Beach Bar Eiland van Maurik in Wijk 05 Maurik

On a summer day, you can wait a long time for your order. An hour for a few bitterballen; our drinks were already finished before we even got the food. We also had to wait well over 20 minutes for the drinks. Still no apology. The bitterballen were simply plunked down on the table. Very unfriendly. The restaurant itself hadn't seen a dust cloth in ages. It didn't look tidy. It's a shame that this owner runs a place like this in such a beautiful location.
