Today I tested the orange cream puff. I give it a 6.5. Without the orange topping, there wasn't much flavor. The whipped cream and pudding had no sugar? And it was too heavy. I think it would be better to put a little less whipped cream on the topping and make the pudding a bit sweeter.

I've been getting pastries from this bakery in Apeldoorn for a while now. Their Moorkoppen, apple pie, and hazelnut pastries are my favorites. This bakery is on par with Maison Kelder in The Hague. Sometimes, a pastry has a slightly watery whipped cream, which probably means it's no longer fresh. But that's more of an isolated incident.

Delicious chocolate bonbons. The cakes are also beautiful and delicious! The price is also there, but if you can afford it, it is definitely worth it 👍

Beautiful, specialized pastry shop. It was recommended to me by my own baker in Apeldoorn. I came looking for vegan pastries, without sugar or gluten. If they have that anywhere, it's here, I was told. Unfortunately, they didn't have that, but the store is a feast for the eyes and worth a visit.

There are three of us in the store but they don't think it's important to greet the customer. Was helped with difficulty by one of them. Money spent in a store that is not friendly and cannot pack the pastries neatly. Everything was smeared together so I couldn't offer this to my guests. Very bad experience.

A while ago I stopped by at closing time and brought a cake for my son. At home I discovered that it was chock full of E numbers (I think as many as 10) that he is allergic to. Returning the cake early the next morning was not accepted because of food, and I did not get the money back either! (nice). I am really shocked that such a pastry chef's products contain so many E numbers

The best pastry shop in Apeldoorn. They make everything themselves and have delicious creations. People with a gluten intolerance can go here, albeit to a limited extent, for something tasty.

Bought another delicious hazelnut cake at Maassen today. My surprise was great. 25% price increase!!!! Too ridiculous for words. This cannot only be the result of the more expensive times of today, a different owner perhaps??? It's very unfortunate that it has to be this way.

Always delicious, always fresh. Quality, I grew up with this pastry shop, my father used to work there. Lovely staff, always up for a chat.

We looked online in advance to see what kind of treats we wanted so that my husband could only get that. That wasn't easy with all the goodies! I ended up making a top 3 just in case something wasn't there. But my number 1: the caramel pastry was there! This was really AMAZING.
