I received a dish that was not right, but I was helped politely by getting a new dish 👍

The pizzas were delicious, well seasoned. And the service was good.

Ordered two lasagnas and one pesto pasta. The food was delivered, but it was poorly packaged. One lasagna had shifted, and part of it had leaked into the pesto pasta. The delivery driver indicated that it hadn't been properly packaged. I said I wanted one lasagna and one pesto pasta again. Then, only a lasagna was delivered, and it was also half-burned, and no pesto pasta. The pasta was then delivered, but without the arugula, which is listed on the menu. We won't be ordering from them again.

After a day in Hellendoorn, we had pizza here with the family. Simply good pizzas. They were very tasty.

You certainly get plenty of food if you order something. The kapsalon here is just potato wedges and shawarma. Don't you get any vegetables with it, or did they forget? They certainly forgot the sauce that was ordered with it. The pasta is certainly enough for two people; what a huge bowl of spaghetti you get. One thing that's disappointing is that there was still a large chicken bone in it. Who knows, we might try it again sometime, but there are plenty of better options nearby that deliver.

We waited over two hours for our food! We called ten times and only received false promises! Don't order from here!

I opted for delivery, but after a good hour after the estimated delivery time, still nothing. I've read other similar experiences, so unfortunately, I should have read the review.

What a bad pizza, very tough, dirty and doesn't look good, don't order here, delivered 45 minutes late.

We were given an estimated delivery time of 7:30 PM. We received the order at 8:45 PM. The person I spoke to on the phone said at 7:40 PM that the delivery driver was on his way, even though it was only a 15-minute drive. After 20 minutes, I called again, and the same man said he couldn't remember if he'd said he was on his way. Then he said he was on his way. At 8:00 PM... even though the order arrived at 8:45 PM.

I waited over two hours for my order, and after an hour and a half, I called and was told the delivery driver was on his way. Terrible service!

13 pizzas ordered in the afternoon were ready at 18:00! Service to cut them was also great! The pizzas were also delicious!

After placing the order, had to wait a good hour for the order. No message that it would be later. Finally received the food. But the steak is like a piece of leather, can't be eaten. 1x never order here again...

What a crappy place. Had to wait more than 2 hours. After calling 4 times you get the same story every time that it is being made, that it is almost on its way, it is coming. I will never order here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Delivered quickly to the camper site

Ordered pizzas here, they were cold and sticky, I called and they didn't want to send anything again because we live in Ommen, the pineapple was also missing on a HAWAII pizza, why? Never again for us

Tonight at 7pm I placed an order for the 3rd time, including a pizza Hawaii with extra topping. The previous 2 times they were very good, this time it was a complete disappointment. After waiting for over an hour and a half and a delivery person who completely ignored the instructions (do not ring the doorbell), I opened the box with the pizza Hawaii to find out that there was no pineapple on the pizza. I called the restaurant to indicate that this was all wrong and that I would like a new pizza. This was all too difficult and after a lot of effort I decided to refund the pizza with the urgent request not to order there again!

Ordered pasta carbonara twice today, according to their site with spring onion while it contains normal onion, I don't like this so I had to throw the meal away. Furthermore, it was a matter of looking for bacon

Ordered pizzas. They arrived an hour late. The pizzas had been kept on the side and were partly wet. A number of pizzas were also not what we ordered. We won't order from here again!

We had to wait almost 3 hours in total for our food. The pizzas arrived after about an hour, but the dough was soggy and the toppings were completely off the pizza as if the box had been upside down. I asked if one could go without bacon and the other without mushrooms, but unfortunately both were still there. Called and asked for two new pizzas. Meanwhile, it is 8:45 PM and we still haven't had dinner. Not very polite to make customers wait so long who have already had a bad order. Never again for us.

Unappetizing pizza that was very burnt on the bottom. And I asked for chicken döner 3 times and got chicken and veal. Not my taste. Waste of money.

Horrible. We ordered online and waited over 3 hours, had to call several times. When the pizza arrived it was of bad quality. The order was also wrong (we ordered without cheese, there was cheese on all the pizzas). Can't recommend at all!!!

Ordered via Lieferando, it took 3 hours and several calls. Food was wrong and cold. Tasted rubbery. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

One star is too many!!! We waited 3 hours for delivery, then the delivery was incomplete and incorrect. The pizza we got was of very poor quality, cold and sticky. In addition, there was no communication and our questions were not answered truthfully. Never again and a serious warning to everyone not to order there. My worst experience.

If I could I would give them zero Stars. One star is one too many. The delivery took 3 hours and the order was not correct at all. The Pizza was disgusting as well and we were afraid to eat it because of health fears (we didn't want to risk to get food poisioning). Do not order here and save yourself the disappointment.

Picked up pizza tonight. You will be helped politely and very friendly. I understand why delivery took a little longer tonight, because he was all alone. I think it's great how he was multitasking. We ordered over the telephone and asked for the delivery time after placing the order, which would be 45. After an hour and a half and three phone calls later, the food arrived. Pizzas were fine, shawarma dish a bit bland, fried potatoes a bit bland. The spareribs, on the other hand, were delicious. So to conclude; I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon, even though the food was generally fine.

The pizzas were reasonable, although the vegetable choice on the Vegetario was a bit uncreative (onion, pepper, olives and mushrooms). Quality okay, but no positive surprises. And the waiting time was more than 20 minutes longer than indicated.

Ordered there several times now and the food tastes good. I have only now received the wrong thing 3 times or something is missing from my order, which I think is sloppy... especially because you have to go there yourself because calling and waiting is hardly an option because you have to wait longer than one hour before your order arrives.

