Ordered well before closing time, but still canceled. They're impossible to reach by phone. Never experienced such terrible service. Ugh, yuck. Not the first time, by the way. Never ordering from you again!!!

We ordered a container of oorlogsaus (war sauce) with our fries. In the end, we got a container of speciaalsaus (special sauce). This has happened three times now. The fries also vary in quality; sometimes they're quite tasty, but usually they're a bit bland. Such a shame. There's a better snack bar on Slotplein. We'll go there next time.

Always a treat to grab a bite to eat. And they recently added a seating area, so you no longer have to sit at a table and eat your fries; you can just sit back and enjoy a drink.

The fries were very salty. I also ordered a beef croquette, but unfortunately, there was no beef. Mediocre and not crispy enough. You have to pay extra for a paper bag to take away. 🤨So bring your own bag...

The food is decent. But since the plate apparently has a slight problem, you're not leaving happy. Next time, I'd rather have fries from the fish jeweler.

We're fans of Bram Ladage. Delicious food. We come here often, and they recently added a dining area, which is great if you want to enjoy your meal in peace. I do have to say something about the quality of the food. I sometimes tear up when I open the packaging at home. When the owners are there, the service is impeccable, but when they're not, some employees rush things. For example, without cutting open the frikandel, which they normally do, they throw the sauce and onions on the frikandel speciaal. There's even lettuce on the sauce, even though it wasn't busy. The chicken burger has one dollop of sauce. This is like putting a small amount of sauce in the middle of a frikandel speciaal. I hope something is done about this because, once again, the food is otherwise excellent. P.s. If you'd like an onion cutting course, please let me know. Onions are huge!

Always fresh fries, well seasoned....

The Bram Ladage in Koperwiek is across from the Albert Heijn. It's a small shop. I'm not a big fan of the fries because of the skin on them. It's rather bland. The snacks, on the other hand, are well-organized. However, they could sometimes pay more attention to getting the orders right. We've had several experiences where the bitterballen aren't good. Sometimes they're too cold, and other times they're simply missing some.

Uhh yeah…the chicken burgers do give you severe diarrhea, otherwise fantastic!

Bram's fries, we'd love to drive for them. Very often young employees but super motivated. How do you get that done 👌.

People who complain about a bamischijf that wasn't wrapped, wow, don't you have anything to do?

Went to Bram's again. That was a bit disappointing! The fries are really not what they used to be; limp and dry. Too bad. It was always so delicious.

Today I got a bamischijf, but since the packaging law came into effect, they could do with a course in "packaging" from the old man. With the bamischijf I explicitly indicated to do it in a cone like the fries, no way! The disc was first put in a hard cardboard frtikandel container with sambal and then put in a paper bag. When taking it home, the same awkward packaging (and for 3 discs of sambal), instead of a hamburger container. The same story with a Mexican sandwich with mayonnaise. Are the napkins on the coupon or something? I didn't get them with it. Inconvenient eating, like that!

Ordered several times in the past period, but unfortunately three bad experiences. No sauce delivered, wrong order given, paid too much. Annoying and no understanding from the staff. Not recommended

Yesterday after watching the Hyrox. Quickly got some fries from Bram Ladage. What struck me was that the men worked very efficiently and quickly with good cooperation. They also remained approachable. Really great

I have been going to this branch at least a few times a month since moving to Capelle and everything was always perfect until recently. They hired young boys who don't care for service or about their job in general. One in particular just stands there ignoring you, re reading the orders 10 times then still getting it wrong somehow, which is somewhat of an exploit. He even tried to escape to the back today until his manager called him back in to work! The 3 men working hard at the back are totally overloaded as so much dead weight is hanging there laughing, eating chips on the job, ignoring you when you come to pick up your order and eventually giving it to you after 30 mins, cold, as it was waiting in front of them the whole time. They couldn't tell their head from their backside. No or less staff is better than useless staff. Please bring the old Bram back!

