Today I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered at 11:00 AM, but unfortunately, it hasn't arrived at all. I have tried calling the store 6 times by now, but no one is answering. I paid for my order, but I am receiving absolutely nothing. This is very frustrating, especially since I often have to wait about 2 hours for my order. For me, this is definitely the last time I will order here.

Ordered something every Thursday for 3 weeks, and it went wrong 3 times. 1st time the sandwich was forgotten, 2nd time over an hour late, and today again over half an hour late.

Bakker Bart Waalwijk. You pay €7.75 for a carpaccio sandwich where the carpaccio is frozen on your roll. If it’s gone, tell us instead of putting it straight from the freezer onto a roll. I would have chosen something else. I find this truly outrageous.

A bit messy too, the display case could use a wash, and the floor has seen better days.

Enjoyed a tasty cappuccino with an Italian roll. As always at Bakker Bart: good quality for a reasonable price.

We arrived at Bakker Bart in Waalwijk half an hour before closing time. It smelled of cleaning products, the vacuum cleaner was running, and everything was practically tidied up. Several tables were occupied, though. When we tried to order, we were helped, but we weren't thanked for it. The staff were loudly arguing that no one needed to be helped anymore. This was repeatedly mentioned, at least five times in the 15 minutes we were there, by a grumpy old woman to the younger girl who helped us. This definitely made us feel unwelcome. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. The sandwiches were fine, but I won't go there again for the strange and unprofessional service. I understand it's annoying when someone comes in a few minutes before closing time, but it shouldn't be the case that no new customers can be helped at 4:30, right? Maybe an office job? Then you can just close your laptop at 5 o'clock!

In our search (and after searching online) for a genuine Bossche bol, this bakery was listed as an option on the menu. Our first impression was a cluttered shop with a mediocre selection, lacking ambiance, and unappealing. When we were politely asked if they had a Bossche bol, we were offered an alternative: chocolate balls that looked fat, sunken, and shiny in the window, trying their best to resemble a pastry. When we asked where they did have Bossche bols, they politely told us where we could find one, but it was a long drive from here. Empty-handed, we drove back home (an hour's drive from this bakery). P.S. We did find some delicious pastries elsewhere in Etten-Leur :)

Unhygienic to clean your own clothes without gloves and dirty hands. Never come again. Very bad advertising.

I watched her prepare our food without hygienic gloves. They touched everything with their hands and then went back to eating. The hot chocolate milk was cold? The hot ham sandwich was cold because everything was cold when the hot ham went on, so it was cold within two seconds. They still have a lot to learn before they improve.

The food is very tasty BUT I gave 3 stars regarding the preparation. the food is prepared without gloves and the staff is touching all the ingredients (salads, tomatoes etc in the sandwich ) with bare hands that have touched before many other things ( screens to charge the customers/ coffee machines etc) although there are tools to grab the ingredients, none of the staff used them. would have been better that someone else is charging customers and others are preparing the order ( using perhaps gloves) since everything is fresh made in front of you. As well for the price , at least prioritise hygiene.

Unfortunately, as a non-Brabantian, I was treated differently than the Brabant woman who was next in line. I thought this was so stupid. The woman behind the counter was very uninterested, looking at me more cheerfully will do you good. There were also no pastries in the display case. Yes, 3 pieces that I could choose from. Because they had not made anything when I arrived at 9:00 in the morning. No more Bakker Bart Waalwijk for me. The ones in Rotterdam are much nicer😀

Good bakery and friendly staff. You can bring your own packaging, which is good for the environment. It's a shame that the smoothies are always in plastic bottles, even if you eat on the spot, then it could just be poured into a glass. The sandwiches are always served with a small package of pepper and salt, and with the brie sandwich with honey you also get the honey in a small plastic package. My tip for the environment: ask the customers if they want pepper and salt and then sprinkle it on from a mill. And just put honey on it from a squeeze bottle. That's how they do it at other Bakker Barts too. It's also a shame that smoking is allowed on the entire terrace and not just in a screened-off area. Unfortunately, there are very often smokers on the terrace and that is why it is often not possible for me as a pregnant woman to sit outside... But despite the tips, I am very satisfied overall, you are always helped in a friendly manner and it is very tasty👍

I liked the sandwich but POH a bit expensive… otherwise very tasty. It's a pity that chips are not allowed to be eaten on the terrace.

