Grabbed a quick bite on the way to a friend's; ordered one sandwich, one ayran, and one lahmacun with cheese. It was tasty, crispy, and the cheese made it uniquely delicious. I love cheese, so I thought I'd give it a try. Normally it doesn't belong in there, of course, but I was very impressed. You can get tasty food and drinks for a reasonable price. The table was clean and was kept clean well while I was there. So, a 5 for me.

It's a shame that the Turkish pizza has become more expensive again. In any case, I find the prices too expensive.

Poor hygiene, very mediocre staff, high prices; in short, a filthy place. Nobody really cleans properly, with staff who can't even manage a "hello" (always grumpy and very unfriendly to customers). On top of that, they don't wear gloves; they do everything with their hands, yuck! So I really advise against this bakery; there are too many red flags in this shop because they seem to understand very little about it......

The best Turkish bakery in Arnhem! Friendly staff and plenty of seating. My personal favorite is the Turkish pizza, which you can get here for just €3.50. The pizza is heated in the oven for you, filled with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red cabbage, and then topped with homemade garlic sauce and sambal. They also sell other delicious pastries, such as those filled with feta, feta cheese, and spinach, boiled potatoes, or Turkish mince. For those with a sweet tooth, they also have a wide selection of excellent baklava.

Just back from Bakery Erciyes. I CLEARLY said NO garlic sauce or sambal on one of the lahmacuns. What's on it? Garlic sauce... my brother is extremely lactose intolerant. This has happened before, and I don't think we'll come here again because it's not only unfriendly to customers but also endangering someone's health. Too bad, this was our favorite place; we used to come here weekly.

Delicious fresh food and baklava

I find the staff disrespectful and unhygienic.

This is one of the best places in the area to buy freshly baked Turkish food. Their food is absolutely delicious and you pay a reasonable price.

I ordered lentil soup, but it wasn't brought to my table, and I couldn't even crack a smile, but it was okay. After a few bites, I found a piece of nail in the soup. It was simply disgusting. It was too busy, so I decided to say anything and make a scene. I left feeling nauseous, as if I'd been assaulted. I definitely won't be coming back here again.

The promised time for pickup didn't arrive, meaning the people I invited couldn't eat. And everything is a mix-up.

For a business lunch, I contacted the lahmacun restaurant Erciyes Arnhem four days in advance to place an order. “We will arrange it on Friday,” I was assured. When I called again on Friday and gave the details, I was told: “We will call you back.” Unfortunately, that call did not come. I called again that day, but again I got the same answer. In the end, it turned out that the business had already closed. A carefully planned lunch was ruined, purely due to a lack of attention and professionalism. Communicating on time, keeping agreements and showing respect for your customer are basic principles of good entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, this business did not meet any of these values. It is regrettable that there are still companies that pollute the market with negligence and indifference. Entrepreneurs who do their work with care and dedication deserve our appreciation.

We wanted to have a quick hot bite and ended up here by chance and we did not regret it. Delicious rolled pizza with salad, cheese and sauces. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I visited the store around 6:50 PM on December 20th. There is a racist male staff member at this store. I'm Asian and I went there to pick up a product from Too Good To Go. As soon as I arrived and they saw me, the staff member became expressionless. When I showed my order number, they suddenly just said "No." I was confused and I asked for clarification, and they coldly told me to "Swipe." Should swiping happen after confirming whether the product can be picked up between the customer and staff? If they wanted me to swipe, they could have asked politely instead of using a commanding tone, which I felt was clearly discriminatory. The amount of food I received was the smallest I've ever gotten from any Too Good To Go store. I was very disappointed with both the poor customer service and the small portions. Additionally, the male staff was handling the bread with his bare hands while packing it. It was clearly unhygienic. I have decided that I will never use this store again.

We grabbed something to eat quickly. It was good. We went to the bathroom with our child to wash our hands. There was no soap or paper. I reported and asked to put soap. I was told it was gone. I asked for the waitress to give me the staff soap but was told there was none!!!! The waitress tells me to wash my hands with water... It is against hygiene standards to not have soap for the staff or for the customers. Basic hygiene is not respected.

Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches! Not expensive either! It is not very pleasant to sit at this bakery. But the taste of the sandwiches makes up for it!

We've gotten orders here before. And suddenly the dough was more important than the contents. There was literally nothing in the borek, a line of content and the rest was puff pastry. Had to throw away half of the order of a lot of money.

Today I ate a delicious Turkish pizza here. You can choose what you want on it. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage, etc. Also a delicious garlic sauce. In the oven for about 5 minutes and it was boiling hot. For only €3.50 and with cheese €4.00. Furthermore, a beautiful range of large and small loaves of bread, sandwiches, sweet treats, etc. Moreover, I was helped by a very friendly young lady. Top business!

Vandaag hebben we 2 verschillende pides mee naar ons chalet genomen en we verheugen ons om ze vanavond lekker op te eten. Dus ja het blijft een AANRADER en het personeel is nog steeds heel vriendelijk zo ook de prijs. Super!

Grote mooie Turkse bakkerij met ontzettend veel lekkers! Van hartig tot zoet vrijwel alles verkrijgbaar en voor uitermate vriendelijke prijzen! Netjes en vriendelijk geholpen door zeer nette aardige jongedame! Plek gevonden om vaker en regelmatig terug te komen!

Mooie ruime bakkerij, wel iets duurder dan de andere Turkse bakkers. Heel jammer dat het personeel niet vriendelijk is. Geen begroeting, geen bedankje, kortaf als ik iets vraag.... (en nee, het was op dat moment niet druk) voor mij de eerste en ook de laatste keer hier.
