I placed my order at 12:11. It was supposed to take 20-40 minutes. By 1:00 PM, still nothing. I called them, and they said it would take another 15 minutes. Forty minutes later, they called back: we'd only be there 10 minutes. So, shamelessly, they wanted to deliver one hair salon after two hours. Of course, I don't need more, you understand.

My ex also said, just like me, inedible potatoes, slices were not really cooked properly, too soft and the meat was not really good either, as if it had been heated up too quickly in the microwave. Drinks took a long time, called again, yes, sorry, you get an extra can of drink for a mistake, it will be with you in 5 minutes. Well, fifteen minutes later than 5 minutes. Have to go back to school. And never order here again, I even got sick from the food. Do not order.

I just walked in here after the book market because it smelled so good. Super friendly man, who immediately took care of us between orders. Came running with sauces, salad and napkins when he noticed that we wanted to eat it outside. I don't think you're actually supposed to walk in, but he was super nice and helpful. We had a döner dish and it was delicious!

Ordered 2 boreks and 2 redbull on a Wednesday afternoon. It took us over 1 hour before the order was delivered. I had indicated that I wanted the boreks warm. They were not warm at all. 1 borek was so tough that I didn't eat it. This one just wasn't fresh. Bad experience. I will never order from here again.

Sadly, once and never again. I can understand that it is busy and it takes longer. But if I call 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and all I get is "yes, it's on its way, sorry" after which they immediately disconnect the connection, I think that's really rude. The cheese on the kapsalon was congealed, the kapsalon was cold and fries were tough. The lahmacun ordered was with cheese. However, the cheese was missing. Lahmacun was also cold. The bottom and top are folded in half, so that less filling is required. The supplied garlic sauce is far too little. Really bad and disrespectful.

Last time I order here. Already delivered cold several times. If you order at 6:00 PM, it is not there yet at 7:30 PM... on a Wednesday?! Isn't the phone even answered normally, just with 'hello?' not friendly. Do you suddenly see that they are closed on home delivery?

Had to wait two hours for food delivery. If you call after 1 o'clock they say it is busy, but the food will be there in 10 minutes. Unfortunately we just waited another 1 hour. Completely disrespectful to the customer. Why not call the customer yourself to say that it is very busy so that the customer has a choice whether to order somewhere else or wait. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm, the fries were limp and the cheese from the kapsalon had of course solidified again and therefore looked like a layer of glue so you needed a knife to cut it. I threw half away. I really don't care about reviews but this is really disrespectful and the owner should be ashamed of treating customers this way.

Al meerdere malen op vrijdag (ochtend) onze bestelling doorgegeven, met wisselend resultaat. De bezorging laat nog al te wensen over. Zelfs een keer 2,5 uur moeten wachten. We hebben ze nog de voordeel van de twijfel gegeven, tot vandaag. Ze zijn bij de bestelling die (weer) te laat bezorgd was, nu de knoflook vergeten. Kan uiteraard gebeuren, alleen een beetje jammer dat de knoflook vervolgens een uur later bezorgd wordt, terwijl dit volgens Google Maps 7 minuten rijden is. Helaas het koude broodje in de tussentijd moeten opeten zonder dit wit-goude zalf. Klein puntje van tevredenheid: We kregen er wel gratis Capri-Sun bij. De knoflookbakjes staan nu in de koelkast voor eventueel de volgende keer. Groetjes
