The worst experience I've had in a restaurant, terrible service and extremely long wait time. The food was disappointing after all the wait time. You can find much better Nepalese restaurants around the city.

Ordered at 9pm, called when estimated time was supposed get to me was told it would ne another 20 mins so I waited and no answer after waiting over an hour. How are they still allowed to serve on uber eats??

Took 3 hours, 7 unanswered phone calls for my order to be confirmed delivered but never arrive to me. Nice scam tho🤡🤡

Scammers! Claiming I canceled my order over the phone and they won't refund my money. Not reachable on their phone number.

Super late delivery. No taste. Do not order here. Order received 45 minutes after latest delivery time. Had to call 4 times and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes each time. Super frustrating and 0 updates provided by the restaurant. I ordered the butter chicken. Food didn’t have a taste and there was so little chicken provided that I thought I only got delivered rice with sauce. I had to create a blacklist for this place even though I’ve lived in Amsterdam for four years already.

20mins after the estimated delivery time, order was still not here, and the phone number was disconnected. Finally picked up and said they are still waiting for the order to be picked up. It finally arrived over 1 hour after it was supposed to!

I really enjoy ordering here, there are plenty of vegan options and I always receive it fresh and warm

Dinner was supposed to be here an hour ago and there's no answer. From the moment we ordered, we have been waiting for almost 2 hours. No update in the app, due to a malfunction. ok can happen, just check what is still open with people who have been waiting for a really long time or pick up your mobile to speak to us.

All restaurants are busy now with delivery food. Obviously waiting times are longer. All worth it at this place though. Awesome food! Momos are delicious

Normally I would never leave a bad review, but this beats everything. You never get your order delivered, no one answers. Ubereats cannot be contacted either. I understand it's busy, but at least keep your customers informed! And be accessible. Now let's see if we can get our money back.
