Bakkerij Schuld in Wijk 00 Oldebroek

I've been a customer of this bakery for 50 years, but it's nowhere near what it used to be. I got a cream puff this week; it looks a lot like a Hema cream puff, and the currant buns are completely flat. I think the bakery is too big and too ambitious; they no longer have the time or attention for their products.

Delicious sandwich, good service, I'd happily go out of my way for that again.

They have delicious, high-quality bread, but delivering coarse whole-wheat bread in Wezep is very difficult. Growth is fun, but keep providing service.

Our class received a wonderful welcome for a hands-on morning at Schuld Bakery's Bakkersmolen! The children were put to work in small groups. They helped refill tea bottles, cut vegetables, and weeded the patio, among other things. After a snack break, we were given a tour of the mill by an enthusiastic volunteer. The children were enthusiastic: "This was a truly fantastic morning!" Schuld Bakery, thank you for this fun and educational morning!

I think this is a nice place :) the coffee is good and the pastries are delicious! You walk 'through' the bakery to the restaurant, and on the way you come across more goodies than you actually want to take home ;). Staff is always friendly. The bakery sells bread and cakes and chocolate.

Here you can buy pigeon tomcat all year round and it's delicious.👍😋. Pastry is also recommended, for example a double-decker (tompouce)

We had 2 coffees, a luxurious apple turnover and a hazelino. The coffee turned out to have mocca flavor and that doesn't work for me🤢. The apple turnover had apparently been lying around for a while as it was dry. My wife enjoyed her share because she loves mocha. Service was good, nice outside in the sun.

Had lunch here this afternoon. When asked whether there were any dishes other than those on the plate, we received a negative answer, but also an extensive explanation as to where this was the case in other Schuld bakeries. Decided to stay here and the salmon sandwiches, coffee and tea were good. This, coupled with the friendly ladies, is definitely a place to have lunch. Seating space is limited.

i went there this afternoon to buy cream cakes and the staff only used her bare hand to grab the cakes. That was bad. No hygiene. This caused the cakes to be pressed. Her hand was dirty with cream, so she had to clean it before wrapping our cakes.

Got fresh pastries this morning, or so I thought. The apple pie turned out to be still frozen. After thawing, it was still relatively watery. This is not the quality you expect and normally get.

Okay, the products in the store are indeed very pricey. The choice is up to the customer whether they are willing to do this. Apple cake tasted really good! Ordered and ate a brunch board on the spot: really delicious! And a lot. We could hardly finish it. Service very friendly and smooth. Really worth five stars.

Bakery Debt has always been a top bakery in terms of quality. The staff are very friendly and the store is very inviting. The only 'disadvantage' is that it is not a bakery for everyone. They are indeed very expensive.

We came in at 4:30 PM, half an hour before closing time, to have a cup of coffee. Everyone was already cleaning up, and a cup of coffee was just allowed. We didn't really feel welcome this way. Maybe move the closing time forward? Shame…..

Had lunch at the bakery mill last Saturday. A very cozy atmosphere, nice location and decor. In addition, we received friendly help and everything was served quickly. The new Pulled Pork sandwich is highly recommended, well filled, not too much and certainly not too little. Nice lunch opportunity

In the car on the way to Ommen we wanted to have some lunch. That is of course possible at the roadside restaurant. But now that we have found this place we drive a few kilometers further to enjoy it. We also brought the delicious extra filled raisin bread and an apple cake. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.

We had coffee at the Schuld bakery, but that was not a success. The coffee was tasty, but the sausage roll I ordered was cold when it arrived at the table. I said something and the sign was immediately pulled away from me. A little later the girl who served us came back and said that the oven would not turn on for a sandwich because of the energy costs. A bit strange because why is a sausage roll on the menu? Ten minutes later my plate with the sandwich I had already cut came back to the table, it was warmer but not enough, a pity. Let's not go to Debt anymore for a while.

Truly the tastiest bread in the North Veluwe. There is often something wrong with an order. Just got 3 chocolate letters T instead of 1 T and 2 K's. Also ordered a letter W; I made a special phone call to say that it should be a W and not an M. "It will be fine." Not so. It's about bread and pastries, so it can't be more than a mild annoyance. That's not it. But this review must happen. Furthermore: we are always ready for offers in the email. Just arrived: "Weekly offer Almond Bar: from €5.95 for €5.50. Weekly offer is valid from Tuesday, November 23 to Saturday, November 27." 7.5% discount on an almond bar. No comment. My verdict: the quality of the bread and pastries is so good that we simply accept the operational bungling with a small smile. This is my statement, and you must go with it.

Eating on the terrace is really good. Richly filled and taste is great. However, the service and course of events is unfortunately somewhat inferior. We sat at a table inside. We saw that a spot became available outside and we asked if we could sit there. This was fine. We were then told that we really had to hurry up. I think I spent 2 minutes packing my stuff? When they brought the bread they apparently couldn't find us anymore because we had changed places. The staff really sneered at us in an ugly way that we should have passed this on. Neatly told her that we did this to another staff member. Then there was no response and she walked away. Very unfortunate... we actually wanted to order more drinks. But we really didn't feel comfortable anymore and left. The food is super good quality. But I won't come back here again.

It was 5 stars until a year and a half ago, but in the last year in particular the quality of the bread has deteriorated unfortunately... multigrain used to be really super tasty, super fresh. Now tasteless and almost factory-like, perhaps now more quantity than quality. Cream cake and currant buns are still good as usual

Via de B&B Natuurlijk Goed werd deze bakkerij aangeraden. Een bezoek gebracht en we waren blij verrast. Gezellige sfeer en vanalles mogelijk bij deze bakkerij. Het notenbrood moet je geproefd hebben!