It seems to be getting worse and worse. Not necessarily attractive if there are crumbs everywhere around and on the tables. In addition, it is not necessarily worth it for the price ratio. To also be completely ignored when you are waiting for an order. But the staff prefers to chat with the local painters.

the food is reasonable. but the service is a lot less. I received a spoiled lemonade drink and was told there was nothing wrong with it. this is very arrogant behavior.

Ordered a brie sandwich and ate it here. Price/quality ratio is good. Sandwich was not very cheap, but definitely worth the money. This is freshly prepared in front of you. You can choose whether you want everything on it and the sandwich is generously topped. Good thing! The staff could just look a little happier. 🙂 Because I was here during the lunch break, it took quite a while before it was my turn. They should be allowed to clean tables after a customer has left. Eating your sandwich at a clean table is nice, but good. I understand that it is busy during 12 and 1 p.m. All in all, I would like to come back here again. In any case, the sandwich was very tasty!

I ordered food here via home delivery and everything was perfect. pistolet was twice as big as expected and bread was well filled. fresh gravy tasted delicious. as well as the sandwiches. Delivery 15 minutes after desired time, but that is no problem for me. friendly delivery person

Today a brunch for 2 people was delivered as a surprise by a very friendly delivery person. The whole thing looked great. Neatly cared for, very extensive and everything super tasty and fresh. Very luxurious with 2 small bottles of prosecco and 2 prosecco glasses. A party!

Loved the sausage roll and my wife enjoyed the chunk of pizza. Good price. This damn Covid-19 meant we could not sit and enjoy.

Milk on the bottom, espresso in the middle, and frothed milk on the top. The coffee that was served had frothed milk in it, but there was no question of layers. It was awful and had too little coffee in the coffee and much more water than should. In turn, panini was constantly and without ingredients that were offered in the description. The biscuits added to the coffee were soft and sticky and it should be crisp and fresh. I don't recommend it this place. 🇵🇱 Coffee called Lette Macchiato was not even next to a real latte macchiato. in Waalwijk already had a very bad experience twice, the first time with a sandwich that was really not tasty. Today on 8/14 I was even served a frozen apple pie, so all in all, Waalwijk can still learn something from the Barts in the immediate area who know. how it should be done

Horrible. We bought muffins and coffee. The muffins tasted like chemicals and tbe coffee was so bitter that we threw everything in the trash.

Very delicious and fresh everything made with love, smile and care in front of your eyes + very politie and good working personal. I keep going back there because I am happy everytime I visit that bakker since I came in Waalwijk 3 years ago! <3 They never disapointed me!

Quality and price unfortunately not okay..

For example, they make a sandwich exactly how you want it and give advice that this tastes good and I don't recommend that.

Even then, the price wasn't much better now.

Baker Bart in Kaatsheuvel Very bad experience. Owner experienced as very rude I had to get medicine at the Kruidvat and it took me a long time to get there. On the way to watch my mother-in-law again. I bought a few croissants from baker Bart and asked if I could add a few paper bags because we were watching and didn't want to make too much of a mess. The owner indicated that I would have to pay 30 cents per bag. For a moment I thought it was a joke because other times bags were given to shoppers in the hope that they would buy something and fill them with them. But the owner said that a few croissants wouldn't be worth it otherwise. In a very blunt way. I'm never going here again

Super products, that's not the problem, I've been ordering food for the business for a long time, but something is always missing, dressing or a small sandwich instead of a large one. Probe for the good, tasty products that are served there.