Experienced the fries with skin today. Call it characteristic, or whatever twist they put on it, it is, in Rotterdam's words, unbelievable.... Less traffic movements or something, so lower costs, but that is not reflected in the price at the store. 1 fries with mayo, 1 fries war, 1 croquette = €12.45 A higher price is not a problem, but it has to be good, and it isn't right now. Good luck, gentlemen Rocco and Wesley, you won't see us again until your potatoes have been peeled again. In the meantime, we'll visit Carlo.

Perfect fresh fries, delicious satay sauce, friendly staff. Ate on site and the food was therefore nice and hot.

Service is fine here. Unfortunately, recently they only sell fries with skin, not our thing. We will get our fries somewhere else from now on. What is a plus is that all their snacks are halal. Still a shame and a shame about the fries. I think they will lose a lot of customers.

Not tasty anymore fries in the skin. Price and quality are no longer in proportion. Too bad, but there are more places that do have regular fries.

It can no longer be eaten with the peel! Other fries, you get much less of the sauces, less and less. They should be ashamed of themselves for that price. From now on, go to a good snack bar

Really sad, a “hogweed” and a small fries and minus 11.10 EUR lighter. To be ashamed that it is sold as hogweed. In addition, it would be helpful for you to have the prices of the snacks clearly visible so that people are not surprised when paying. In addition, the sauce prices are extremely expensive. Peanut sauce is very spicy, not our thing. The chicken pieces are dry and hard. Too bad, I have had better experiences in the past. Customer friendliness is very good. Maybe we were just unlucky.

The lady there has given food ( fries and bami) to the people who were after me in the queue. She intentionally make me wait . It seems like she was a racists with her behaviour. A very bad experience. I would rather prefer to go to another store in Capella or Alexandrium .

3rd time ordered here and 3 times the forgot something in the delivery. Called and they sent it later, but that's not the point. Improve your quality.

Drove to Capelle specifically for a blackberry, when I got home the order was again incomplete and no difference between large and regular blackberry, only in price. Maybe you should read the reviews and do something about it, the same complaints regularly!

Terrible services, we waited a very long time for the fries to be fried and they started serving everyone who came after us, we complained and they said the receipt had fallen, yet they kept serving other people and then we had to wait for another batch of fries. Very unprofessional and terrible service

Too bad if the staff is eating while they prepare your food. Mainly teenagers who serve. Not the Bram atmosphere here. There is nothing wrong with food of course

Yesterday, I was helped by a sweet young man, I think about 18 or 20 years old. I ordered a large Bram. My name was called. I answered. I said: "It also said in the note that I don't have my barrel with me." that young man laughing. Because of my humor. He gave me double the sauce and was very friendly. My compliments to you. Worth repeating.

Ik kwam vanmiddag een frietje en een frikandel halen ( bijna alles is Halal ) geholpen door 2 hele vriendelijke heren en het eten was echt top alles is vers ik kom hier zeker vaker!!!!😄

Afgelopen vrijdag wat te eten besteld ( eten was goed) Nette zaak , leuke, maar ook minder leuke personeelsleden. Ik werd netjes geholpen door een enthousiaste jongeman die lekker vlot doorwerkten. Tijdens het wachten viel mijn oog op 2 vrouwelijke collega’s die vooral hun privé met elkaar aan het bespreken waren. De woorden die ze uitspraken ( waaronder een scheldwoord wat ook een hele erge ziekte is ) vond ik niet passen in een eetgelegenheid. Eigenlijk nergens maar goed. Ik kom al geruime tijd bij verschillende maar vooral deze vestiging maar dit ging mij echt te ver en moest dit bericht even sturen. Ik hoop dat iemand dit oppakt. Mvg,

The young ladies who work for BramL are friendly and work good as a team. Had my yummie fries within 2' of entering. Had the small size fries with Jopiesauce.. Hadn't bought fries in a really really long time (I am in my sixties) the price blew me away but it was absolutely scrumptious and I finished the bag within a flash 🤪 Would buy again but let the hubby pay 😬🤣😂

