Saturday afternoon, 7 x staff and no attention for the customer. There were exactly 7 employees who were busier with each other than showed any interest. Uninterested, we were asked if we could pay by card, but we also wanted to order sandwiches... this seemed too much to ask. When asked for salt and pepper, the cans were placed on the counter... manmanman...

Rude staff. Wanted to get a sandwich.. Seemed like self-service/didn't feel like working. Never again.

Wanted to use the toilet. Could only pay 50 cents with card or QR code. I crawled under the gate. This is very customer unfriendly.

If you just want to refuel, you shouldn't come around lunch. At that time there are always large groups of people ordering sandwiches and other things. If you want to pay for your fuel quickly, you have to wait until all these customers have been helped. And it's frustrating to see all those sandwiches being made when you just want to get through quickly. Furthermore, the staff is always nice and friendly. The priorities are more about food than fuel.

Nice place, spacious...plenty of choice

The sandwiches were good. But when we were still eating our sandwich after refueling and paying, an employee came towards us quite accusingly to tell us that we had not paid for the fuel. She immediately wanted to see statements or a receipt. When we told her, quite annoyed, that she could look at the administration again to ensure that we had indeed paid, she responded that she would have to call a bailiff if we did not pay. It turned out that the lady behind the cash register had bought an extra bouquet of flowers and had forgotten the pump. We were under the impression that we had simply paid everything due to the high amount. Logical, I think. There was just no excuse or anything. Maybe the girl who walked out could hold off on her accusations until they figured out what was going on. No one who cannot pay for fuel would leisurely eat sandwiches in front of the door. (Let alone buy sandwiches and flowers.)

Niet al te druk, terrein ziet er altijd netjes uit en 24/7 open, wat ik een gigantische plus vind

We kwamen met een baby. Super behulpzame mensen. Hebben ons warm water voor de fles gegeven en sleutel voor de verschoon ruimte. Bedankt!!!

Grote benzinepomp met winkel. Winkel heeft een ruim assortiment aan producten zoals onder andere koffie, broodjes, frisdranken en ook van alles voor de auto zelf zoals luchtverfrissers en olie e.d. Vriendelijk personeel. Toch kan het voorkomen dat je wat langer moet wachten op een broodje wanneer het druk is.

Kawa z automatu jest po prostu fatalna. Najgorsza jaką można sobie wyobrazić. Dużo lepsza jest kawa w kawiarence ale kawiarenka była nieczynna. Stacja sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanej. Toalety nie są sprzątane regularnie. Parking brudny. Obsługa wszystko tłumaczy brakiem personelu. Jedyną zaletą tego miejsca jest sąsiednia stacja ładowania FastNed.

De Fastnet laadstations zijn dichtbij de shop, dus niet ver lopen voor een bekertje koffie 😄

Alleen de toilette moeten gebruiken. Mooi schoon en voldoende wc papier....bedankt!

Гарна заправка, але на ній не працють банківські картки, наприклад до туалету. Тому якщо у вас немає металевих грошей або бумажних щоб розмісти на касі, то шукайте туалет на вулиці в кущах ))

Iets kleinere stopplaats maar dit was zeker in orde.

I had a Greenwheels car and refueled here. The fuel card was ‘not accepted’ but it actually worked. The attendants were friendly, nice, understanding and helpful. It makes all the difference in the world to have a nice staff and they do at this BP! Thanks!
