Had lunch here with friends, and it felt like you were in a restaurant instead of a bakery. All four of us were very pleased with the lunch. It was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was more than friendly. Highly recommended.

So, standing at the counter for sandwiches, there are three employees. No one says hello, you've waited five minutes, they're busy, but all the while, they're completely ignoring the customer who's been standing there for five minutes, taking root. I understand that people are busy, but someone can still say something like, "Hello, we'll be with you shortly. It's busy, so it might take a while."

Unfortunately, I can't even rate the food since I didn't get it. The service is incredibly bad; there are empty cups everywhere, and they're not cleared away. More and more people are leaving the bakery empty-handed because they haven't been served. It's a shame.

Food is great! Service is less. They are arrogant. Certainly a guy of 55 who keeps staring at you. Strange guy. Too bad because it is otherwise a nice place

Had a nice coffee on the terrace

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We had ordered coffee, carrot cake and an apple pie, but it went wrong from the start – the waiter to whom we gave the order only brought us the coffee. We did not get the cakes and I had to ask again if they could be brought, which should not happen. When the cakes finally arrived, things unfortunately did not get any better. The carrot cake was clearly a few days old – dry, tasteless and it looked like it had been lying around somewhere for a long time. The apple pie was thawed, soft and unpleasantly moist – definitely not fresh. I really did not expect a bakery that looks good at first glance to serve such low-quality pastries. In addition, it turned out that there were extra charges for consumption on the terrace, and we did not receive a receipt or proof of payment at all. That is not only unprofessional, but also opaque towards the customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bakery – neither the service, nor the products, nor the customer approach are at the level you would expect.

A good place for sandwiches and pastries. I got a few things to take into Kuekenhof for lunch.

We were looking for a place to order coffee and cake. We approached the counter to place our order, but when we mentioned we wanted to dine in, we were told to sit down and that a server would come to take our order. We sat at a table, but no one came. I went back to the counter thinking I could order directly, but once the staff realized we were dining in, they again directed us back to our table. We waited some more, but no server ever came to take our order. We genuinely wanted to support the business and spend money there, but they just didn’t manage to serve us. Overall, a very poor customer service experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Unfortunately, reading other reviews shows we’re not the only ones who have had bad service here.

Delicious coffee and delicious pastries....

Tasty pastries, lots of choice. It just wasn't very warm in the shop. This is also because it was freezing outside and the door is often opened.

Always enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a delicious pastry or enjoy a lunch.

Great terrace for a quick bite to eat and drink. But it took too long and the things stated did not happen right away. Pressure and staff shortages can be solved with a little more efficiency and management.

Cozy bakery with excellent coffee and pastries and many other dishes. There are seats both inside and outside in the equally pleasant center of Lisse!

There were white rolls available at 3.40 pm..

Very cozy lunchroom, and .... with a liquor license. All prices very reasonable. Always full, that says it all. Waiting staff gets a ten! Here you get value for your money!!! Oh yes, don't forget, the bread is also delicious!

Dog owners, do not try going there ! The sign for no dogs allowed inside is completely hidden, by their fault, and then you’ll be asked to get out in the cold with your dog. The food is not bad though, just wish the people working there were nicer.

Ate here for the second time this afternoon because last year it was fantastic, but now we had to wait a very long time for our order and the salmon was already gone at 1 p.m.?? and my bakery sandwich was very dry on the outside and inside. When I made a comment about that, the gentleman said that it was always like that, clearly, right? That doesn't make a customer happy, and he continued with his work very rudely during the conversation. Customers are better off walking past this. Civilization is hard to find

Super tasty sandwich in a beautiful and cozy place with excellent service and good coffee.

Slightly more expensive, but worth it.

It was pleasantly busy. The service was also fine. Friendly staff. Only the hot ham sandwich that costs 8.95 is not worth it at all. Way too much lamb's lettuce and a very thin slice of ham. Bread tasted great. The ham was hard to find. We reported it to one of the staff members, a young man. He would pass it on.

Een goede bakker met zijn bekende Duinenbrood. en natuurlijk zijn heerlijke saucijzenbroodjes.

Veelste lang moeten wachten op een bestelling waar amper iets voor klaargemaakt hoefde te worden. Nadat we ernaar vroegen werd er onaardig gereageerd. Ook te weinig plek om binnen te zitten met koud weer en onhygiënische toiletten. Komen hier niet meer terug!

Aangepaste lunch, druk en lang moeten wachten.

Zeer klantvriendelijk en het eten is verrukkelijk ! Kan er heerlijk zitten en genieten.

De bakkers producten zijn prima maar een goede espresso/capuccino maken daar hebben ze echt geen verstand van.

fijne plek om te zitten, goede en vriendelijke bediening, lekkerste tosti ooit gegeten, de koekjes bij deze bakker zijn onovertroffen, we hebben gelijk een paar pakken gekocht

Heerlijk gebak, brood en koek. Komen hier er graag halen a k s we voor kwaliteit gaan.

Lekkere koffie, hebben ook limonade en natuurlijk ook een goed gebakje erbij. Goede plaats om eventjes bij te kletsen met familieleden.

Mooie bakkerij winkel met eetgelegenheid.

Food was good. Service was slow and not observant. We waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Staff was taking out trash and doing other items. It was the only place open or else we would have left. In our time waiting, we also observed the staff eating food directly from the prep area from their hands and making the sandwiches for customers at the same time.

Lekkere tosti, snelle bediening terwijl het echt heel druk was (respect voor de serveerster). Alleen de koffie was niet echt warm en dat vond ik jammer.

Lekkere producten, gezellige horeca, lieve mensen.

2x per jaar zijn wij in Nieuw Vennep en gaan dan speciaal naar van Maanen om gebak te halen.

Heerlijke plek voor een vers kopje koffie/thee of voor een heerlijke lunch. Een echte aanrader.

Prima voor koffie en lunch. Je wordt vriendelijk geholpen. Service duurt soms wat lang, evenals afrekenen. Niet altijd makkelijk toegankelijk met kinderwagen.

Het is een prettige winkel, met veel soorten brood e.d. Daarnaast beschikt de winkel over een restaurant gedeelte en een overdekt terras buiten

De koffie was prijzig en lauw, en het stokbroodje was klein en niet vers. Prijs kwaliteit is helaas de afgelopen jaren achteruit gegaan.

De presentatie van alle lekkernijen goed op orde. Heerlijk om hier te watertanden en te kopen. Chapeau.

Leuke sfeer en gastvrijheid. Genoeg lunch en koffie keuze. We zijn altijd tevreden.

Lovely and friendly staff. They understand English, and are able to make some recommendations. Love the brown toasted bread. It is a must try item. the bread cheese stick is good too.. didn't manage to take that. Total damage Eur25/pax
