I find the staff disrespectful and unhygienic.

This is one of the best places in the area to buy freshly baked Turkish food. Their food is absolutely delicious and you pay a reasonable price.

I ordered lentil soup, but it wasn't brought to my table, and I couldn't even crack a smile, but it was okay. After a few bites, I found a piece of nail in the soup. It was simply disgusting. It was too busy, so I decided to say anything and make a scene. I left feeling nauseous, as if I'd been assaulted. I definitely won't be coming back here again.

The promised time for pickup didn't arrive, meaning the people I invited couldn't eat. And everything is a mix-up.

For a business lunch, I contacted the lahmacun restaurant Erciyes Arnhem four days in advance to place an order. “We will arrange it on Friday,” I was assured. When I called again on Friday and gave the details, I was told: “We will call you back.” Unfortunately, that call did not come. I called again that day, but again I got the same answer. In the end, it turned out that the business had already closed. A carefully planned lunch was ruined, purely due to a lack of attention and professionalism. Communicating on time, keeping agreements and showing respect for your customer are basic principles of good entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, this business did not meet any of these values. It is regrettable that there are still companies that pollute the market with negligence and indifference. Entrepreneurs who do their work with care and dedication deserve our appreciation.

Fantastic bread, you won't find better anywhere.

We wanted to have a quick hot bite and ended up here by chance and we did not regret it. Delicious rolled pizza with salad, cheese and sauces. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I visited the store around 6:50 PM on December 20th. There is a racist male staff member at this store. I'm Asian and I went there to pick up a product from Too Good To Go. As soon as I arrived and they saw me, the staff member became expressionless. When I showed my order number, they suddenly just said "No." I was confused and I asked for clarification, and they coldly told me to "Swipe." Should swiping happen after confirming whether the product can be picked up between the customer and staff? If they wanted me to swipe, they could have asked politely instead of using a commanding tone, which I felt was clearly discriminatory. The amount of food I received was the smallest I've ever gotten from any Too Good To Go store. I was very disappointed with both the poor customer service and the small portions. Additionally, the male staff was handling the bread with his bare hands while packing it. It was clearly unhygienic. I have decided that I will never use this store again.

We grabbed something to eat quickly. It was good. We went to the bathroom with our child to wash our hands. There was no soap or paper. I reported and asked to put soap. I was told it was gone. I asked for the waitress to give me the staff soap but was told there was none!!!! The waitress tells me to wash my hands with water... It is against hygiene standards to not have soap for the staff or for the customers. Basic hygiene is not respected.

Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches! Not expensive either! It is not very pleasant to sit at this bakery. But the taste of the sandwiches makes up for it!

We've gotten orders here before. And suddenly the dough was more important than the contents. There was literally nothing in the borek, a line of content and the rest was puff pastry. Had to throw away half of the order of a lot of money.

Today I ate a delicious Turkish pizza here. You can choose what you want on it. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage, etc. Also a delicious garlic sauce. In the oven for about 5 minutes and it was boiling hot. For only €3.50 and with cheese €4.00. Furthermore, a beautiful range of large and small loaves of bread, sandwiches, sweet treats, etc. Moreover, I was helped by a very friendly young lady. Top business!

Heel slecht, zojuist besteld maar niet alles gekregen, met hun gebelt maar moest contact op nemen met thuisbezorgd helaas thuisbezorgd nemen niet op… dit bedrijf blijft zeggen dat hun alles mee hebben gegeven maar voor als nog is mijn bestelling niet compleet… helaas weg gegooid geld 😒 slecht bedrijf

Vandaag voor bij deze bij bakkerij broodjes en Turkse pizza gehaald. De dames achter de balie waren erg vriendelijk en hielpen mij goed. De Turkse pizza was echt top, brood was lekker vers. ik kom vaker terug

Eten altijd goed en lekker maar Jezus wat een klant ontvriendelijke vrouw achter de kassa vandaag. Service mag echt wel op een wat nettere manier. Toch ergens anders heen als mevrouw achter de kassa staat volgende keer.

Wij komen zeker terug. 👍😊We zijn vandaag 25 juni 2022 terug gegaan en hebben wederom heerlijk gesmuld van al het lekkers in de bakkerij. Vandaag hebben we 2 verschillende pides mee naar ons chalet genomen en we verheugen ons om ze vanavond lekker op te eten. Dus ja het blijft een AANRADER en het personeel is nog steeds heel vriendelijk zo ook de prijs. Super!

De beste Turske bakker van Arnhem! Vriendelijk personeel en veel zitgelegenheid. Mijn persoonlijke favoriet is de Turkse pizza, die je hier voor slechts €2,50 kunt halen. De pizza wordt voor je opgewarmt in de oven, gevult met sla, tomaat, komkommer en rode kool en vervolgends gevult met huisgemaakte knoflooksaus en sambal. Ook verkopen ze heerlijke andere deegwaren, bijvoorbeeld gevult met feta, feta en spinazie, gekookte aardappel of turks gehakt. Voor de zoetekauw is er ook een breed assortiment voortreffelijke baklava.

Grote mooie Turkse bakkerij met ontzettend veel lekkers! Van hartig tot zoet vrijwel alles verkrijgbaar en voor uitermate vriendelijke prijzen! Netjes en vriendelijk geholpen door zeer nette aardige jongedame! Plek gevonden om vaker en regelmatig terug te komen!

Mooie ruime bakkerij, wel iets duurder dan de andere Turkse bakkers. Heel jammer dat het personeel niet vriendelijk is. Geen begroeting, geen bedankje, kortaf als ik iets vraag.... (en nee, het was op dat moment niet druk) voor mij de eerste en ook de laatste keer hier.
