I ate a ham sandwich but actually should have refused it while they were making it. Putting all the toppings on the sandwich with bare hands, but accepting money with the same hands. Really unhygienic. Also, the sandwich left me feeling nauseous.

After my previous visit and findings, I'm revising my previous post. I've also deleted something negative that has now been improved. The staff's friendliness has been addressed, and the service has also improved considerably. While I previously mentioned that people with disabilities had to bring their own orders with coffee/tea, this has now completely changed. These people now also get their orders brought to their table; the staff automatically announces, "I'll bring it to your table, please sit down." So, this is definitely a plus, and that needs to be said. Therefore, I've edited my previous post. If something isn't right, you should be able to mention it, but if there are improvements, you should also take them into account. In summary, improvements have been implemented, which should make everyone happy again. Noted.

For months now, I've noticed this man (I think it's the owner), I think his name is Jan? But he's often made my sandwiches, and unfortunately, they're always terrible and meager. An Italian roll for 7/8 euros, and you get 3 lettuce leaves, 1 slice of chicken breast, 1 tomato, etc. Sorry, but a sandwich that pricey really deserves more toppings!!! One time, my warm omelette was missing the aged cheese?! Another time, I was missing the bacon on my chicken/bacon sandwich, and he'd cut one slice of cheese in half, making it seem like a lot, and I could list many more times where he didn't do his job properly!! I absolutely refuse to be helped by that man anymore; I even avoid him because I know he makes incredibly BAD sandwiches! Not friendly at all, no gloves. Please work on this!!!

Very unhygienic, no gloves, hands not washed before making the sandwiches. She touched everything and dropped it on the floor. And then didn't wash her hands. Dirty uniforms, and all the tables were close together. This meant you were sitting very close to other people, almost on your neighbor's table.

Mariska is very rude to customers. While another colleague was busy with me, she started sighing and became irritated with me because, according to her, I asked the same question three times. But there were so many types of bread with seeds, etc., so I asked for whole wheat or light bread. What kind of seeds were there? While she was acting this way, I immediately confronted her, and she found me annoying because I asked her three times something she couldn't handle. I immediately told her she shouldn't be working here if she can't speak politely to customers. She treated me like a child, and then I walked away, still whispering to the colleague who was helping me. There was another customer after me listening in. Then I walked behind her and asked her name and said, "I'll pass it on," which she did.

Employees have dirty long nails 🤢 and after taking money, hands are not washed and you just make your next sandwich and scoop everything up yuck! HACCP!!!!!!

6 staff present, no one came to help us

For me personally in a too busy shopping center and terrace where you can hear the other guests talking very well. No privacy. Shoppers walk past your table. More of a takeaway point than a nice place to sit. That may not be a problem for someone else. Excellent and friendly staff and the quality is good. Large but busy parking lot.

Every Thursday I go for a nice cup of cappuccino and today there was an offer with an apple bun The dough was nice and warm, but the apple was as cold as ice and unpalatable. Too bad, I just left it there.

Ordered baguette hot chicken with spicy mayo, but I think the hotness meant that the chicken had been warmed up? Very flat taste and not spicy at all. Too bad about the 7 euros!

Not recommended!! Chicken roll (chicken corn roll) very dry bread, little taste, virtually no sauce in the roll, The kipcorn itself is quite chewy. Not really successful if you ask me. Recommended: Hawaiian pizza sandwich!

Tasty bread and good choice for lunch

Sandwiches were tasty, but the male employee or owner was very unfriendly. I was the next one and the gentleman didn't even look at me and let someone else come before me twice while I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. Gentleman should be happy with the female employee. Zei apologized on his behalf and bought me a normal sandwich, otherwise I would have only given 1 star. Thank you madam!