Frietje gehaald, maar bij thuiskomst was de bestelling niet compleet. Gebeld en Lopes gaf aan dat het goed zou komen. Dat kwam het ook, binnen no-time stond een medewerker voor de deur met de rest van de bestelling én bekers voor een milkshake wanneer we weer in de buurt zijn. Dan doe je het goed en begrijp je wat klantvriendelijk en service betekent. Er zijn ondernemers op de Koperwiek die een voorbeeld kunnen nemen aan Lopes. Groet, pistachemilkshake 😄

We halen niet heel vaak eten hier, maar als we het halen is het altijd goed (warm en lekker). Behalve de milkshakes die zijn altijd koud :-) Recent ook weer voor twee verjaardagen het eten hier gehaald en tot twee maal toe keurig in orde.

Afgelopen zaterdag was ik hier om een heerlijk patatje oorlog, en een broodje Mexicano met saté saus af te halen. Frietjes mochten alleen ietsjes meer zijn, maar alles was top! Het enthousiasme van bedrijfsleider Lopes was aanstekelijk! Tot de volgende keer. 👊🏾

Wel duur maja wat niet tegenwoordig

We kwamen net terug uit Brugge waar we een paar dagen vakantie vierden. En natuurlijk niet zonder Belgische frieten te eten. Goed hoor! MAAR terug in Holland kunnen we met gepaste trots constateren dat de patatten van Bram ook bijzonder goed smaken!!! Zo'n lekker grote puntzak vol, dat gaat er wel in hoor!

Lekker en druk goede inzet personeel

Als ik een patatje wil dan is Bram de enige die ik wil, doe het niet vaak maar wel de enige waar ik dit haal.

Lekkere patat. Alleen al daarvoor moet je bij Bram langs. Snacks ook erg lekker. Er werken vriendelijke mensen die super snel bakken en inpakken. Helemaal top!

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke patat alleen zou er stoeltjes kunnen neer gezet worden of een kruk voor het raam want nu moet je het staan op eten of hangen 👍

16,95 voor 2 normale patat mayo/pinda en 2 flesjes drinken.... Word wel beetje erg gek nou.

Schandalig dat je voor een half theelepeltje sambal gewoon moet betalen. Service is voor hun een onbekend woord.

Slappe patat, weinig zout en voor de curry saus kreeg ik ook nog eens ketchup mee. Beetje ongeïnteresseerd personeel . Jammer, ik had ècht wel wat beters verwacht ...

Ik vind patat van bramladage erg lekker. Geen en snackbar kan aan Bram Ladage tippen. erg lekker eten. Ga zo door. Bram Ladage is mijn top favoriet. Enige nadeel is dat Bram Ladage duur is , maar is het geld waard vind ik van zo lekker eten.

Allereerst lekkere friet en lekkere snacks, maar de service is vreselijk. Bestel en betaal je online met afhaaltijd van 18:30. Kom je om 18:30 aan met de verwachting dat het dan (bijna) klaar is, moeten ze nog aan je bestelling beginnen. Krijg je om 18:50 uur eindelijk je bestelling mee. Checken of alles er wel bij zit (komt vaker voor dat er iets niet bij zit of niet klopt), blijkt de bestelling niet compleet te zijn.. kan je weer terug, eerst een discussie dat zij vinden dat de bestelling wel klopt, uiteindelijk wordt dat wat vergeten is dan alsnog voor je gemaakt, maar moet je weer wachten. Uiteindelijk pas om 19:00 uur met complete bestelling naar huis. Online besteld met 18:30 uur afhalen.. half uur later alles pas mee. Misschien moet het personeel meer bezig zijn met de bestellingen en hun werk en minder met het met elkaar flirten en in billen knijpen. De twee sterren zijn puur voor het feit dat het eten lekker is, maar zeker niet voor de service en het personeel.
