Order only if you "must"! For the umpteenth time, OR much too late (delivered around 6:32 PM, delivered at 7:05 PM (and not informed about this) AND then also incomplete (5 chicken strips instead of 3 and 0 hot wings instead of 5). This is practically standard for 'De Beer Ridderkerk': either too late and not informed about the delay, or incomplete, or a combination of the two. On top of that, it's not the most economical option. Again, order only if you "must."

Fast delivery and delicious food

Great, this buy-one-get-one-free carpaccio deal. It's just a shame the quality left a lot to be desired. The chicken fillets were better, but not exactly great. All in all, a rather disappointing experience at the delivery and pickup service in Ridderkerk.

Really, really bad! I ordered food today, and it was delivered way too late. The baked potato was cold. And the satay didn't even come with onions or prawn crackers. A lot of money for poor quality. The loaded chicken fries used to be good, but they're no longer available. It's a shame I won't be ordering from here again.

Yesterday satay and fries and half a chicken, this didn't look good, after one bite the chicken left immediately. Sate was fine for the time being, I won't order anything anymore.

Ordered food yesterday because I was only home for 2 hours between 2 appointments. The order arrived 50 minutes late!!! The fries were lukewarm and the can of free soft drinks was not included. No time to call and ask how or what and why, because I had to continue straight away, so unfortunately I scored poorly.

Ordered quickly and delivered quickly. Everything was at the right temperature. Neatly called from De Beren that the applesauce had run out and an alternative was not necessary for us. Can happen. (We usually throw them away anyway...)

The carpaccio is delicious.. And I am a fan of the delicious chicken satay.. The meal was still warm when I got home.. Friendly young staff....and there was a nice atmosphere.. 😁👍👍

Yesterday I thought after a long time, I'm going to order spareribs from the bear again. Final score.... I now have food poisoning. And it can't be from anything else, because I haven't eaten anything before. No more bear for me for the time being

I mistakely ordered food 7 minutes before the closing time and when I realise this. I thought my food would not come. But to my surprise, It did not only come but came so fast and the food was well done. I will give my 5 star to De Beren Ridderkerk and the Beren delivery guy.👍🏽

Very nice employee over the phone. I wanted the food delivered at a certain time and they were just in time. A very friendly delivery person. And the food tasted good and the fries were also nice and hard after the 10 minute drive

Ordered food, received raw chicken that was still completely pink. Called the store, was told it was due to the herbs, but it was clearly not well done. Food was also cold upon delivery.

Just ordered spare ribs for €74, there were 6 ribs per person. This is the last time I order here. From 1984 a favorite restaurant chain is slowly being broken down, unfortunately.

Order placed with free orange scarf and can of coke. It can happen that you forget the Coke upon delivery, and the delivery person immediately goes to get the can. And asked where the scarf is. When he came back with the can and I asked about the scarf, he told me that according to his boss it was a sell out promotion and that they had just run out 🤨. This is not stated. Food was good but scarf is disappointing 🤔 UPDATE, the owner called about the scarf, he found three more and brought 1! Great service

We have deliveries delivered on a regular basis. The waiting time is sometimes a bit long, but we are used to that now. The portions are quite large and fortunately always warm to hot. Delivery people are friendly, the contact moment is only a few seconds, so an assessment of the atmosphere is only relative. In short, the delivery bear remains.

Ordered food from the Beren Ridderkerk several times, always satisfied, but now the portion of spare ribs was very small (1 rib) and we had a carpaccio salad of which the carpaccio was discoloured. Given the price-quality ratio, we will not be ordering here again anytime soon!

I just ordered 27 euros worth of spareribs. Order came in and got 3 small ribs. There was also no herb butter delivered. For that money you expect something more. I gave the bears a chance to straighten things out. Unfortunately, the employee on the line cut me off and hung up. Very bad service. Last time I ordered here.

Satay tastes great, delivered quickly

Placed a double order, it was expected at 6:45 PM according to the site. The site stated that the order had been delivered, which was not the case. Called at 7:00 PM and was promised it would be there within ten minutes. This was correct. When unpacking, the extra strike container had emptied, so my entire kitchen was covered and I had to start mopping immediately. Please pay more/better attention when packing/packing in the future. The spareribs could also be a little more tender, they were quite stiff this time and that is not what we are used to.

It is that one star should be given. First something is forgotten, this can happen neatly resolved by the boy who delivered the food. We called at the same time for the wrong sauce that came with the schnitzel, I already indicated that the food would be cold if it were available. The person on the phone guaranteed that this would be with us within a few minutes. We started eating but it was already cold... I called again, ultimately irritated (also not good of me, apologies for this, but yes it was 43 euros). In short, the lady continued to accuse me of sounding irritated but could not empathize with my position that my food was cold and she would like to solve this with a quote, "small discount code of 15%". This doesn't help anyone of course because my food is and remains cold... I was supposed to be called back by a manager the same evening, you guessed it, this didn't happen either... in short, just don't order here because it's not worth the money. It costs a lot of money for poor quality and extremely poor service! And they can definitely keep that discount code after all this because I will never order from here again.

It was great again today ... steak and spare ribs this x (previous x satay also great) with fries and break bread with garlic, this is the 4 times we order ... once the food was lukewarm ... but having said that it is Everything turned out fine again... we have a regular customer... we do less shopping to be able to order extra x from the bears!! Big 10, keep it up!!

Jedzenie całkiem pyszne. Dostawa całkiem spoko. Czasami zdarza się, że zawartość pudełka jest źle opisana. Albo burger zimny. Albo przypieczony. Ale łosoś jest ok.

Besteld kip burger met coleslaw. Heb ik gekrijgen kip burger met drooge sla maar zeker niet met coleslaw als in het foto. Noooooit meer bestelen...Droog burger..

Heerlijk eten, grote porties en goed warm. Was op tijd bezorgd en hele vriendelijke bezorger. Ik bestel hier zeker nogmaals!

Al een aantal keer besteld en altijd goed eten wat je van de Beren mag verwachten, en met bezorgen zijn ze op tijd.

Altijd lekker, wel lijken de porties kleiner te worden.

De beren besteld ze waren prima optijd en zoals je van de beren mag verwachten is het gewoon lekker en warm super bezorging zeker vaker bestellen

Na een lange tijd weer eens geprobeerd. Heb om 18:15 besteld. Heb om 19:20 gebeld om te vragen waar het blijft; "de bezorger staat op het punt te vertrekken". Om 20:00 nog steeds geen bezorger. Het eten is oké, niet geweldig maar ook niet slecht.

In dit geval sneller gehaald, dan dat er bezorgd kon worden. De jongedame die er de telefoon opneemt en ook bestellingen klaar maakt, had een ongelukje gehad met heet frituurvet. Na koelen en zalf en pleisters, werkte ze gewoon door. Er was dus alleen een kleine vertraging in de bezorging opgetreden. Hoe bedoel je hart voor je werk hebben. Beterschap en voor mij kan je niet meer stuk.
