Lots of choice and a nice and cozy atmosphere

My mother and I come to the Filliaal in Brunssum at least twice a week and are always served very friendly, especially by Riekie who always provides a cheerful note and comes out dancing to bring out the cappucino. Everything was well taken care of and in short, it's always a great day out to go to Voncken!

Bought a luxurious Mont Blanc pie for my birthday. Cut it for my family and was told by my family that an old pie should not be eaten. I called the bakery there and they said a fresh pie.. that is normal... the pie was thrown in the trash and a. Bought new at Hagendoren bakery

I always get the same bread, and I don't have to say which bread, I always have Butter bread, which I think is the tastiest bread they have, so when it's my turn they automatically get Butter bread or I just call them. want to prepare a butter loaf, and that is no problem and they are always nice to me

Ate in Brunssum, woman on staff shouting and way too expensive.

Came for a quick cappuccino. I was bluntly told that it could take up to 30 minutes before I would receive it. It is clear that they do not want smaller customers and so they chat away. Fine...but since then I never get my loaves and pies here anymore. And if I want to have lunch with several people, I will never come here again. Prices are also way too expensive

Come here for the bread on bread day, order online. Staff friendly and correct. Keep it up, my compliments.

Delicious food, plenty of seating, friendly service, a bit more expensive

Yesterday I paid almost 20 euros (!!!) for butter rolls, 2 ham cheese croissants and 2 Hawaiian rolls. Super expensive and not tasty either. The rolls were very tough, the croissants were completely discoloured... it really couldn't have been made in the morning, it was already there from yesterday BAH

We get our bread here every week, Friday is bread day and you can get 4 breads of you choosing for 10 euro. the bread quality is allot better then the casual supermarkets.

Bought a rice pie with whipped cream on Monday for €23.50 Well unfortunately it wasn't really fresh and there was little taste to this pie A lot of money for little quality

I wanted to get an ice cream, I was standing there with another customer, there were 2 customers in the store, 4 employees who didn't even look at us, after 5 minutes I called out hello, they just looked stupid, then it was me and him other customer just left...very bad service, apparently they don't care whether the boss makes money or not!

Afschuwelijk dit noem je geen brood dit is kauwgum.jr stikt er bij in. Dan denk dat je blij mag zijn met aanbiedimg. Zijn volgens mij dat ze troep verkocht krijgen.

If I could give a zero I would. First of all, wait 15 minutes to order. Two people stand to help one customer and then have a quick chat with each other. Have been waiting at the checkout for a while! When I ordered it, I received burnt ragu toast, the employee asked if it tasted good and indicated that it was burnt. My mother shouted 'oh yes' and walked away unashamedly without any further response. They also left the tray on our table. And then we wanted to grab a small pastry. And asked for it on a napkin. There was a discussion with three employees that we had to go to another cash register. I asked for a quick hand. This was not accepted by the employees and they refused to do so. We walked away, you don't have to expect hospitality here!!!

Delicious fresh sandwiches. Delicious hot coffee but coffee is not cheap. Friendly staff. Helped quickly.

Actually 4.5 stars! Large, cozy and busy bakery/lunchroom in the heart of Brunssum with very friendly and very cordial service (😉) and a wide choice, at affordable prices👍

If you want to eat delicious original Limburg pie, then this is the place for you! We tasted the gooseberry pie. This one was excellent. Beautifully whipped merenque foam in combination with the fruit jelly: that was a real taste bomb!

Bij Bakkerij Voncken in Brunssum enkele paas lekkernijen gekocht waaronder een haas met een mandje. Bij thuiskomst miste ik de haas met mandje en heb ik hierover Bakkerij Voncken een email over gestuurd. Waarop ik als antwoord kreeg dat ik vorig jaar ook om het zelfde gevraagd zou hebben, en aangezien ik nooit eerder bij deze bakkerij ben geweest lijkt mij dit zeer sterk. Uiteraard weet ik zelf wel waar ik wel en niet kom. Bakkerij Voncken is niet van plan het haasje met mand na te sturen terwijl ik hier wel netjes voor heb betaald. DUS KOOP HIER NIKS!!!

