The restaurant is cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive. The portions aren't huge. Enough for us. I don't think it's enough for big eaters. The tastiest tournedos I've ever had. Butter-tender! They also have great deals. We'll definitely be back!

A great place for a quick bite. The menu is one of a dozen but is tasty and well-maintained. Staff is friendly but the focus is clearly on the bar area and not on the restaurant. When you indicate that you are open until 22:00, you do not expect that a bite to eat is actually no longer possible when you arrive just before half past eight. Very unfortunate but fortunately there are enough neighbors where you can also go. Unfortunately not so good by Q.

For us, this is the best restaurant in Zwijndrecht and the surrounding area, with (personal) service as it should be and simply very good food.

Not worth it. Overall good food, but nothing special. Everything was severely overpriced for what it was and the service was poor. The waitress's starting suggestion turned out to cost 24 euros, without reporting this in advance. Starters were tasty, a piece of tournedos was tasty, but I was not asked how I wanted it cooked, and the short rib was dry, too small a portion and clearly not lubricated enough during the slow cook, so don't do the short rib. Some decoration of the board would have been nice. So in short, too expensive for what you get and for us the first and last time.

What a fantastic evening. This restaurant is real food porn. Tried Wagyu and sirloin steak and more dishes. Every dish is a 10+ and a big compliment to all the staff for their hospitality. Chef invited to the table and a really nice guest who has pure passion for his work. And even shares the recipe for chimi curry. I'm not asking you to eat here, but I'm obliging you. 😀

Great place to stay here! Food is varied & of good quality. Side dishes of coleslaw and mushrooms are tasty & daring. I see little to no direct management of controls... the result is many steps with often no goal.

Very nice restaurant with a clear preference for BBQ meat. After a tasty appetizer, the main course was served promptly, and these are nice portions of tasty food. The ending for me was a Dame blanche, I can say one of the best I have had so far. The restaurant also has a terrace, which was closed for a while, which is completely normal given the time of year. In short, highly recommended for meat lovers in the Zwijndrecht area or anywhere else.

For the second time here we had a very good and tasty meal. The food here is simply super good and we are happy to pay a little more for it. The controls are also well coordinated. Respond adequately and the ladies are super spontaneous even when all tables are occupied. Kudos to these ladies. There is a well-trained team here and an excellent chef in the kitchen. Dishes very tasty and tender meat. The atmosphere is cozy and we felt welcome. We are spoiled restaurant goers in the Netherlands and Belgium. We always look carefully at how customers are treated and whether they are treated well and decently. That's really fine here. We will come here more often for a bite to eat because it is just very pleasant here. Cheers 👍

Excellent steak, but lacked a bit of garnish. So there was nothing involved. Ordered a baked potato. Had little flavor and filled with cheese or something? Expected more. Dessert cheesecake good.

Been for the 3rd time and great every time! Service is great and the food is delicious. You can go here for a quality piece of meat.

Visited this restaurant at the invitation of friends. Ate a delicious piece of meat (black angus) in a cozy setting. A wood-fired oven. Beautiful bar, good and entertaining staff and the food is worth another nice review. Top. Definitely recommended.

What a good addition to Zwijndrecht! When we entered we were immediately enthusiastic, because it looked nice and the atmosphere was good. The service was very friendly and relaxed and all 4 of us really enjoyed the food. Enough choice on the menu and tasty dishes, so we will come back. Highly recommended!

Ate here for the first time with my husband and sons and it was really great! Very tasty meal. My husband is a fanatic BBQer himself, so “eating meat elsewhere” is increasingly difficult these days, because the quality is often disappointing. That was anything but the case here. Very good quality meat. So tender and soft. The dishes are incredibly tasty. The ladies who come to the table are very friendly. There is a nice cozy atmosphere. Really worth a big 5 stars in our opinion. We will definitely come back again!

The girls who run here are fantastic and everything is possible. That creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, which makes me enjoy it more. The menu is extensive and if you want something adjusted, this is no problem. All I can say is that the food and staff are really good here and it is highly recommended. Too bad the windows were so dirty, but otherwise quite an ok terrace. No sun around dinner time.

Cozy restaurant on the Veerplein in Zwijndrecht. We had a 3 course menu via “Social Deal”. The portions were more than sufficient and the dessert was a nice surprise. This restaurant is definitely recommended.

We came here via social deal. Plenty of space in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The food was very good. Because you go with a discount, the choice is somewhat smaller, but there is still something for everyone.

The service took a while, but you get really good food for it. I have regularly eaten at 5 star and Michelin restaurants for work, but the Tournedos 200Gr with Mushroom Sauce... is one of the best I have ever eaten. This restaurant is highly recommended!

