Highly recommended! What a beautiful and clean restaurant. You are really treated here as if you are in a restaurant, and not as if you are just popping into a snack bar for a quick bite. There is an extensive menu with incredibly delicious food. It was also great that there were plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options! The staff was super friendly and we were served quickly. Our food was on the table surprisingly fast, even though it was quite busy. Definitely a place to come back to!

Had a great meal on Friday at lunchtime. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Good value for money. The fries were perfectly prepared. The steak strips with a pepper sauce tasted great. The place was clean and tidy. What more could you ask for? 😇 Plenty of vegetarian options too.

Delicious sandwiches, friendly staff. We arrived at 8:30 PM, closing time, and yet we were still allowed to place an order. All the staff were very friendly, even after closing time... still amazing... and us... we had a delicious meal!

Picked up food today. Super good fresh fries. Friendly staff and no long wait, even though there were a lot of people waiting in front of me. We will definitely get takeout here more often!

Big Bread Kitchen in Son is a great place to eat. The sandwiches are fresh, well-filled, and delicious! The staff is friendly and you'll receive prompt service. The place is clean and inviting. Simply a great spot for a delicious lunch or dinner!

Well, unfortunately, I tried it now that there are new owners, but it wasn't a success. Spare ribs are expensive at €24.95, but they're dry and even drier... Fries are okay, a lot of small ones. The salad is fresh, but you can't go wrong with lettuce either...

Ordered on the terrace today during the annual fair. Upon arrival, the terrace was occupied by two people (two people each)! The first couple had paid and were refunded over €2.00. The order was taken by a young man: Carpaccio sandwich, Hawaiian toast, 1 cappuccino, and 1 glass of water. The young man forgot three times that a cappuccino had been ordered. Once the order was placed, another table left, and they were refunded too much. Six other people also joined us on the terrace. The interior was practically empty! Six people in the service and kitchen! The order took a very long time! We didn't even get drinks. The owner himself walked around the terrace, and when he asked if we'd been helped, we said we hoped so, because it was taking a long time. Then we received one cappuccino and one dirty glass of water. Fingers on the glass and the previous guest's lip print were still there! After a considerable amount of time, I got up just to pay for the coffee and leave. At that precise moment, the order was already ready at the back counter. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt again. One plate of toasted sandwich and one small plate with a carpaccio sandwich. They forgot cutlery, so I had to go back. Food quality! SHAMEFUL!!!! If you can even mess up a toasted sandwich, you really should stop! The sandwich was hard, and the bread they used was too old, making it too dry! A carpaccio sandwich is NOT made with one sheet of carpaccio and filling the rest with greens! This is ripping off customers! Oh well, they really messed it up for me. And after reading several bad reviews AFTER my visit, I can only say that nothing is learned from the comments. Unfortunately, my reviews have over 1 million views! You can have a bad day, you can't have things in order yet, but there's really no excuse for that! Certainly not if you're there yourself! As a hospitality entrepreneur, you have to use your eyes and ears to quickly resolve any issues to ensure customer service. The gentleman received clear signals, even with my request to pay early and cancel the order because it was taking so long. If you don't intervene or take action, you're failing, and the restaurant will likely close soon after reopening! I highly recommend to all my readers NOT to eat at Big Bread Kitchen Son!

It hasn't improved since the takeover. Various dishes are no longer offered. Less variety, no powken & warm bowls. A shame!

Delicious. A chance discovery, what a wonderful discovery! The menu is surprising and extensive. The bread is fresh. The toppings on the sandwiches are "no skimpy," well-filled with delicious sauces. Coffee cups are not "mini-sized."

The food was delicious, the service was good and friendly, and we didn't have to wait long. The building has been beautifully renovated by the new owner.

This is the first time I've been back here since the new owners took over. What an improvement! The place was super clean and the food was delicious. Despite being very busy at the opening, the staff was quick and cheerful. There's a much wider selection of snacks than before, which we really enjoyed. Definitely recommended!

Ordered today, and this is the last time! The previous owners were great, but this is just plain antisocial! 8 euros for a small ice cream, 8 staff, and they've forgotten half the order. They said they'd pick it up at 5:00, and by 6:00 the food still wasn't ready. Prices have skyrocketed, and there's less choice of snacks, especially for vegetarians. It's great that you have a "new" opening, but you've definitely lost this regular customer! Never again.

Yesterday after a pleasant afternoon of carnival at Omroep Brabant, I wanted to have something to eat here. We walked in just after 8:30 PM but to our surprise we were told that the place was closed. While on the door, and on the website it says they are open until 9pm.

Meatball in gravy, microwaved, looks like a chewing gum ball. I made it twice by hand, without tongs, and it was also very expensive. Not for me again!!!!

A small fries joppie and a medium oorlog. Tasted good the quantity was good. They had rivella which is also nice because they don't have that everywhere. Toilets were clean. The temperature in the store was nice and pleasant. And friendly people. Until next time

There's moss growing on the wall, few cold fries with a little bit of sauce. Milkshakes cost 8 euros for the taste of vomit and you also have to mix them yourself. Poorly intelligible Dutch and everything is made of cardboard. The employee also offered me something very dirty (you know what), which I find very inappropriate. There are holes and stains in the wall. The bricks are almost falling out. There are more weeds growing everywhere and nowhere. The fries tasted the best even though the employee accidentally threw up on them. Pure junk Hence the 1 star

Pokebowl and salad + fries delivered to your home. Very nice delivery person...always nice. Food was hot, fries extremely tasty, salad well filled. Pokebowl always good! A really nice takeaway because there is so much choice.

If you use a minimum order amount of 20 Euro within Son, I wish you the best of luck! 15 euros was already a lot, but I still ordered from you. Now you can completely forget about it. If the order amount is not reduced again, I will not order anything anymore! Update: The minimum amount has now been reset to € 15.00. I still think it's a shame that you can't order for 10 Euro within Son. I have therefore adjusted my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Update 2: They adjusted the minimum order amount to 20 Euro quite some time ago. Such a shame! If 1 person orders something quickly, this is not an option with this company.

Absolutely delicious food for a good price! We went there for brunch and we couldn’t believe how much food we got on our plates for this price and it was fresh and very tasty. Definitely recommend it to other either for dining together or with group or family!

The crispy chicken was truly delicious, and so were the chips. The flavor combination of chicken, sweetness, and bread was a novel and enjoyable experience for me. The Angus burger was also quite good, although it was not as juicy as I would have preferred. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

I come here several times a month, one time to pick up the other time to eat there myself, it is always good and tasty and if something does go wrong, the owner resolves it immediately

Prima zaak. Zag er netjes en verzorgt uit en de burgers waren prima. Vreemd dat er op een zaterdag onder lunchtijd niemand binnen zat, wat een beetje ten koste van de sfeer ging.

Dit is veel meer dan een snackbar! Vandaag met zakelijke relaties geluncht omdat het elders vol zat en we waren super verrast over de kwaliteit van het eten en de uitgebreide kaart. Broodjes carpaccio niet te versmaden! We konden er zelfs een flesje wijn bij bestellen. En mooi ingericht. Wij komen terug.

Onderweg bij dit restaurant gestopt voor een broodje. Zowel de bedieing als de kwaliteit van het eten was prima. En dat voor een alleszins redelijke prijs. De menukaart is niet zeer uitgeberid maar bevat diverse soorten hamburgers en maaltijden. Inmiddels ben ik al 3 keer terug geweest. Elk gerecht is met zorg bereid en smaakt verukkelijk. Een aanrader en dat in eigen dorp!
