Bakery with delicious fresh products and delicious fresh bread. The oliebollen were delicious!

And had a delicious breakfast for only €10. I ate my belly full, more than enough. Recommended

We always got our bread from baker Riemersma, the bread was delicious. This bread is otherwise good, but has very hard crusts.

Heerlijk ontbijtje, elke keer weer en voor maar 10 euro. Écht verse jus en lekkere broodjes met een plakje suikerkoek. Echte aanrader voor ontbijt.

Ordinary baker. Good enough. The ice cream parlor of the Bijl, Pand der next to the Bijl is often CLOSED.!! Closed entire summer Sunday. Then the Pruttelpot and the Any Time Kollum. Because they are normally open. If that ice cream parlor continues like this, it will soon become a thing of the past.

Very very bad coffee; It has rarely happened that I have been served such a bland latte machiatto. Adding sugar really didn't make it any better. The cake you get served with this was still okay. For the rest, a bit of a cold atmosphere and our complaint was initially simply ignored by the person who let us pay; In the end she was unable to pay and someone else had to come and help her... Downright bad service and latte machiatto...

Never had coffee so bad anywhere, I was sitting here with my friend and we both had a latte macchiato, his glass was twice as full as mine so that was a bit strange. The coffee was also very bland in taste. There was a jar of sugar on the table, which we added, but that really didn't make the coffee any better. We left it there and went to pay. When paying we also mentioned that we were not very satisfied with the coffee, she just talked over it as if she had not heard it. She then called in another colleague because she was having trouble paying. When the colleague came, we said again that we were not satisfied with the coffee, to which she responded "oh, I haven't heard that before" and she apologized. But I find the service and customer friendliness really sad, just like the weak coffee. Not recommended!

Having breakfast, coffee and cake or bread and cakes at the Bijl bakery in Kollum is a real treat. There is an attractively decorated area where you can sit comfortably and enjoy delicious meals and/or snacks. Coffee and cake is also available, the toilet is clean and the atmosphere in the shop and the coffee corner is familiar.

A fantastic artisan bakery. Bread, pastries unsurpassed. Very friendly staff and recently also a real konditorei! You will be spoiled here. Iced coffee, delicious.

Small bakery with comfortable seating. Small breakfast and other treats possible. The coffee is extremely tasty and the orange juice is freshly pressed. The service was really sweet and very friendly. Partly in German and English. Advice is even given here if you have food incompetence. Overall, highly recommended ❤️

Sehr freundlich .. Obwohl es schon halb zwölf war, gab s noch leckeres Frühstück. Lecker und reichlich Auswahl

2 dagen een heerlijk ontbijt gehad hier in samenwerking met B&B het Herenhuis te Kollum. Vers, vriendelijk en zeker voldoende. Dieetwensen kan je doorgeven en daar wordt indien mogelijk alles aan gedaan deze te vervullen. Tot slot excuses voor de 'slechte' foto's hoop dat ze wel een goede indruk achter laten want het was goed verzorgd vanuit de bakkerij en B&B het Herenhuis.

Heerlijk een gebakje en een ☕ genuttigd. Gewoon langs gaan!

Wat smaakt hun brood toch een stuk beter dan het brood uit de supermarkt (Sorry Harm).

Wat een mooie bakkerswinkel met kwaliteits- produkten. We hebben er ook een heerlijk kopje koffie gedronken met sublieme warme apfelstrudel met vanille- saus. Het is er schoon en netjes en als je het brood ruikt heb je gewoon zin om er in te happen. Zeer vriendelijke, vrouwelijke bediening. Grote aanrader.

Hier geluncht. Medewerksters vrolijk en vriendelijk. Mooie bakkerij met ontbijt- lunch gedeelte. Een aanrader om te lunchen, heerlijke Erwtensoep en broodje gezond gegeten voor een schappelijke prijs. Voor beiden een dikke 10!

Heerlijk, gezellig, betaalbaar.

Tijdens ons verblijf in Kollum hebben we hier heerlijk ontbeten. Vriendelijke bediening.

Donderda kochten we ondermeer een suikerbrood bij v.d. Bijl. Fantastisch! Goed van smaak, maar vooral lekker smeuïg!!! We hebben ze niet vaak zo lekker gegeten..

Tijdens wandeltocht hier koffie gedronken met iets lekker erbij. Vriendelijk personeel.

Uitgebreid assortiment van oa Friese lekkernijen. Mooie bakkerij met gezellig terrasje.

Warme dag, ijskoffie en mocca taartje aanbevolen! Heeeeerlijke 'echte en verse' slagroom. Je kunt er heerlijk buiten en binnen zitten. Voor een bakker is dit heel erg fijn. Super zaakje!

Leuk zaak om koffie bij tedrinken

Nog een echte kwaliteit bakkerij. Heerlijke puddingbroodjes om je vingers bij af te likken, dit in combinatie met een goede bak koffie en vriendelijke bediening.

Heerlijke broodjes gegeten hier en ik verheug me nu al op het paasbrood en de koeken die we meegenomen hebben!

Prima winkel, goede kwaliteit, prettig personeel, al jarenlang DE bakker van Kollum en omstreken. Erg mooi en sfeervol ingericht. Heerlijk brood en zalig gebak. Je proeft, dat de bakker met liefde bakt !

Hele mooie en lekkere bakkerij. Personeel heel vriendelijk en heeft tijd voor een praatje. Je waant je in een Charles Dickens verhaal als je binnen stapt rond Kerstmis.
