We ordered 75 pastries. Lots of different ones. They looked beautiful and were especially delicious. When we picked them up, the staff helped us take them to the car. Absolutely fantastic!

I picked up a piece of cake. Saturday morning at 10:50, the display case was almost empty. I thought, "Make some more cake..." The cheesecake is most likely from the freezer. How could it be otherwise, when the bottom is soaking wet? The paper is soggy. Too bad.

Today I had to pay delivery fees for a box of pastries, which I wanted to have delivered from De Drait to the vet in De Drait. Complaining about it didn't help; that's just the way it is. You can walk there, but still. I find the high fees ridiculous; I won't be going back to this store.

Deze bakker heeft als één van de weinige bakkers Andesbrood. Zacht Brood met oer granen Spelt,Quinoa en Amarant. Blijft extra lang mals en is erg lekker!

Bought a "too good to go" package here today. I walked over in the rain, and the cashier immediately got straight to the point. "No, that's not possible, I don't have anything for you," while the woman in front of me walked out with the same package. Then the employee talked on the phone for seven minutes (I had a parking ticket that wouldn't wait). My phone screen turned red, and my package was canceled. "Yes, I'm so sorry," and I was allowed back out into the rain. The store was still full of bread, so that wasn't the problem. If a company experiences such a change, make it right with the customer. Summary: I bought a package here and came back empty-handed and very disappointed.

Zuidkade 47The bread and rolls are very good, authentic, and pure, but the Portuguese pastries taste different than they used to. Bakkerij de Groot also has Portuguese pastries, and they tasted just like they used to. We used to go to my aunt's in Heeg, and they had a bakery nearby that also sold Portuguese pastries, which we always took home. Rijenga used to have Portuguese pastries that tasted similar, but it seems like they've changed now. I thought, who knows, maybe it has something to do with mass production.

Van Leeuwenhoeklaan 6Amazing vegan cookies. Many varieties baked without sugar but with syrup. The address is for a factory bakery without sales. No store or sales on site. Products can be purchased online and picked up at the address.
