's a shame the staff has to make it this way. You'll never see me back here again.

My sister and I had been coming here for breakfast every week for at least ten years and always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, that's over after today. The window clearly stated: "Always free coffee refills." When we politely asked about it during breakfast, we were told in a very snappy and unprofessional manner that this didn't apply to breakfast. This also happened in a crowded restaurant, which was quite embarrassing. This really should have been done differently. If breakfast isn't profitable, then just make it a bit more expensive and offer refills. After being regular customers for years, we really expected a different approach. It's a shame that customer service apparently no longer comes first here—we certainly won't be back.

Super tasty sandwiches, and they even listen to what you want on them. There's a cozy atmosphere, and I'll definitely be back for my sandwiches.

First off… The wait time is excruciatingly long; I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. When they finally arrived, the cheese hadn't even melted… raw chicken in the panini… I should have walked a few blocks.

Got sick after eating a steak sandwich. I got a steak tartare sandwich in the morning and ate it at home. That night, I had severe stomach cramps and loose stools. The next morning, I reported it to Bakker Bart, but was met with a rude mouth and very unfriendly gestures. There was supposedly no manager present, so I was left to figure it out. The hygiene here is terrible; you can see it in everything. The display case, the sandwich bar... it's time for the Commodities Act to be reviewed. Never again for me!

We come here for breakfast, but every time around 10:30-11:00 AM, we're told it's already gone. Very strange. The staff is also unfriendly, which makes the experience disappointing!

We ordered a chicken panini here. We waited 30 minutes, but the chicken was undercooked, red, and cold. We asked if we could exchange it for another sandwich. The staff refused, but they were unfriendly and very antisocial. They said that's how chicken should be, but the chicken was red/pink and not cooked properly. The staff were unfriendly and refused to accept that the chicken wasn't good. We will never eat here again! Extremely poor service and staff. I'm showing the photos as proof.

One of the most unsanitary Bakker Bart locations I've ever visited. Everything is filthy: the floor, the cupboards, the counter where the sandwiches are made. Ants crawl among the toppings, and women are on their phones while making the sandwiches. It wouldn't hurt to review the hygiene rules again with the employees, especially the person running the store. Ugh.

What a waste of the name Bakker Bart, 5 girls and still quite young! No direction or a manager at all. Waited 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich "burned in the oven" it's a good thing I asked afterwards otherwise it would have turned completely black. Did get new ones but such a waste again. Then asked for a sandwich for my son without ham and yes, got a sandwich with ham. Had to wait another 5 minutes, too bad. Owner, do something about this.

Incomprehensible what happened here today! Staff who have clearly just started are just standing around making sandwiches as if they have never seen it up close. It just adds up! Then it didn't listen to their own asked question at all! When you sit down to eat your sandwich, there are female staff (as it turns out) kissing each other next to you at the tables! Truly true is the skill and decency!

Already had the wrong order several times, women only stand behind the counter talking to each other. If you call because they are more than an hour late you get disrespectful service and not even their apologies. 1.5 hours after the order I get this. Incredibly bad place with unfriendly staff.

Friendly service and delicious sandwiches! I recently went to Bakker Bart and it was a really nice experience. The staff was incredibly cheerful and friendly, which immediately made me feel welcome. The sandwiches were generously filled and super fresh, and the fresh juices tasted delicious. Definitely a place I would like to return to!

I won't order coffee here again!!!! Coffee didn't taste like anything, and the inside was just disgusting. Dirty chairs and dirty floor. Dirty cutlery for the Dutch Glory coffee. Way too expensive for such a dirty place.

I ordered a croissant and a panini, and after more than half an hour I got a call saying they didn't have enough croissants. They offered to send something else, which I didn't want, or cancel the order altogether, without even apologizing. If they don't have enough stock, why isn't it stated on the website? And why did they call so late? I asked if they could send an extra panini for the remaining amount, and they said there was a 1 euro price difference. When the food finally arrived, the panini was cold and didn't taste good—it wasn't even a real panini. I definitely don't recommend this place because of the poor service and disappointing panini

I recently placed an order via the website for home delivery, consisting of four panini and croissants. Unfortunately the experience was not as expected. Shortly after my order I received a call saying that there were not enough croissants available, although this was not stated on the website when ordering. In addition, the panini was delivered cold, while it should have been warm. A cold panini is really not tasty, and certainly not for the price of 6 euros. For that amount I expected better quality. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this service. The poor communication about the availability of products and the disappointing quality of the delivery were very disappointing.

Came here especially for the delicious sandwich because it was good the previous times. Now the company manager was there, I think? What a grumpy person says, don't work in a store if you act so snarky... And my sandwich was a squashed thing that was impossible to eat!!!!

Bakker Bart in Best unfortunately offers a very disappointing experience. The bread and cheese sticks I bought were anything but fresh and seemed to be from the previous day. This is unacceptable for a bakery that pretends to sell fresh products. In addition, the hygiene in the store was seriously disappointing. The tables had not been cleaned and the employees behind the cash register seemed to be doing nothing while there was clearly work to be done. Flies were flying everywhere in the store because of the many food scraps that had not been cleaned up. For a bakery that charges as much as €6.50 for a small loaf of bread, you should at least expect freshly baked goods and a clean, hygienic environment. Unfortunately, this was far from the case at Bakker Bart in Best. My experience there left me extremely disappointed, and I cannot recommend this establishment at all. It is clear that serious improvements are needed to meet basic customer expectations.

A weak ham and cheese sandwich for €5.95 wrapped in aluminum foil. Taken away, because the tables and floor were too dirty to sit down. Seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Just leave the napkin in the sticky dispenser. Not recommended!