This is where you need to be...! We made a reservation here for Valentine's Day via social deal a few weeks ago. Weeks later and just before Valentine's Day... you get a phone call saying that social deals were not supposed to be reserved that day.... Just booked on the online platform and it was no problem... so just not properly arranged from the restaurant itself....! We could just come, but we had to pay 20 euros PP on top of the social deal... Oh yes, money back was not an option! A few days ago we went to Zohey opposite... That is highly recommended! I think we'll do that if they still have room!

Top food in a very cozy place. Know what they are talking about. Good staff, if I have to say something ..only one downside. When it is busy they have less individual attention per table. Had to wait about half an hour for a menu, and it also took a while between courses. But...well worth waiting for! And if you just sit relaxed, that's not a problem at all.

Afgelopen woensdag met 6 personen wezen eten en ik kan oprecht zeggen in 1 woord geweldig. Super nette en vriendelijke bediening en echt fantastisch eten wordt hier geserveerd. Wij komen hier zeker vaker terug om de rest van de kaart uit te proberen.

Dit is een restaurant waar je geweest moet zijn. Sinds tijden niet zo lekker gegeten. Zeer zeer mals vlees. Ik had de surf en turf👏🏼👏🏼 De koolsla is daar trouwens heerlijk! Superleuke bediening ook. Wij gaan zeker terug😀

Alles wat er nog niet is in de regio vind je bij Best By Q. Wat een prachtige locatie, zeer mooie inrichting met oog voor detail. Personeel vriendelijk en een prima gastvrouw en gastheer die je het gevoel geven meer dan welkom te zijn. Eten en vooral het voorgerecht was super! Mooie stukken vlees en vis, mooie opmaak van de borden, smaakvolle nagerechten. Een echte aanrader voor een gezellig avond uit.

Mijn vrouw en ik zijn onlangs verhuisd vanuit Den Haag naar Zwijndrecht en wij zijn het allebei eens dat dit hoogstwaarschijnlijk ons vaste stekkie zal worden. De Steak was echt uitmuntend en dan heb ik het nog niet eens gehad over de huisgemaakte friet met truffelmayonaise. Tot snel maar weer 😉!

Het eten was oprecht HEERLIJK ! We hebben ontzettend genoten van de sfeer en het personeel was super. Het eten werd prachtig geserveerd echt een eyecatcher vooral het dessert. Al met al een top restaurant !!

Ik klim niet snel in de pen voor een recensie maar maak er nu even tijd voor vrij. En dit omdat ik zo aangenaam verrast ben door dit restaurant dat het gezegd moet worden. Wat een aanwinst voor Zwijndrecht. Wij (gezelschap 6 personen) hebben ons door chef Jesper en zijn team laten verrassen met een gevarieerde 2-gangen proeverij. Van de nachos, flatbread, short-ribs tot aan de beef tataki, tonijn, de shrimps, ossenhaas, zalm de tafel stond overvol. Ik heb nagenoeg alles mogen proeven en kan niet anders zeggen dat het voortreffelijk was. Dit was het werk van professionals. En dat bleek na een gesprekje met de chef ook wel want die heeft een aardige CV met ervaring bij gerenommeerde restaurants. Tel daarbij de leuke inrichting en de fantastisch enthousiaste bediening op en je hebt een mooie avond uit. Verwacht geen fine dining. Maar wel kwalitatief goede en met zorg bereide gerechten. Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is ook helemaal prima. Ca 75 euro pp incl drank en desserts en niet normaal lekkere limoncello. Kortom…een aanrader. Welkom Best By Q en tot snel weer ziens.

Ik mag graag buitenshuis een vorkje prikken en kom dan het liefst in de betere vleesrestaurants. Denk hierbij aan Baas van het Vlees, Black Smoke of Gauchos aan de Maas. Qua kwaliteit vlees doet Best By Q hier niet voor onder. Ik had als voorgerecht de beef tataki en mijn vrouw nachos. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we beiden een 300grams ossenhaas, die, medium rare gekozen, kwalitatief prima te nassen was. Als toetje had ik de gefrituurde vanille ijs met chocoladesaus, (zelf gemaakt, niet uit een fles of zo, bizar lekker) en marshmallows. Wat ik uitzonderlijk vind aan dit restaurant is de uitmuntende zorg voor de bijgerechten. Hoofdgerecht was erg goed, maar verwend als ik ben maak ik dat vaker mee. De bestede zorg aan de bijgerechten maakten het diner voor mij gewoon zo'n compleet fijne beleving dat ik voor t eerst in mijn leven de chef even persoonlijk een compliment wilde geven via deze review. Chapeau kerel, ga zo door! Overigens, de inrichting is smaakvol, het personeel gastvrij, en wij gaan hier absoluut terugkomen, al was het alleen al voor die uitmuntende chocoladesaus bij het toetje. Dank voor een heerlijke avond mensen. Keep up the good work!
