What a wonderful pastry shop! A wide assortment of chocolates, cookies, cakes, pastries (they were very tasty!) and Dutch tarts. I have found my new favorite baker!

Van de Vrande is a really good bakery! Everything I tried was high quality and delicious.

Van de Vrande. Finally, a great bakery/patisserie! No more factory-made pastries from Klootwijk. He didn't stop making them for no reason. Few customers. What delicious, beautiful pastries. You can taste that they were made by a master baker.

Most of the bad reviews are for the previous place (klootwijk.) Bakkerij vd vrande is known for their delicious cakes but the bread is also good quality. I had two toogoodtogo bags recently and they were nicely filled with different types of bread which were still soft days later! And the employees are all super nice and friendly. Thank you for the lovely service!

Friendly staff. If you call and ask if they have a Rotterdam stoer donker. That is neatly separated.

The hot dog sandwich is recommended! Bread is very good and keeps for a long time.

The hotdogs were very tasty; they are given in a huge plastic package. There are paper alternatives for that; I think that is really not acceptable in 2020. Unfortunately, smoothies are made with juice instead of just fruit. And the meatball sandwich was really disgusting; I really regret it, it tasted like canned meatballs. I wouldn't get lunch there again in a hurry.

Just nice and fresh and a fair price for very good products.