Cozy seats and friendly service. A spacious terrace in the spring/summer and nice and warm and cozy inside in the autumn/winter.

It's the umpteenth time that it's too gross to eat inside. The chairs are extremely dirty with stains in them and the floor is just gross. Staff is doing nothing instead of keeping the place tidy. The staff talk and laugh very loudly, to the detriment of the beauty of the place. The way the business looked “once again” today, Voncken bakery should be deeply ashamed!!! So not good advertising!

Very pleasant bakery with very good coffee, there is a fireplace with wing chairs in front of which you can relax.

Op de kaart gekozen voor koffie, panini kip en panini lekkerbekje. Bij het bestellen konden we geen bruine panini krijgen. Oké dan maar wit. Komt de koffie met een soort van Turks brood gezond. Navraag levert dat dit de panini lekkerbekje is. Op mijn vraag waar is het lekkerbekje dan? Antwoord: dit is het lekkerbekje. We hebben geen vis. Nouja zeg. Verkoop het dan ook niet onder die noemer. En wat is bij jullie panini? De een kreeg een zacht wit brood en de ander een hard afbakbroodje. Voor ons NOOIT meer deze zaak.

Wel druk, maar zo weet je in ieder geval dat het goed eten is.

Bakkerij met heerlijk gebak en brood ook een gelegenheid om jezelf te verwennen met een latte of cappuccino.

De keuze uit vlaaien die bij de koffie kon worden besteld liet te wensen over. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ging wel, maar was niet om naar huis te schrijven. Dit werd wel gecompenseerd door de vriendelijke bediening.

Ze hebben er heerlijk gebak. Je kunt er ook koffie drinken en gebak eten. En bij mooi weer buiten op het terras.

Broodje gezond genuttigd. Beleg en koffie prima. Het broodje was taai, alsof het al vroeg gesmeerd was, niet knapperig. Zeer teleurstellend voor een broodjes/bakker zaak.

Fijne plek voor een broodje en kop koffie

Een heel goede bakker en vriendelijke bediening.

Heel even binnen gewees om een kop koffie met vlaai re nuttigen. We waren met drie personen waarvan twee koffie met vlaai wilden bestellen. We moesten allebei dezelfde vlaai uitzoeken omdat ze maar 1 vlaai wilden aansnijden terwijl ze een stuk of 5 halve vlaaien in de vitrine hadden staan.

"Voncken" is voor mij synoniem voor een kwalitatief goede bakker.

Middelmatige broodjes, alleen te krijgen wat er op voorraad ligt. Zaak an sich niet netjes schoon.

Bakker heeft verschillende vestigingen in Zuid-Limburg. De locatie aan de Kerkstraat was er een van. Deze is inmiddels gesloten. Het nieuwe adres is Victoria 2, Brunssum. Daar is niet alleen een bakkerszaak, maar ook een lunchroom.

Geen decafe bot personeel veel te duur

The layout of the bakery is done with the customer in mind. The service from the personnel is outstanding. Service comes with a smile and friendliness. The quality of the baked goods is superior. The coffee is great and served hot. Best bakery in Brunssum and probably the best in Limberg. My wife and I go to this bakery at least once per week. The prices are still good in this time of inflated pricing.

Eten is altijd goed. Werd meteen geholpen. Muziekkeuze was om depressief van te worden. Bleef maar donkere graf muziek draaien voor tieners. Vandaag gelukkig mogen prijzen met constant k3/achtige muziek en daarna pas weer die donkere gangster muziek. Gemiddelde leeftijd wat er zat was ruim boven de 60 a 70 jaar. Nogal ongepaste muziek keuze?! Lounge of minder opvallende muziek beter?

Het is een locatie waar het personeel erg vriendelijk is, en ik kom altijd met veel plezier terug op deze prachtige locatie
