It could hardly be more inefficient. Terrible.

Fries taste like old grease. The burger isn't particularly tasty; the man handled the burger patty without gloves, which is completely unacceptable for hygiene reasons. The orders aren't processed in order, even with the same order (number 85 got his food before number 81). I ordered a burger with fries and got a burger with a fries. Ordered at 2:30 p.m., asked at 2:45 p.m. when the food would be ready, and received the wrong food at 2:50 p.m.

A dark-skinned Latino actually discriminated against me because he couldn't believe it was my order because I was Latina and couldn't afford to pay for it. So he left me waiting for 40 minutes.

I had a burger that wasn't good, and the meat was weird and fell apart. Too much sauce, and the opening time is strange because it doesn't open until 1 p.m., and it's really overpriced for what you get.

No more food?!?!? They close at 1 p.m.

The opening hours are certainly odd. When they were open, we were happy with the food. But they simply don't care about cleanliness. The dining area looked terrible.

Not even open on Saturdays… too bad!! I have to give one star but even this is too much…
