The food is very tasty. Delivery took a very long time this time, but otherwise it was still nice and hot. De Beren Den Haag is highly recommended.

Bad. Ordered salmon and got a filthy one that wasn't good. Got food poisoning🤢. Spareribs were also rancid, absolutely not worthy of the name spareribs. Scraps or bone, looked more like it 🤢 Call them, email them....great service, worthless! They don't make any effort to resolve it. No, they don't respond at all. Utterly rude. I will never order here again. They really want to make you sick. A lot of money for nothing.

We ordered dinner for our family and, due to a mistake (on my part), contacted them. I spoke to a friendly, helpful woman who adjusted my order without any hassle. The food was delivered promptly within the hour. We had a delicious meal! Thanks again for the cookies and extra mayo :-)

Berenburger chicken... €10.95 for a hamburger bun 🧐. LITERALLY a lettuce leaf, chicken burger, and a dollop of sauce for €10.95!!! No cucumber, onion, or tomato... Two strips of bacon cost me an extra €1.50. They forgot the fries with the satay dish (it happens sometimes...). So basically, a single satay and a chicken burger bun cost €34 🤪 (including delivery)

Placed an order, and after 2.5 hours still no food. Service was very poor; I even got a rude response when I called to ask where the food was. I would strongly advise everyone against ever ordering anything here. If they treat their customers like this, you can guess how they treat their food. 1 star is still too much for this place.

The delivery was supposed to take longer than usual, almost two hours... and when I called to say the delivery driver was leaving and hadn't arrived after 20 minutes (a five-minute drive)... I have some opinions on all of this. The food was delicious, though.

If you order food here, you're unfortunately faced with a closed door; they're simply not there, but they do take your money. Ultimately, the police have to be called to get your money back. They promise everything but don't deliver. They don't know about shoddy service here. You're just going to have to be satisfied that you don't get any food, and you're left with your money. Shame on you!

Spareribs I ordered were 100 grams less than the price. The cheese nuggets tasted like cardboard, and the peanut sauce on the satay was sour. This was the last time. Yuck!

Spareribs are simply TERRIBLY DISGUSTING. Definitely not real spareribs, but processed and ground meat wrapped around bones in a factory. The taste is reminiscent of salted ham. These aren't real spareribs, but simply a very poor product.

We ordered from this restaurant and had a good experience. We had simple finger food, and it was all good. Delivery took a while, despite the short distance, and there was a mix-up with the delivery person, but after calling the restaurant, they delivered our order correctly.

Burnt offerings, How is it possible that you order 2 of exactly the same cheeseburgers and 1 is burnt to charcoal and the other OK? Non existent quality control??? We complained and a new burger was delivered, this time half the burger patty was missing? The person at the restaurant who personally cooked this told us that this is how burgers come from head office

I placed an order here, was told it would be in 40 minutes, then waited over 1:10 hours. When I FINALLY got my food I opened it and inside was a hard piece of plastic the size of a tooth 🥴. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!!! And you pay almost 20 euros for that 😖

I placed an order this afternoon to have something delivered at seven o'clock. Unfortunately, delivered twenty minutes later for the umpteenth time. So ten to half past seven instead of seven o'clock. It's time for a free meal. I ordered break bread. It was warm last time. So not today. I am very dissatisfied

I have ordered often/a lot, used automatic address entry, they delivered the food to number 15 while I entered 100% on my number (9). but not their fault so they can drop dead according to some bad-in-the-box

My order stated that they would deliver within an hour, but after an hour and a half I called to hear that it was busy and my order was almost ready for delivery.

Ordered from the Beren today for the first time in a long time. The food was surprisingly tasty, a lot for the price and delivered very quickly! Most restaurants have become worse or more expensive in recent years, so I was very surprised that De Beren is still just as good in terms of quality, time and delivery. I got large portions of the spicy chicken wings which tasted good, great fries and applesauce. The fact that the delivery person is nice and fast is a good bonus. Excellent quality for the price. Highly recommended.

The delivery drivers drive like morons, are extremely disrespectful and not amenable to any sense of reason, it's a terrible shame, it ruins the atmosphere of the entire occasion.

Loaded fries picked up €12.50, which is scandalously low, not even cutlery, not a napkin, nothing, a very different experience than eating in the restaurant.

Ridiculously expensive and the food wasn't exactly warm. The cheese burgers had a sweet sauce on them. What you get for €10 in total at McDonalds, you pay €40 for here, ridiculously expensive. I don't see why you would order here unless you have too much money, too bad. You might as well order sushi for the same price, and at least you wouldn't be hungry anymore.

After a bad experience and a bad review, I was called by a manager and had a good conversation. After this conversation I deleted everything but a lot of promises and again everything goes wrong ... aggressive delivery that can do little about it because suddenly it is correct. My address at this restaurant will never be the Beren again

I called because the app indicated it would take a very long time. Received politely and promised that it would be there within 5 minutes. And indeed! And the food is hot!! The only downside, the chicken nuggets are almost burnt. But friendly delivery person!

Food is always good, packaging is very good. Only now for the second time there is no herb butter with the starter of bread. They deliver it afterwards, but then it has become more of a dessert.

Ordered from Bears again after a long time. Satay. I have never eaten such a bad chicken satay, it was very bland and the satay skewers were swimming in grease. Satay sauce very bad. Tastes like nothing.

Had the BEST grilled chicken I've ever had. The homemade fries were also fascinating. Unfortunately, the fried wings were one of the worst; the coating was disappointing and fried for too long.

De Beren blijft een prima restaurant voor de “snellere hap”. Constante kwaliteit en vriendelijk bedienend personeel. Daarom komen we er graag altijd.

Spareribs en "ambachtelijke" friet besteld De bezorger was 10 minuten voor de afgesproken tijd. Klein minpuntje maar altijd beter dan te laat. Hij was zeer vriendelijk. Dat is weer een pluspuntje De ribs waren lekker. Voor bezorgde ribs. Niet bijzonder maar gewoon goed. De berehete saus was ook lekker. (Soort dikke chilisaus)

Affordable and very tasty food. A de Beren store is always worth a visit for food. The delivery box is very sophisticated. The bun and patty is separated from the sauce and salad. You put the burger together yourself before eating. That's a great thing because during delivery the burger doesn't get squashy.

Für die Deutschen hier, die Burger waren einfach fantastisch... Der Burger wird "Fertig" mit dem Brötchen, Käse, sowie dem Fleisch geliefert... Dabei ist (extra Verpackt) der Salat sowie die Soße, damit man den frischen Salat etc zusätzlich nach belieben belegen kann. Die Pommes dazu kamen in einer typischen Pommestüte und waren zudem richtig Knackig... Der Unterschied zu Deutschen? Dort wird der Burger schon fertig geliefert sodass der Burger und Salat mit Fett getrieft ist und die Pommes kommen zumindest in unserer Heimatstadt immer Labbrig und Weich an... Also so einen guten und leckeren Burger Lieferdienst haben wir noch nie gesehen 👍🏼
