Scam We came because of large Illy advertising signs on the facade but were given nasty instant coffee for a lot of money. In paper cups, it was incredibly shabby. We were also kicked out of the place pretty quickly; tell people before they order that the place closes in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Dirty too.

Very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The staff member who attended us had very poor communication skills and was unnecessarily rude. There is a difference between being busy and being disrespectful, and unfortunately this was the latter. On top of that, no one came to our table to check on us or offer any assistance. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and this place fell far below even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend it based on the service alone.

Be careful with beer prices. The menu doesn't list drink prices, so I was surprised to pay €20 for a half-liter of beer, while the next one cost €15. After discussing it with the manager, he said they had the cheapest beer price of any place. 😅 Hidden prices!

Orders can only be placed at the counter, but the service is quick. Prices are naturally a bit higher than elsewhere due to the location. The interior is relatively dark, but the food (beef burger and shawarma) is satisfactory.

Convenient place by Amsterdam Arena and fairly large and clean. We had the burger and was honestly a frozen patty tossed on a plastic bun for €23. Avoid if you can, unless you are willing to pay for the convenience of being next to the stadium

Ordered a beer and an Aperol Spritz before the concert yesterday. €28 for 2 drinks. There was no drinks menu anywhere. The Aperol wasn't even made with prosecco. Worthless place. Stay away from this place!

What a disgrace of a restaurant. The mixed grill was from a Turkish red light district with poor hygiene, it seems. Also too spicy. In short, a no-go. They should close the place down.

Bad frozen pizza is really rubbish.

Friendly service. You have to get your own drinks and they were very pricey. And since there isn't much in the area, they can just charge this :-(.

The staff we encountered were neither friendly nor customer-oriented. People who only want to use the toilet have to pay €2.50 for a moderately clean toilet.

Service was quick from the moment we sat down. The food was fine for the price. However, it took ages when we wanted the bill.

We arrived there, the table was quite sticky so not cleaned properly. They didn’t give us the drink menu so at the end it seems like we paid 13 euros for a affligem blond each. The burger with fries is a nice portion but I was shocked to see the meat and chicken seems like the one you buy from AH so quite overpriced. My partner and I paid 74 euros in total for 2 beers and 2 burgers. We are quite shocked by it. Service was quite nice but due to the lack of drink menu, we are not giving 5 stars since the surprise in the end was not pleasant

The food is tasteless, there is no service, you have to stand in line at the bar to order a drink (20 min), and pick everything up yourself. On top of that, it is severely overpriced. 2 beers and a burger cost us 50 euros. Avoid this place!

Unfriendly, borderline rude staff. Very expensive, and drinks are a scam. Individual payments couldn't be processed due to "how busy it was". No transparancy in drink prices, resulting in soda at 7.70 per "glass". Waiter couldn't be bothered to spend any more time with us. Service was slow, even when it wasn't busy, and we would actively be ignored. Avoid at any cost, you're better off anywhere but here.

Good food. The hamburger was very tasty. The price was a bit high for foreigners.

Upon sitting down outside we were more or less welcomed by a rather annoying and arrogant person, as he made a few inappropiate comments and didn't listen properly. His purpose was also only to sell drinks in the largest capacity, as nothing you want they have in a small capacity. There's only half liters beer and big cokes for example. As we were done for the night we paid and asked for the receipt upon which we got into a discussion with the server, as he didn't want to give the receipt. Already frustrated by the fact there are no prices listed anywhere, which is illegal per Autoriteit Consument & Markt website by the way, the discussion turned heated. In the end we got the receipt and it turns out they overcharge for at least drinks in our case (see added receipt), compared to establishments closeby, such as Jinso. The prices are ridiculous and it tells a lot they don't show any prices nor want to give the receipt - it's a way of scamming and trapping people into paying for overcharged items. In addition to what we encountered, other reviews say the same and have also seen a severe lack of quality in food items, overpriced as well. Considering the huge red flags such as not having visible prices anywhere, I suggest people to go to the neighbour Jinso, where prices are transparant and service is friendly.

We paid for the beer (beers weren't on the menu) like we paid for a sandwich. Truly overpriced for a place like this. Mediocre service, attractive location because it was a beautiful sunny day and we sat outside, and the staff was a bit too blunt. But the beer was truly a deliberate rip-off.

Very simple food for an exceptionally high price. Chicken schnitzel watery and child-sized, with a few fries and dry lettuce. Cost €25.50. Add a glass of wine for €8.50 and you do the math. Honestly, this was a one-time thing and never again.

We entered and were able to order. We both ordered a starter and a main course. When the starter—a bread roll with herb butter and 5 chicken drumsticks—was served, the main course for my wife arrived immediately. When we asked why this dish was served already, they said it was ready. Well, that was evident, because the fries were already cold and the satay wasn't really warm either. I myself had to wait at least another half hour for my main course: a hamburger. The hamburger came straight from the freezer and was not cooked properly. We paid a total of €83.00 for these dishes and one glass of wine each. I know that I have to pay more at a top location, and that is what I choose to do. But the food has to be good. In our case, it was not at all. We will not be coming back.

