What a disgrace! The staff is not exactly polite and pushy! They didn't have an item that should be on the sandwich, and I can imagine that sometimes something goes wrong, but all in all, I think they need to get their act together. I went there for three takeout sandwiches, and I can't say they were all that great. Two of the sandwiches were ham sandwiches, and one had twice as much meat on it as the other. I can imagine there might be a difference there too, but double (or half) is a bit excessive.

We have had a delicious breakfast with three friends coming from France. What a pity that one of the staff members was not really friendly towards us. It did "kill" our joyful reunion climate yesterday.

The toasted sandwiches were practically thrown on the table, and straws were forgotten. You can pick them up inside. Too few staff? The older lady was really not customer-friendly (today).

Today I was very disappointed here. The lady wanted me out of the store after an argument with another customer. Mind you, only me and not the other customer. She had not noticed what was going on at all but immediately jumped to a conclusion. The toilet was open this time, I thought because it was so busy because it was a fair. I walked my mother with me who has advanced Alzheimer's and held the door open for her, whereupon the other customer indicated that she had been waiting for the key for 10 minutes. Which I couldn't know if she was in the queue for the sandwich corner. She then kept rattling the key because she either thought she should have gone first or that it was taking too long with my mother. When I was leaving I made a remark to my mother about her that was indeed not very friendly, which led to the argument. Too bad the employee reacted this way.

Delicious coffee, and the second one for €1. Nothing to complain about, right?

We are currently sitting in the Bart Café Panningen. A very lovely young woman who serves. She whirls around very friendly and hard-working. So far we have only had nice staff in various branches. Hats off to them these days. The staff is certainly valued. The cake and coffee were delicious as always

Great food, very quick service. And also by cheerful and friendly staff 👍🏼 Definitely recommended, and a place I will return to regularly. Keep it up 🙂

Delicious sandwiches, nice people

We came with 17 people (9 adults and 8 kids) for lunch at an already busy time. But all the staff remained very friendly and we received delicious sandwiches, paninis, pizza and frikandel sandwiches. Later, delicious cream rolls, donuts, etc. Good quality, the coffee and tea were also excellent!

Nice Baker Bart, friendly staff, they will even bring your drink and food to your table, good service, and everything looks well taken care of!

Tasty sandwiches and very friendly staff. While ordering there was a downpour and it was very busy inside, the lady did her utmost to move some chairs and tables so that extra seats became available inside. Despite the fact that they also have a shortage of staff, we did not have to wait too long to be helped or to receive our order.

It was busy here around 12 noon, but it went quickly at the sandwich corner. We ate a delicious sandwich here with delicious coffee. The place looked neat, the terrace also looked clean. (Some guests think that they do not have to clean up the mess they have made on the table, there is a waste bin, people clean it up, the staff do not have to doing) Staff is very friendly and up for a joke! Highly recommended!!

Sometimes the frikadel roll is bloody hot and other times it is stone cold and you have to reheat it at home.

I've been here quite a few times and it's always dirty here. Especially the toilet. I don't come here anymore.

Bah bah and again bah.....got sandwiches and profiteroles today. When we opened the profiteroles, something surprising awaited us. The profiteroles were bone dry and the bottom was completely moldy... really dirty... containers not properly checked for expiration date and generously poured over them. You would expect some apology when returning it, but unfortunately there was none... very unfortunate

Friendly and smooth service. Plenty of choice of sandwiches in different shapes and flavors. Prices are in line with the market.

Just at noon we have no more bread at all. Small bread, especially white, has risen too far, all holes in the bread.

What a filthy mess!! there was more food on the floor than in the display case. All tables were full of rubbish. And it wasn't even very busy.

Yesterday at 10 to 6 at BB in Panningen I asked for bake-off rolls. These were not available. A very attentive saleswoman said I would call and make them. That's not possible, the customer is king was her answer! She even offered me a cup of coffee if I wanted to wait! Cheers! More saleswomen should be like this! 5 stars for this lady.
