Always delicious food, good service, and reasonable prices. Upon arrival, the service was always polite and personal, but not jovial. Very pleasant. Tonight I picked up a chicken and vegetable pizza and a kapsalon. The chef himself was enthusiastic about the pizza, and he was sure I would be too. He kindly asked if I would share my experiences in a review, even if it was disappointing. Fortunately, it wasn't. The pizza was delicious, as was the kapsalon.

The food was delicious. The service was very friendly. We usually order food here when we work late. But then you never get beyond Turkish pizza or kapsalon. But the menu offers many more delicious Turkish dishes if you're sitting in the restaurant. Definitely worth coming back!👌🏻

Always delicious, order arrived within an hour of ordering (ordered on Saturday around 5:40 PM! Arrived around 6:30 PM). So that's fine.

Baran is a fantastic restaurant if you value quality. The food is pricey, but the quality is definitely up to par. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they clearly go the extra mile to ensure a good experience. There are also good options for vegetarians, and I highly recommend the (fresh, homemade) hummus!

I ordered food here online & when the food came opened it , the smell that came out was very bad , the scent of the meats was crazy , very bad smell i had to throw everything away , Do beter guys , Dont show clean restaurant with smelly/ bad scent food .

Eating at Baran. You think of a Turkish pizza, look at the prices, and think, "That's not cheap." Then you look around and see the charming decor and the friendly service. We order a lamb sac kavurma and a chicken and cheese pide. Then we're treated to such incredibly delicious food! I was stuffed and disappointed because I wanted to keep savoring that rich and unique flavor. We thought it was more than worth every penny and would love to come back!

I was here a while ago with six people, but I couldn't resist writing a review anyway. The food itself was good, but the prices are absurdly high. A children's menu with seven chicken nuggets costs €17 plus a €4 drink for a five-year-old. €21 🤨. Five köfte or two small chicken fillets cost €25, without the €4 drink. Last time for me. What also stands out is the way negative reviews are responded to. Telling customers to "stay away" or "buy fries next time, they're cheaper" is unprofessional. When we were there, the six of us were the only guests, and honestly, with those prices and that attitude, I understand why. It's a shame, because the taste is fine, but the price-quality ratio and customer service are seriously lacking. 👏

Delicious food. The mixed vegetables added to the roll are exceptionally fresh and crispy. The roll itself is baked locally and is very tasty. The garlic sauce is good; you can ask for a bottle of the sauce at the table, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the meat was served from a warmer, but it was delicious. Maybe next time I'll find freshly cut meat. I recommend this place!

If you want delicious Turkish food, you have to go to Baran. Delicious sandwiches and meat, simply delicious. The quality is undeniable; the owner prepares everything with love. Hygiene, speed, and friendliness are worth 5 stars.

Friendly staff and nice hair salon

They accidentally added sambal. I called the owner, and he immediately said, "Come get another one!" without even checking my order. Now that's customer service! And it's delicious!! I'm so happy with it, and it was so sweet with an apology and a heart sign (see photo). Excellent, very satisfied. I called the owner back to thank him!

The omelet with sucuk and cheese was absolutely delicious! The owner and staff are incredibly kind people, with service and customer friendliness as their top priority.

I've been awake since yesterday with a stomach bug because of that old meat you're selling. Ugh, I've reported it to the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority).

For years I ate delicious chicken sandwiches every week.

The pita was delicious, but it was too heavy for breakfast, it was more suitable to eat for dinner. 😀

My son was allowed to pick up food for the first time. Once home, the Turkish pizzas turned out to be cold and my son indicated that they had been there for a while because someone else had not picked them up. He had to pay the full price. Never go there again.

After hearing so many good stories about Baran Restaurant, I went there last week to experience it myself. When I entered, I immediately felt welcome and was kindly received by the staff. After ordering, drinks were brought to me in no time, as well as the extensive menu. I didn't know what to choose and on the advice of the staff, I chose the Mix grill. This was definitely a good choice. I was served a lot of deliciously prepared meat. For dessert, I also tried the baklava and it was honestly the tastiest baklava I have ever had. All in all, a very good experience at Baran and I will recommend it to everyone! Until next time!

We originally came by to pick up food, but the atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff were so inviting that we spontaneously called our group to come and dine on site. What a good decision! Last night I had dinner at Baran with my parents. After the waiter's suggestion (also a super nice owner), we selected 4 dishes and shared them as 'shared dining'. The Turkish cuisine is delicious anyway, but the chef (the other owner, also very nice and humorous) has put really delicious dishes on the table. Our company really enjoyed it. I'm normally of the category 'there is always room for improvement', but in this case Baran really deserved 4 times ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. In short: Baran will see us more often, also for home delivery 😁.

After a day of organizing an event in Zoetermeer, as an organizer I started looking for a dining place where we could sit quietly with a large group and enjoy Turkish cuisine. Well, that certainly worked out thanks to the restaurant employees. I was able to keep my group more than satisfied thanks to the team, thank you very much Baran and certainly worth repeating.

I ordered a hair salon. Salad was certainly not fresh and the fries were not tasty, but the meat was okay. When I look at the comments the owner makes I laugh. Owner could indeed take a customer service course

Yes, sorry, but this was really the last time, I said that last time. The hair salon was really below standard, fries were old and limp, you had to look for chicken fillet and vegetables were not fresh. It's simple, if you pay 15 euros for a hair salon you at least expect fresh food. My opinion is that they sell under the guise: 'the Dutch eat everything.' If the number of orders decreases, you know why.

Ridiculously expensive and a complete waste of my money. Tasteless food! Everything is sold to you by a scary bald man (probably the owner). The owner is very rude and responds very rudely to reviews, as in real life, and should take a customer-friendly course. Can't stand feedback. Did I have to pay 50 euros for 2 pides for what I had to eat in a meal? Don't be fooled and drive 10 minutes further to DH or Leiden. You can feed an entire orphanage there for that amount.

The Pide was a disappointment, unfortunately I didn't like the herbs either. We also ordered mix Grill and chicken wings where we received a lot of bulger and rice but it was not tasty either. No 2 orders unfortunately

Still the tastiest kebab in Zoetermeer, even though I haven't lived there for a few years, I still like to go there when I'm in the area.

Kalf spies, patat, rijst. Niet te eten zo zout als wat, kalfsvlees taai en smaakloos. Tevens maaltijd kip, ook deze zout en niet te eten. Voor 48 euro de klikko in. Met deze slechte ervaring nooit meer Baran.

Nice staff and food is made quickly. But it's so pricey there! The pide was €20.99! I was shocked at the price! Also ordered an omelette with sucuk and cheese. There were only a few thin slices of sucuk on it (see photo). Pide didn't taste spectacularly good. Shame about this experience.
