BioPizza in Wijk 00 Centrum - De Hoven

I've enjoyed visiting this location several times. Unfortunately, our last visit (with a group of seven) left us all deeply disappointed due to the lack of professionalism from the management. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our reserved table. The waiter took our drinks and orders. Shortly after, however, things went wrong: drinks, including white wine and carafes of water, were spilled all over my wife and me. The young waiter (about 16) was visibly embarrassed and did his utmost to rectify the situation, even to the point of injuring himself. Kudos to him for his efforts, despite his inexperience! We were given tea towels to dry ourselves off and moved to another table because the glassware needed to be cleared away. My wife and I were soaked to our underwear, and her jacket was covered in wine. Yet, no compensation whatsoever was offered. Even at checkout, we assumed at least some kind of understanding would be offered, but to our surprise, the full bill was presented without any discount or compensation. In my opinion, this demonstrates extremely poor management! In similar situations elsewhere, a small compensation has always been offered, even if it's just a drink or a discount as an apology. Not here! My wife's coat had to be dry-cleaned (for €30), but luckily the rest of the clothes could be washed. What should have been a pleasant evening ended in disappointment due to the lack of commitment from the staff and management on duty at that moment! I want to emphasize that we didn't ask for compensation, but in a situation like this, a business owner or representative should take action on their own initiative; that's normal customer-friendly behavior. In short: a nice place, but for us, this was the last time. We went home soaked and without any sign of understanding or compensation. Very disappointing!

Simply excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. It's a real bonus that this place is in Zutphen. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Delicious, surprising pizzas. I'm just not sure yet whether the Indian paneer or the oyster mushroom pizza is my favorite. I'll have to try it again soon :)

Long, long waits for pizzas. More than half an hour. It could be better and faster. Also quite pricey. See the menu. They were nice and thin and crispy. Only the margetirha could have used a bit more cheese. The three stars are really only for the excellent quality of the food itself. Update 6 years later. The prices have gone up dramatically. See his second photo for comparison.

Enjoyed a delicious pizza on the terrace. Quiet spot in the beautiful new residential area with all sorts of children playing at the Fontijn. Lovely atmosphere.

Midden in een moderne groene woonwijk vind je Biopizza. Modern ingericht en een heerlijk terras met volop schaduw. Biologisch eten. Heerlijk en dat zou je op meerdere plekken willen. Genoten van de pizza citroen met venkel. Een werkelijk geweldige pizza zoals je helaas niet vaak krijgt. Daarnaast een fijne bediening en prima prijzen.

Wow! Those were delicious pizzas! And delivered super fast.

Pizza ham and salami, six half (and small) slices of salami, and four slices of ham less than 5 cm long. All for €16.65. Absurd!!

Nice pizza, but I like Vaticano's thin pizzas better. Take-away pizza figs chicory gorgonzola: I asked for mozzarella instead of gorgonzola, but you can't change the ingredients, so: pizza without gorgonzola but with mozzarella, at a significant additional cost. No repeat in sight.

De pizza smaakt goed, maar….. als je op het terras plaats neemt kan het HEEL lang duren voor je aan de beurt bent. Zelf ondervonden dat een afhaalbestelling van negen pizza’s voorging, zonder dat de bediening dit even meldt. De ondernemer in kwestie vindt dit heel gewoon. Voor mij volgende keer een ander terras.

Was a guest for the first time and had the Pizza Feta. Seemed like a nice painting in terms of color. Tasty whole, a bit too bland.

Delicious organic pizzas! It is easy to pick up because there is enough room to wait, there are chairs and magazines. Even if the pizza only needs to be put in the oven if you indicate that you are coming to pick up.

Tucked away restaurant behind the central station, finally a place were they have no background music. All over the ingredients are bio and vegan. you will be suprised about the quality, tasty and surprising combinations. We have tried the excellent Kombucha and gruner Veltliner wine. Shortly this a real delight restaurant concept. Service super friendly and attentive.

Ate here via Social Deal, the food and drinks are all organic, it just has more flavor! Delicious pumpkin/curry soup, tasty pizza and delicious heavenly mud; )) Friendly staff, living room atmosphere. I thought we had to wait a bit long for the pizza....

De zaak was vol en twee mensen in de bediening. Na ruim een uur kregen we vier lauwe pizza´s. Dikke broodkorst, weinig smaak. Was eerlijk gezegd een aanfluiting. Hoewel de zaak goed is ingericht is het allemaal amateuristisch en van pizza´s hebben ze weinig kaas gegeten.

Very tasty pizza! What a shame that we don't live in Zutphen ourselves, otherwise we would come here every week. Very nice and fast service, really friendly and hospitable. And wow that food, pumpkin curry soup, really fantastic pizza with thin base and delicious toppings, and then heavenly mud for dessert. Thank you!

Very tasty pizzas with fresh ingredients and you can taste it. It's just a shame that they deleted the pulled chicken. It was very tasty, something like this is still missing from the menu, the pesto pizza and (optional) making pesto chicken is also an option ;)

Very tasty meal. It's also nice that you can order tap water instead of spa blue. The dog was also welcome in the restaurant. The occupancy was on the low side for a full restaurant, so you sometimes had to wait a little longer.

