Been here on Black Friday. This morning I picked up my order for the first time at Bakkerij Loven in Herten. I noticed that the staff were restless and couldn't handle the pressure. It turned out there had been a mistake with my order, and when I pointed this out, the staff responded, "Just relax." And there were too many people in that small space, especially people with strollers, getting in your way to take the order. Why not get raffle tickets for better organization and smoother flow?