This feels more like reheated frozen food than proper restaurant-quality cooking

Delicious food, we had the chicken schnitzel burger which was nice and spicy and well-filled. And the kebab, this was new on the menu and highly recommended! The service was enthusiastic and friendly and the food arrived quickly!

Good and tasty food, but it was a pity that when we were eating, we were asked if we were finished.

Really friendly service and we tried their kebab special which came with a generous 3 portions of skewered kebab. Salad, rice or chips. Add a hot sauce and it would have been perfect (my taste). Highly recommended.

The best bar ever. What an experience! So guys, if you're going to the Amsterdam Stadium, stop by. Ali is the best bartender there. Totally friendly and great service.

Terribly expensive and a bunch of scammers on top of that: you order a cassis, then they put 2 bottles in a half-liter cup; if you say you just want 1 cassis, they laugh at you and say that this is 1 cassis. Terrible staff too. Better spend your money elsewhere.

For the 12 o'clock snack with fruit, you get 2 pathetic pieces of apple. The food was not top-notch. You pay €7.50 for a glass of soda, and it isn't even a very large glass. You only find out the price afterwards because there is no drinks menu. They are deliberately taking advantage of the consumer. Otherwise, there would have been a drinks menu.

I know things can be a bit more expensive in Amsterdam. But 17 euros for a half-liter of Skumkoppe and a large Coke is just rip-off. And you even have to go get it yourself. Glad I didn't stay for dinner. People, skip this place.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We had to wait a long time for our food, but we had to pay immediately after ordering. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Many angry customers were there because they had to be on time for a show and had to wait too long.

The food was quite mediocre, the prices were exorbitant (especially for a soft drink; 8 euros for a large plastic cup, quite unusual), and the service was worse than I've experienced in a long time. Extremely unfriendly service. Dirty restrooms. I'd walk away and eat elsewhere.

We walked in at 9:30 PM and ordered drinks: a coke and a tea. We received our drinks, and two minutes later, we were told we had to leave because they were closing. We asked the waitress for the bill; "Right now?" She said, "No, just finish your drinks." Not even a minute later, a mother came and rudely said, "Yes! We're closing NOW!" When we pointed out what the waitress had said, he replied, "Well, I don't know who said that, but that's completely wrong." To which we replied that he shouldn't have poured any more tea if he wanted to close. He then laughed loudly. It turned out that after paying €9 for two drinks just three minutes earlier, we were supposed to just throw them back or leave them. Incredibly rude!

Simple menu, but delicious. Far too few staff, which meant dirty dishes piled up throughout the restaurant and the wait was quite long. Luckily, we were early, so this didn't bother us, but keep this in mind if you want to get to your concert on time. Friendly service. Pricey, though.

We'll I just find it weird that when I come there to eat.. when they gave us a table.. after about 15min they to came up to us telling us we need to order the food at the bar ourself.. also you need to pay right away after anything you order.. even drinks... Just felt off a little bit

The pizza reminded me of a cheap frozen pizza, costing €22 and being very greasy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The staff, at least the one who took the order, was very unpleasant and arrogant; everyone had to hurry, hurry, hurry. The other staff were more relaxed. Again, go somewhere else; it's absolutely not worth it.

For the quality of a very mediocre food court, you're paying the prices of a fancy restaurant. The pizza is a very poor quality cardboard crust that's probably bought in bulk. It's mostly a mess and extremely dirty. No one cares that it's a mess. No one cleans the tables. No one feels responsible. This is not recommended.

I hope this review will inspire some... cleaning up the restaurant. It's a great restaurant, but everything is incredibly dirty. The windows are so grimy you can't see clearly through them, the elevator is filthy with stains, and even the barrels above the bar are covered in a massive layer of dust. The TV screens are also dirty. 🤣 The food was mediocre, but because everything is so dirty, it's less tasty/fresh! Which is a shame! Otherwise, it's a great place, but it really needs maintenance. A bit of paint on the walls and some table dressing. Good luck, guys! ☺️

Paid 8 euros for a Heineken 0.0 in a plastic cup. Which you also had to order yourself at the bar! They don't have a drinks menu (I understand why now); you only see the price when you pay. First and last time.

The music was adapted to the concert at the Ziggo Dome. But there was no drinks menu, so it was shocking to pay €43 for four beers and a coke... and then suddenly you're no longer being served and have to order your own drinks and bring them to your table.

We went here to have dinner with some drinks before going to a concert. We had a wonderful experience here, the food was delicious. Our server Riyad was very friendly and made the evening even more enjoyable with his cheerful attitude. We highly recommend this place! 🫶🏻

Nice place, good food and drinks. It's not a fancy dinner, but more of a quick, good bite before an event. But that was perfectly fine! We did have to wait a bit for a table, as it's quite busy there (and at all the other restaurants).