We had a nice evening at Bio Pizza. The pizzas are tasty. Thin base, not too salty, original toppings. They weren't very hot. There is not an excess of dishes on the menu, which I like: it is better to have less choice but good quality than a lot of choice but less taste. In terms of taste, it could have a little more strength: the grilled vegetables could have some garlic and rosemary, for example. Everything is organic and often with less salt/sugar. Also many vegan options. The desserts were all delicious! The hostess and gentleman were very cordial. Afterwards we walked by the organic Toko for a take away rice table for tomorrow 😉

Had a delicious meal here. We had a pesto pizza, a feta pizza and (me) a pesto pasta. The pizzas were delicious and I must honestly admit that I have rarely eaten tastier pesto pasta. The service was fine and friendly. In terms of atmosphere, I thought it could use a bit more "fun". The restaurant has a very high ceiling, which I think loses the atmosphere. But if the food is so tasty, who has time to bother with that, right? Highly recommended for a nice meal.

The vegan pizza I ate here was incredibly tasty. Plus points for the extremely friendly and enthusiastic service!

Ontzettend lekkere pizza voor een redelijke prijs

Het eten is altijd perfect. Alleen je moet geduld hebben voordat je een menukaart krijgt, je bestelling wordt opgenomen, je drinken krijgt en het eten uiteindelijk wordt gebracht. Al met al moet je minimaal een uur rekenen vanaf binnenkomst tot het eten op tafel staat. En dat alles komt niet omdat het super druk is binnen, het komt vooral omdat er te weinig en onprofessioneel personeel in de bediening staat. Conclusie is dat je hier lekker kan eten, als je geen haast hebt.

Ruime zaak, aardige bediening, lekkere pizza’s. Persoonlijk vind ik de keuze wel wat beperkt (niets met vis bijvoorbeeld) en ook redelijk aan de prijs, maar kwaliteit is heel goed. Bijna alle desserts waren uitverkocht, dat was wel jammer, maar kan gebeuren. Ook lekkere wijn tegen redelijke prijs.

Super leuke en authentieke zaak. Pizza is goed belegd en heerlijk van smaak. We komen uit Deventer een gaan tegenwoordig regelmatig enkel voor deze pizza zaak op en neer :)

Meerdere keren geweest. Recent is de bediening abominabel. Onbeschoft en niet gastvrij. Pizza’s OK maar te zout. Zou niet aanraden

Slechte ongeïnteresseerde bediening, lang wachten, duur… er waren slechts drie tafels bezet en de serveerster was totaal ongeïnteresseerd. Nadat we klaar waren met eten zijn we, na wachten, zelf maar gaan zoeken naar de bediening om af te rekenen. Alles stond nog op tafel toen we weg gingen en het bleek dat mevrouw zelf zat te eten aan een andere tafel. Geen muziekje, geen interesse, er zit totaal geen aandacht in deze zaak. Jammer.

Super lekkere pizza's, top dat ook kraanwater op de kaart staat. Heerlijke toetjes. Heel aardig personeel.

Perfecte pizza's. Echt perfecte pizza's. Verse ingrediënten. Zeer goed belegd. Ook voortreffelijk 0% biertje: Budels.

Het eten is goed en de ambiance mooi maar... erg onprettig zitten vanwege de koude tocht die geblazen wordt uit de pijpen aan het plafond. Wij waren niet de enige die van de kou last hadden, meerdere mensen zaten met shawls bedekt en gingen tijdens het eten zich verplaatsen naar een andere tafel.

Vanavond heerlijke pizza gegeten. Nette en attente bediening. Complimenten!

One of the best vegan pizzas I had and friendly staff. The place was cozy. And the chickpeas saus on the vegan pizza was amazing and a good replacement for cheese. I alsp love the fact that they have plenty of vegan options for drinks, soups, salads, pizzas, pastas and desserts.

De pizza die ik hier afgelopen zaterdag at was met stip de lekkerste die ik ooit gegeten heb. Sublieme korst en uitstekend belegd. Aanrader!

Ik vind het een mooi restaurant. De ober deed het goed. De sfeer was fijn. De pizza was lekker.

Een geweldig kerstmenu, culinaire hoogstandjes. Jullie kunnen de verdiende complimenten in ontvangst nemen. We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad, dank je wel!

Heerlijk een BioPizzaria ! Veel keuze mogelijkheden. Ik had de Pizza met witlof en vijgen. Wat een toppertje, een pizza om voor terug te blijven komen.

Echt goeie Pizza. Knapperige bodem, veel vulling erop. Niet zo goedkoop als de bekende ketens, maar je krijgt er echt meer waar voor terug. En verantwoord biologisch ook nog. Je kan ter plaatse eten, afhalen, of laten bezorgen.

Heerlijke pizza's, ongedwongen sfeer.

Alleen in Italië krijg je zulke lekkere pizza's met zo'n heerlijke, licht verteerbare korst! Daarna een tiramisu-variatie, wat steviger, maar met geweldige smaak. Fantastisch!! Al met al heerlijk gegeten, mede dankzij goede en attente bediening.

Heerlijke bio pizza, uiteraard ook vegetarisch en ook veganistisch. Minpuntje: pizza had wel wat pittiger gemogen... Zelfs de frisdrank is biologisch Fine service ook.

Leuke entourage, middenin een nieuwbouw wijk. De bio-menukaart biedt echt andere gerechten dan een gewone pizzeria. Ik heb een heerlijke pizza gegeten, de vegan witte wijn smaakte wat vlak maar de rosé was heerlijk. Vlotte en adequate bediening. Prima restaurant met schappelijke prijzen.

Nog niet vaak zo'n lekkere pizza gegeten. Fijne afhandeling bij afhalen. Ik vergeef het jullie dat de dressing bij de sla werd vergeten. Dat ik jullie aan de telefoon heb om het geld daarvan terug te krijgen maar dat ik dan eerst een mail moet sturen omdat het anders misschien fout gaat vond ik wel vervelend

Tijd geleden was ik in de buurt op vakantie, en toen de biopizza ontdekt. Heerlijk gegeten! En ook een fijne sfeer.
