Bakkerij Tonnie Knippenborg in Wijk 00 Ulft-Etten

Last week, my colleague and I stopped by here for a sandwich and some half loaves. When we arrived, the lady was standing outside the door smoking, so we had to walk inside through a cloud of smoke. When we went inside, she politely followed us to help, but she didn't think to wash her hands after just standing there smoking and then taking and wrapping the bread. It is perfectly fine for someone to smoke, but don't do it in front of the entrance and wash your hands before you get back to work.

Good shop. I regularly pick up a TooGoodToGo package there too.

Favorite bakery. Always super delicious stuff.