Delicious food there, tastiest spareribs I've ever had and the shawarma was to die for, very friendly owner. If I want to go to a pizzeria again with my family, I will definitely go here again.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I waited for over an hour after ordering a pizza with a terrible smell and even my pet did not want to eat it.

Ordered via home delivery. It was already 45 minutes later, which you can expect on the weekend so that wasn't necessarily the problem... but we got the wrong order, then the right one but with the wrong pizza, that can happen of course. But what I really don't like is that the box the pizza came in was a musty smelly thing...seemed to have been in a smoky room? (That's what the smell seemed like) and this was also absorbed into the pizza... we won't order from here anymore...

Very bad if you order here via home delivery. It takes 2.5 hours before you get your food and then it is cold and weak. I called 3/4 times to ask because home delivery indicated it would take another 3 minutes and it was already 20 minutes later. This is my first and last time ordering from this company...

Bad thing. Ordered food several times but they do not adhere to the delivery times. They arrive more than an hour and a half late. There is no communication at the front and you have to make the next call yourself. Next time I won't order here again.

Friendly staff, quite extensive menu with pizzas, pasta, kebabs etc. With the dish I received a fresh apple-cucumber salad that was surprisingly tasty. Unfortunately my beer was not that cold. Unfortunately, the decoration of the place was not very nice and it did not look very hygienic.

Lekker snel en voldoende gegeten na een dag Hellendoorn. Bambino voor de kinderen was echt meer dan genoeg. Onze pizza's waren ook groot en smakelijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

Wat een heerlijk eten! Pizza Hellendoorn, Kapsalon, Quatro Stagioni en lasagna Hawai. Vriendelijke en snelle bediening. Echt een aanrader! 😀

Dit is het derde jaar dat wij op vakantie hier pizza’s halen. Het is genieten!

Vandaag een schotel besteld. Supersnelle bezorging en heerlijk mals vlees, met goed gekruide aardappelschijfjes. Topper!

Eten is goed maar ontzettend lang wachten tot het bezorgt wordt…. Heel jammer!

Via de website besteld om 18:10 en gaven aan 19 uur te hebben bezorgd. Echter om 19:15 nog geen eten even gebeld. Terwel mensen naast ons wel eten van hun bezorgd was met de vraag of het wel goed gaat. Ik merkte dat onze bestelling kwijt/vergeten was het eten zal uiterlijk 19:40 bezorgd zal worden want het was druk. Uiteindelijk om20:05 ons eten. Met de commissie van een bakje sla en knoflooksaus. Dus zeg in vervolg Sorry door de drukt is de bestelling kwijt geraakt en niet met een smoes het is druk.

Meerdere keren hier besteld en of opgehaald. Echt een aanrader om hier eens te bestellen. Ruime porties en grote pizza's welke heerlijk van smaak.

Ik heb best vaak besteld en het eten was altijd top. De aangegeven tijden van bezorgen klopt 9 van de 10 keer. Vriendelijke bezorger.. dus blijf bestellen.

Gisteren 2 pizza's besteld bij Bella Italia en laten bezorgen. De pizza's waren prima van smaak en goed warm. De bezorger was keurig op de afgesproken tijd.

Pizza lecker...haben diese vor Ort bestellt und dann mit genommen...

Eten is heerlijk maar de besteltijd is zoooo ontzettend lang...

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke pizza's en pasta. Ook bezorgen op de afgesproken tijd. Al vaker besteld en altijd goed.

Onze ervaring is ALTIJD GOED! Bezorging altijd snel! Eten erg goed! Ook de speciale wensen in opmerkingen worden meegenomen. Top!

We hebben pasta gamba en Bella Italia schotel mix besteld. De delivery was erg snel, binnen 30 minuten stond de bezorger al voor de deur. Eten was goed heet en ook goed verpakt. De smaak was goed, en je krijgt meer dan genoeg eten voor het geld.

Heb om 16.00uur besteld voor 18.00 bezorger keurig op tijd kreeg netjes belletje dat hij er met 5 minuten was We zaten op de camping heerlijk eten goed warm eten was goed

Wij hebben hier vorige week gegeten met een groep. Vriendelijk en snel geholpen en alles was lekker. Mochten we in de buurt zijn, komen we zeker nog eens een keer!

2x heerlijke pizza's gegeten gisteren. Bodem was goed en vulling erg lekker! Maar het meest blij werd ik van de aardige jongen van de bediening en de uitbater. Vriendelijke mensen!

Eten is altijd wel lekker. En genoeg. Wij bestellen altijd wel 1 uur voor de tijd dat wij willen eten. En dan is het vaak redelijk op tijd. Voor de bezorgers niet meer dan lof. Vriendelijk en hartelijk.

Altijd erg lekere pizza's. Ze worden op de afgesproken tijd geleverd en zijn dan ook precies goed op temperatuur.

Pizza’s zijn erg lekker. De bezorging vlot en altijd correct. Online besteld en binnen 30 minuten bezorgd. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en bestellen bij Bella Italia regelmatig.

Een grote kapsalon en spaghetti bolognese besteld was bezorgd binnen 30 minuten naar dat ik besteld had en nog zo heet dat we het gewoon even moesten laten afkoelen daarnaast ook echt heerlijk zo lekker dat we meteen nog meer hebben besteld geweldige zaak

Eten was erg lekker, maar helaas 2 uur en 10 munten moeten wachten...

Wij hadden per ongeluk de verkeerde postcode gebruikt. We kregen een belletje om te vragen of het adres juist was, uiteindelijk kwam de jonge dame aan de telefoon er mee dat ze eigenlijk niet bezorgen bij ons, maar dat ze voor deze keer een uitzondering maakten! Ontzettend fijn. Ook was het eten heerlijk en was het er snel! Echt top service.
