Bolzano pizzeria shoarma in Wijk 03 Poortugaal-Zuid

After 2 hours and 40 minutes, I finally received the pizzas. One of which was smaller than ordered. I called after 2 hours, and they said they were on their way. I live 5 minutes away, but it took 40 minutes.

Just got pizza from you again (always spicy), thin crispy base, super tasty, mushrooms and onion is unfortunately very meager

I order from here regularly, and the food is always good! The staff is friendly and they communicate clearly if there's a need or delay.

I don't advise this one ...a lot of problems... delivery time almost 90 minutes, o pizza come smaller ( ordered a 36 mm arrived 32 mm ) and with no taste....

Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas. Finally delivered, but not the pizza we ordered. Received a new one after 1.5 hours. Never again.

We are now waiting for our pizza that we ordered 2 hours ago, this is not normal!

We used to be always satisfied, but the last three times we had to put the pizza back in the oven at home to get it crispy because it was so soft. A bit of a shame! It was our last order for a while.

Always great pizzas. Lately, they've been getting smaller: 29 cm fit in a 26 cm box. The last one we got was 22 cm. The price was the same as always.

The pizza arrived with a dent in the box and was cold, and my drink was lukewarm. - The pizza crust wasn't good; it was still white. - The cheese was literally a stone. Actually, one star, but if your stomach is full, you get two.

The wrong pizza was delivered, it can happen. Then I get the good pizza, but it was already cold and dry. they didn't bother to remake the now cooled pizza. I would have been better off keeping the 4 euro tip

There was no option for a small/medium hair salon. I also asked for a vegetarian hair salon; there were a few pieces of peppers, mushrooms and onions in it. For €9.50 it was the scariest hair salon I have ever eaten, very little stuffed fries, vegetables and salad... I have eaten better quality and less expensive hair salons in the center of Rotterdam! Too bad, supposedly the owner has been doing it for 20 years... you wouldn't survive in the center of Rotterdam, period!

Always super satisfied but lately... Delivery time 6:55 PM (asap) it is now 7:30 PM and another phone call later... Never happened before. I understand that it is busy, but then you plan differently...

Fast delivery, good and tasty food.

The pizzas are a bit cheaper than the pizzerias in the area and in my opinion better. Generous cheese and those air bubbles in the shortest part at the edge.

Ordered PiZza once, but never again! I have never had such a poor PIZZA 🍕 in my life. And while the Plus is around the corner, I would have been better off getting one from the Doctor 👨‍⚕️ then I would have eaten earlier and cheaper. Would REALLY NOT complain about it if it wasn't justified. I do see some areas for improvement. Until then, NY Pizza 🍕👍

Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza even though I live around the corner. Called after 1h15 and they were still 'working on it'. Pizza was very tasty, that's why it got a second star.

Only do it if you are not in a hurry and like cold pizza. .

The pizza bases are often a bit tough. The filling is mainly in the middle, leaving you with a large piece of (almost) dry edge. Delivery is often quick, so it is useful if you are very hungry.

The taste of the pizzas is often good, some pizzas are tasty, others are not well cooked. Even if you order 2 hours in advance and pick it up yourself, they still manage to be late with the order. Time management 0/5 Food 4/5

Have been ordering for years, but recently the delivery time is 1 hour or longer and the quality of the food is poor (wet fries, tasteless shawarma and overcooked pizza).

The food was ice cold and in a "large hair salon" there was less than half of it. The lettuce was limp and of very poor quality. The contents were the contents of a small hair salon. In addition, it also took a very long time.

I have been ordering from Bolzano for at least 10 years, unfortunately the quality has dropped so much in recent weeks/months that I will probably stop ordering. Other shawarma has recently been used, you can see and taste that this is the cheapest shawarma they could find, it doesn't taste like microwave shawarma from Aldi, I was also always a big fan of the garlic sauce at Bolzano, unfortunately this changed from a nice thin sauce to thick drizzly. Delivery is fine!

Kebab sandwich was a pita sandwich with 4 very thick slices of kebab and some bland boiled/fried vegetables, we also ordered a Margaritha (American) pizza. This one didn't taste like anything and it was a huge amount of cheese. Bland food, long wait. Never again.

Very good business for Pizzas! Are freshly prepared by themselves. In addition, many other tasty food such as kebab dishes are available. Very friendly staff and always welcomed with a smile! Pickup and delivery is always very fast. Highly recommended!

Cold food delivered after 50 minutes. Immediately indicated to the delivery person that the food was cold. That little boy felt it necessary to give a big mouth and walk away. Called the shop but there was little understanding there either, I had to make do because it was busy..

Delicious pizzas and in addition to the pizza they have very tasty shawarma and the service is fast, both for pickup and delivery.

Mixed dish for 2 people. Uncared for, stiff from salt and otherwise tasteless. Salad base for 1 person, even far too little. Expensive and without any quality or craftsmanship. Shame.

Ordered a kapsalon chicken, so no chicken but kebab kapsalon. Received a bowl of fries, pieces of kebab and melted cheese. Sorry but this was definitely not a hair salon!!

We ordered a LARGE kapsalon kebab. First of all, it arrived late, okay. We were hungry so we didn't mind. it contained a little lettuce in foil, no onion, no tomato, and few fries. So we ate it because we were really hungry, but we are still hungry now. This was officially the worst hair salon we have ever eaten at. I won't be ordering anything from you anymore in the future and I really think it's a shame.