Tasty sandwiches but now quite expensive. We had to wait a long time and that was not due to a lack of staff or a very large crowd, but due to a lack of organization and logistics. Staff/manager stand behind the counter grumbling about the main organization while the customer is standing in front of them.

The food was very good, of course, when it comes to breakfast, it's typical for this time of day ☺️I also ordered cakes, of course I didn't care, so I don't know how it works, my opinion concerns the food itself, waiting time was about 60 minutes

We ordered ham coffee and hot chocolate with apple turnover and cherry turnover, delicious, but the turnover on a napkin was clumsy and not tasty, a pity, next time I would like to put it on a plate!

I can't agree with the story of the lady who was calling at all. The staff is always super helpful and nice. And yes, it is not really nice that you are calling when you order something.

Today we had a delicious tuna salad sandwich with a coffee. It was delicious. Nice and nice staff.

This afternoon I came to get a sandwich with a cheese stick, we come here very often, paid for, then I got a call, then I answered my phone, I was not helped for my salmon sandwich, which I had already paid for because I was on the phone, people in the queue were everyone helped until I asked where my salmon sandwich was, then I was attacked, even with a very big mouth, you can safely tell the employee that I was not allowed to call, she threw half my sandwich over the counter and said, now let's move on and never will come back again, this was really very bizarre, what a very bad thing!!!

Unfortunately, sand in the arugula lettuce. Not a customer friendly solution. Just an oh, yes and on.

Personeel heeft lol onderling en met vaste klanten. Je wordt snel geholpen, de zaak is schoon en het personeel heeft productkennis. De inrichting is wat kil, maar het personeel maakt sfeer.

They spoke English and the lady was very kind, helped me with choice. The coffee was not bad.

Broodjes besteld. Waren snel bezorgd en nog goed warm. Op het broodje kip-bacon zat geen tomaat, dit was erg jammer.

Ik heb een zalm salade opgehaald,is aan te bevelen werkelijk vers fris en een geweldige verpakking !!!

Second time in a row getting wrong sandwich. Very disappointed

Op het eten niks aan te merken, dat was prima. 1 meisje was hard aan het werk terwijl er steeds meer mensen binnen kwamen voor een bestelling, bleven er 3 gewoon pauze houden. Ik snap dat je pauze moet nemen. Maar ff 5 min je collega helpen uit collegialiteit is wel zo netjes. Buiten dat er door collega's niet bijgesprongen werd, merkte je dat er toch een aparte sfeer onderling hing. En voordat je gaat zitten met z'n 3, zorg dat je de zaak weer een beetje schoongemaakt hebt met alle tafels die vol kruim lagen en de grond was niet om aan te zien. Nogmaals, ik begrijp dat er pauze gehouden moet worden maar collegiaal was het niet en het had mss ook ff 2 om 2 kunnen zijn..

Vriendelijk personeel goede kwaliteit brood en gebak...

Ook om gezellig even kopje cappuccino te nemen met iets lekkers erbij en daarna natuurlijk ook wat meenemen voor thuis.

Ze waren iets vergeten in mijn bestelling (waar ze al een dik uur over deden), ik dus bellen dat ze het vergeten waren. Proberen ze eerst te ontkennen dat ze het vergeten waren. Algoed, zeggen ze dat ze het zouden na leveren. Ik heb weer een dik uur hiervoor kunnen wachten terwijl we op loopafstand nog geen 5 minuten van deze toko zitten. Uiteindelijk bel ik of ze nog komen en word mij verteld dat ze onderweg zijn, daarna heb ik nog een half uur kunnen wachten. Top zaak dit! Het broodje was wel lekker, ik zelf ga hier niet meer laten bezorgen door Bakkertje Bart.

Ik moet zeggen dat alle andere horeca gesloten was, want anders waren we hier niet gaan zitten. Toch een goede ervaring gehad. Vriendelijk personeel dat heel hard werkt. Lekker worstebroodje gegeten en koffie en thee smaakten ook goed. Veel zitplekken. Prima plekje om nog een keer te pauzeren tijdens shoppen

Zeer nette zaak, ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers. Heerlijke koffie die je zelfs nog een tweede keer mag laten vullen. Gezellig zit hoekjes en ruim assortiment. Kortom een heerlijke zaak om even van iets lekker en een kop koffie te genieten.

Hier even op de terugreis naar huis een bakkie gedaan met wat lekkers Koffie was goed , een aantal zitplaatsen om een bakkie te doen of wat te eten. Gelijk bij de Makro "goedkoop" getankt. 1,87.9

Niet altijd veel op voorraad. Medewerkers stralen niet uit ,dat ze het werk met plezier doen.

Prima zaak. Helaas weet hè tpersoneel.soms niet wat er precies op de broodjes "hoort" en heb ik meermaals een kids menu besteld waarbij men elke keer moet navragen wat het is. Het zou professioneler overkomen als men de broodjes steevast hetzelfde zou maken en steevast naar dezelfde toevoeging zou vragen. Evenzo verwacht ik dat men de eigen menukaart kent.

Prima broodje maar ja dat zou ook niet gek moeten zijn bij een bakker 🤪. Respect voor de werknemers. in de zaak ongelofelijk heet. Hopelijk komt er snel verkoeling zei de werkneemster ☃️.

Wat ik normaal altijd doe waar ik ook in 't land ben even bij bakkertje Bart een cappuccino scooren. Gastvrij, leuke en vriendelijke bediening in Best, een lekker bakje cappuccino en een heerlijk worstenbroodje. Altijd aan te raden Bakker Bart!

Good presentation and good decoration. The cakes are good, but the staff uses their hands without a glove to take off, they could use tweezers. The suggestion is Espresso could be stronger.