Not recommended. A real gluttony where you're quickly scavenged. Prices are much higher than stated on the website, and the menu is much more limited. The potatoes were lukewarm and not quite cooked through. Chicken satay was still partially raw. You order your own food and drinks at the bar and pay there. The food is brought within 5 minutes. As soon as you put your fork down, your plate is taken away. The man behind the counter radiates such a grumpy disposition, he can't even speak. I felt really ripped off. It's a shame.

November 2025. We just came for a beer, and it was poured by an indifferent guy at the bar. Well, pouring... One glass had way too much foam, and the other was two fingers short. Just sloppy and no customer service, that's what I gather. Furthermore, the interior resembles a Turkish coffee shop with small, tightly packed tables. Everything is focused on turnover and profit. We also went to the "toilet" briefly. An uninviting white-tiled space where the grout spoke volumes... it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Oh yes, there's absolutely no transparency about the price of drinks. There's only one size, a half-liter. I think they "determine" the charge per event. Expect to pay 10 euros for a half-liter, so it's not bad. Definitely no more BLVD020 for us.

Really disappointing. The food tasted like cheap frozen stuff thrown in a deep fryer. Not worth the high prices. Toilets were filthy. Only saving grace was the friendly staff.

A super friendly welcome from Mac! It wasn't busy, but we immediately felt welcome. The food was delicious and it was great to get in the mood for our concert. Thanks to the gentlemen and bartender!

It was busy, and we just managed to get two seats. But it was right before a concert, so that's understandable. You order your food at the bar and pay immediately. There was a long line at the time, and it took quite a while for the food to arrive, so we ate a bit hastily. The food was okay. Just fries and a hamburger, and a salad. It might be more cozy when it's not so packed and you can eat at your leisure.

Offering three slices of untoasted bread as a starter for €8 is a disgrace. And then charging €7.50 for a soft drink. The food itself tasted terrible. Everything this place serves is likely frozen and microwaved. You've been warned!

I would have liked to give 0 stars. We arrived at the restaurant and saw the event menu with prices. The prices on the online event menu were considerably cheaper than the one in the restaurant. We asked if this could be adjusted, but the host couldn't explain why the prices differed and insisted that the more expensive prices were the correct ones. The host was very pushy and didn't give us any time to think about what we wanted to eat and/or drink. There was no price list for drinks, so there was no transparency in this regard. After seeing the two different price lists for the food, you have to consider whether the drink prices are fair. You have to pay immediately without being able to see a receipt, which doesn't seem like a normal way to deal with your guests. The language and intonation were also not very friendly when we decided to go to a different restaurant. We were certainly not the only ones who decided to leave.

They were playing Disturbed songs to get into the mood later on for the Disturbed concert.

€10 for a 0.5l Radler... just act normal. The staff also speaks entirely English, and there's no price list or receipt. Incidentally, you have to order at the bar yourself because they don't come to your table.

I was greeted rudely and was verbally abused by the man behind the bar. He charged 7.5 euros for a cola that was as clear as water and undrinkable.

What can I say? Welcome to Amsterdam. One bock beer for €10.00. No fancy beer glasses, but pouring bock beer into a 50cl Heineken glass, without consultation. Four re-taps before the glass is full. A lot of refilling. Some tapping training wouldn't hurt here. Also, no price list available for drinks. Personally, not a place I'd return to.

We stopped in for a quick beer after touring the stadium – unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There's no drinks menu, so you don't know the prices. Apparently, they only serve 0.5 liters of beer, and the price was a whopping €9. When I paid, the bartender was hesitant and wanted to take the €2 change I had as a tip. Absolutely not good value for money for us, and definitely not recommended.

BLVD 020 has a nice, modern atmosphere, and the food is delicious and well-prepared. 🍴✨ The service is friendly, but it can get a bit crowded and noisy at times. Prices are reasonable for what you get, but keep in mind that it can be a bit pricey. Drinks are served in plastic cups, which feels a bit less luxurious. Definitely a pleasant place to eat!

It was a bit special that I had to pay more than €130 for two people, a main course (satay) and a starter (chicken tandoori), a tonic and a glass of wine. Or I've been scammed of course. With a friendly smile. Then again... 🤔

The food was disgusting, the fries were cold, and the burger meat looked cheap, almost artificial. The schnitzel tasted like the cheapest Turkish nuggets. I don't recommend it and don't recommend it. The service was unfriendly and forgot about my food. After 30 minutes, I asked for it and it turned out my food was in the food elevator.

I went there to grab four drinks: a heiniken 0, a heiniken, a small glass of wine and a large glass of orange juice and paid 32 € ... There were no prices shown and no receipt issued. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was very good.

The staff were rude! Poor services! The food is not as good even good as KFC

No service, no menu! Just a stupid QR code pointing to an online shop where payment doesn't even work. A complete waste of time! Ordering wasn't possible, and we ended up leaving without anything to eat or drink.

We ate here recently. The burger was delicious and the service was fast. Unfortunately, halfway through our meal, the music turned up so loudly that it was impossible to have a conversation.
