Bakker van Maanen in Wijk 15 Dorpscentrum

Whenever we go to a bakery we have never been to, we always get sausage rolls, under the heading of 'comparative product research'. The shop, which was very noisy due to the adjacent catering area, looked neat, and the products on display looked beautiful, and the staff was friendly. We were full of expectations. Unfortunately, the sausage rolls scored well below average. Unfortunately, the sausages had almost no taste. A supermarket sandwich has more taste. The texture was okay and the puff pastry was also good. For €2.60 per sandwich we could expect more.

Two coffees and pastries, pastries selected from the display case, 3.75 euros each. At checkout I pay 4.75 each, because the take-away price is 3.75! There are no pastry prices listed on the menu. That is so wrong.

Seasoned chicken thigh is definitely recommended here! You have to love avocado, because it also has avovado spread.

Unfortunately, they have removed the vegan option for the sandwich from the menu. Currently there are only vegetarian options, but with a small adjustment they can be made vegan. I ate a very tasty avocado sandwich here!

Nice place to read the newspaper with (usually) good quality coffee. Good breakfast, delicious sandwiches. A bit pricey but its worth it..

I have now had pastries and muffins a number of times, but unfortunately it does not taste fresh and is very dry... The butter cake & brownie cubes, on the other hand, are delicious! The staff is fine, but sometimes more concerned with each other than with the customers.

1st time here, but never again. Ordered coffee and 4 sausage rolls, 3 and 1 free, but because we did not take it with us, but wanted to drink our coffee here with 1 warmed-up sausage roll and wanted to take the other 3 with us, that promotion did not apply. Ridiculous!!!

Voucher can only be used online and ordered one day in advance. My voucher states a cup of coffee with a cake, which cannot be ordered. In addition, many products are not fresh: egg cakes with preservatives😕 from a fresh bakery🤨

The staff refuses to serve you coffee, even to go, if you arrive at 14:30, as they close at 15:00. It's hard to imagine that you would spend half an hour drinking coffee. Poor customer service with indifferent attitudes and no interest in you at all. I definitely will not recommend it!

Excellent quality and, especially for a coffee house, competitive prices. Still a shame that the salads have disappeared from the menu.

Heerlijke verse gevulde koeken en lekker vers brood, wel vroeg komen daarvoor. Op is op!

Door de week uitstekend. Niks dan goeds . Maar zondags zeggen ze gewoon om 2uur we gaan sluiten. Daar heb ik iets tegen de leiding wat van gezegt . Het is toen even goed gegaan . Maar afgelopen zondag was het weer terug . Twee hele oude mensen ,werd gezegt we sluiten ,ze zaten net om half drie . De koffie machine is uit , Tot mijn verbaasdig ,kreeg een mevrouw die later kwam wel koffie ( wel in een beker ) . Een meisje die moest bedienen was liever lui dan moe ,en Maar kletsen . Een ander mevrouw die werkte hard .en dat is me opgevallen die is er zondags meestal . Echt een klant vriendelijke mevrouw . Die jonge meisjes en jongens vinden kletsen belangrijker dan de mensen helpen. Zo ik heb gezegt . Sorry dat ik dat goed zie allemaal . Maar ik jaren dat werk ook gedaan .

Wat een super bakker is dit. Iedere week weer heerlijk brood voor het weekend. Grote bollen spelt of mais, olijf brood, walnoot brood allemaal even lekker. Maar ook het gewone volkoren duin brood.

Vlot geholpen door vriendelijk personeel. Helaas geen brood met sesamzaad, maar wel harde mokka's! Goeie bakkerij.

De bediening in de lunchroom zou eens vaker om zich heen moeten kijken, er wordt veel met elkaar gepraat achter in het keuken terwijl er klanten zitten te wachten om bediend te worden. Tafels worden ook niet snel afgeruimd wat een rommelige indruk geeft. Jammer.
