BP IJssel in Batau Zuid

There's a sign in front of the store entrance: if you fill up with 250 liters of diesel, you get a free coffee and a frikandel. This is the case at many BP gas stations. A night shift employee never offers coffee. After filling up with 300 liters of diesel, I asked for a free frikandel. It was refused. I can only get coffee. What's going on? Why does it say in front of the store that you get coffee and a frikandel for 250 liters of fuel?

Expensive gas, don't use gas stations next tto the highway.

Two pumps for trucks if you want to drive through there is no access wait until you fill up to drive through there is no parking

There is litter on the forecourt. Not so strange if you are alone behind the cash register in the evening. The shop looks neat. The snacks are a different story. Pre-packaged sandwich egg-bacon. Soggy white bread, some egg and a slice of bacon. Junk! At least use malt bread, that stays edible longer. Hot snacks only packed per 2, farmer's cleverness. You think 2 frikandellen and 2 minced meat sticks, not much can go wrong with that. Dried out in the warming cabinet, terrible taste. Reminds me of the snacks from Van Oers (supplied the snacks to Esso). Way too salty, bouillon taste, strange structure and God knows what's in it. Thrown away after a few bites. The minced meat sticks from Shell used to be legendary, you would drive out of your way for them. So did their bacon-egg sandwich with malt bread. Anyway, paid €16.70. Bah, never again. That everything along the highway is very expensive is one thing, but at least make sure that the quality is okay. A decent frikandel or a meatball is not a culinary highlight. As already said, Shell always did this well, It must be about margin. Nowadays, the customer is a means to earn money for most companies. If you look at the content of other negative reviews of this location, it becomes clear, this operator squeezes every Euro out of it. The owner's response to the negative reactions is of the type copy and paste and he is guilty of 'gas lighting', (pun intended). BP can't seem to shake off its status as a B-brand. Petrol is not distinctive, the shop and the service are. Big fail BP.

Worthless. Tire pump kept giving errors but then air kept coming out of the tires. Reported it to the employees but they didn't want to do anything about it. What a service you pay for

We bought a snack and noticed that the scan label showed a price for a double portion, while it was for 1 portion.

It's really ridiculous that you have to pay money for a filthy toilet without toilet paper!

If you order a meatball sandwich, they will just give you a healthy sandwich 👎🏽. I only found out when I drove 20 km further and wanted to eat the delicious meatball sandwich! Bad!

Three staff members walked by to warm sandwiches and pour coffee. But paying for fuel was considered a subordinate task. We waited for more than 10 minutes and then just said that I would like to pay for the fuel. Answer from the friendly lady: "yes, you can see that it is busy". Well... I'm curious how the manager would react to this?

Have waited a bizarrely long time for a simple sandwich several times.

Staff were nice. Toilets we a bit expensive at 70 cents for access. They were small and pokey and not that nice. The food seemed popular - but that could be because the previous rest stop in closed for construction. The reason for the 2 stars is the new "nozzle TV" they have on the E10 fuel. While you're using the pump nozzle, it plays a video on a display that you don't even look and it plays audio so obnoxiously loudly from speakers above you that you feel trapped until the pump stops. It was horrible. Will not stop here again. This was worse than when YouTube introduced pre-roll ads.

An elderly woman with short gray hair was so terribly slow, 20 minutes over a healthy sandwich. Just doing all kinds of tasks in between while colleagues told her to help me.

Very unfortunate, we come every day to get a sandwich and today, 14/9/2024, a lady with short gray hair refused to make us a sandwich. She said they were warm and we had to wait 15 minutes (isn't it soup, and it takes 15 minutes to cool?). Moreover, she didn't pay any attention to us and helped the people who came in after us.

Charging at the ChargePost is not possible with cars that have the plug at the rear right. The cable is much too short. Parking crookedly in the parking space helps.

Completely mad! I come there this morning to buy smoking products, I pull up in a car worth 100k+ in front of the door... The lady asks if I'm 40 yet...! No, I replied. No identification, then we are not allowed to give it to you!! A quick checkout is also not an option here, very slow as the cashier simply starts making coffee. Very clumsily arranged there. Refueling is a side issue.

Worst charging station. Cables are too short and you need to make a couple of maneuvers to position. I’ve seen some customers can’t get position and left the station.

Stopped for coffee. There were a few signs hanging/standing that the sugar had run out. Now I use sweeteners myself, but how is that possible!

Even de auto laden en een bakkie doen.

Even naar de wc, geen probleem, hier houden we van. Contant betalen en bij aankoop in de shop volledig bedrag terug. Wc worden goed bijgehouden net als de shop. Alles schoon, fris em vriendelijk personeel. Verders een tankstation wat je ervan mag verwachten.

De 2 pomstraten waar je vrachtwagens kan tanken, kun je er maar bij 1 aan de rechterkant ad-blue tanken. Beetje vervelend als je aan de linkerkant je ad-blue hebt en dan ook nog maar in een ingang. Verder vriendelijke mensen.

Mooie en schoon tankstation met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, Je kunt er wat kleine dingen kopen en de koffie was er heerlijk.

Prima pomp, wel weinig parkeerplaats en de wc's zijn vaak smerig

Als met een t ankcard wil betalen, moet je eerst naar binnen voordat de pomp vrijgegeven wordt

De koffie deal met een koek is er oke

Durch den Preis für Autogas im Vergleich zu deutschen Preisen sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man in den Niederlanden unterwegs ist.

Prima. Ook de BP benzine premium is voor mijn auto belangrijk.
