Very tasty fried potatoes with mayonnaise, delicious croquettes and good service, definitely recommended.

Ordered for pickup. The order only started being prepared when I arrived. Burgers were cold. Fries were warm, but the amount of sauce was very meager.

I stand at the door at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Closed. Please adjust the times.

What a disappointment, let's have a nice little "brammetje" for a change. But we didn't get a "brammetje," but fries that looked like a half-peeled rotten potato from my great-grandmother's rusty potato bin! It was as cold as it looked (tough) and it tasted even worse. After 3 portions, I just stopped and left it where it belongs (the trash can). It's such a shame; the fries used to be unique and very tasty, but there is absolutely nothing left of that.

The food is decent, but our order was incomplete - three kaastengels instead of four and the chili sauce was missing. Service is friendly, but on the slow side.

Very disappointed with our experience at Bram Ladage. We had specifically ordered and paid for a vegetarian bami snack, but only found out afterwards that it is fried in the same oil as the meat snacks. For vegetarians, that is simply important information. When we pointed this out to the staff, there was absolutely no willingness to help, and the manager could do nothing for us. No solution, no understanding, nothing. When we suggested exchanging it for a bottle of drink, his response was: “and what are we supposed to do with the bami disc?” When we asked him if frying in the same oil didn't defeat the purpose of vegetarian food a bit, his answer was “no, not at all.” If you offer vegetarian products, be clear and transparent about it. This felt misleading and customer-unfriendly. A big compliment to the young employee who offered her apologies on behalf of Bram and suggested a milkshake as compensation.

I picked up two sandwiches today, but they were very dry. I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, this was not appreciated. The sandwiches came from the drawer, so it is possible that they are a bit dry, but it would be good if this were handled better and feedback was taken seriously.

It's not like it used to be, fries taste less good, snack bar much cheaper, bram has become expensive, you have to pay to take a bag with you, ridiculous

I've been to Ladage again for the first time in a while, and I'm sorry, but... fries with the skins on? Tough and absolutely inedible.

Bram Ladage remains my go-to place for delicious fries. Bram has been my favorite for 25 years. Soft serve ice cream with candy is a must. They've also been open on Sundays for a while now, and I like that. To my surprise, I was suddenly faced with a disappointment last night. No soft serve. Closed because of the winter. What????? Other locations still have soft serve. Danny, why? Soft serve is a year-round favorite. It's not water ice or Slushie. Plenty of regular customers want this in the winter, and I especially do. Bring back my soft serve.

Owner is a nice man, gives free extra mayonnaise when it runs out, because the weather is nice

Unfortunately, it has deteriorated considerably. As a shame, I ordered fries this afternoon and the old fries that had already been fried were thrown back into the fryer. The end result was a combination of tough fries and undercooked fries. What a disappointment!

Just picked up some more office fries. The fries were soggy and not cooked properly.

Delicious snacks at a reasonable price. The fries used to be better, but these days they have a nasty taste, and they're often rawer/soggier than crispy. That's a shame, though. I miss that authentic Brammetje flavor at several Bram Ladage locations. Despite this, the service is fast, even when it's busy. And the staff is always friendly.

The bramble was a delicious golden brown. The bamischijf (noodle slice) isn't pictured, but it was delicious. The staff was very polite. As a bonus, I recommend trying the melon milkshake from their selection! Deliciously summery!

I asked for a veal croquette 3 times but they gave me a beef croquette so that was no service and then I called them to report it but they didn't agree so bad service

Lousy service. They forget to deliver half and they politely say, come and get it or order and pay again.

We came at 6:30 PM for fries, but to our astonishment the fries were sold out, we still looked for the hidden camera, but no.

Food was good but quite expensive. Employee was not very friendly

Terribly rude guy behind the counter who scolds a woman for not ordering fast enough, or she can stop stuttering and start ordering. Very unfriendly to my children who wanted to order themselves, my kids didn't come out right away and we still got a death look. They left, no advertising for Bram Ladage which we are normally so happy with.

I asked if they were open to check if I could get food yet. I got the response “what do you think!!” Very antisocial

These are fries I'll go out of my way to get. Freshly cut and crispy fried. Thick firm yellow fries. Always with the real Bram Ladage peanut sauce. And of course, preferably the big Bram for real men. Quite a drafty corner here. When the sun is shining you can eat your bag of fries on a picnic bench. For the children I can refer to the annual potato harvest day in the Hoeksche Waard. Bram's potatoes are grown there and they can harvest, wash, peel and bake a number of potatoes themselves. And then eat it of course. Highly recommended.

A lady asks for a container for her 84-year-old mother in which she can put some fries because she has trouble holding the chip bag due to rheumatism and the man behind the counter says no, I'm not going to start doing that, soon everyone will want an extra container, is this the service Bram has in mind? The man also had an unkempt mustache with very long hair hanging over his lips No more twice here for me.

Staff not really friendly and afterwards I thought it was quite expensive for a Bram with mayonnaise and had to pay €4.35

At this Bram Ladage, the sauces already paid for are regularly forgotten when picking up/Ubereats ordering. Unfortunately, the fries are also more often not tasty than they are. Very unfortunate as this Bram Ladage used to be one of the best in the region

Of course tasty Brammjes! Unfortunately, there are not enough staff, which means that waiting times are sometimes very long and products are forgotten.

Friday evening 25-02. Order was ready 10 minutes late while there were a total of 2 orders with 3 people occupied. Fries were tough and not Brams.

We ordered a large blackberry and received a medium blackberry. That's bad. Prices go high and orders decrease. Was really not used to it😔😔🤪

Volgens mij is elke vestiging franchise, dus er zit wel verschil in. Ik vindt Bram niet een van de goedkoopste maar het is wel prima fastfood, helaas heeft de corona ook hier de prijzen laten stijgen, maar gelukkig is het eten lekker. En ook het meeste personeel is heel klantvriendelijk.

Beste patat die er bestaat, alleen merk ik steeds vaker, net zoals afgelopen vrijdag dat als ik een normale patat en een grote patat bestel, dat de grote patat net zo groot is als de normale waardoor ik uiteindelijk nog steeds honger heb.

Kwaliteit ten top, wat je ook bestelt, het énige wat je (afhankelijk van het aantal voor je) moet hebben is geduld, kan even duren voor je het heb.

Bram Ladage heeft altijd goede patat.

Terwijl ik in de rij sta en aan de beurt ben gaat de telefoon....deze wordt opgenomen als jullie met een klant bezig zijn. En voor de telefonische klant wordt alle tijd genomen. Onbeleefd vind ik dat! Bij thuiskomst patat en loempia's waren oke, maar de fricandel speciaal was nog rauw aan de binnenkant. Echt niet te eten....

Freshly cut potatoes to make chips the way they should be. Crunchy texture on the outside and fluffy in the middle, none of the frozen chips here. Prices are reasonable and you can sit outside and eat during nice weather.
