Deze plek is prima om te eten en drinken zowel lunch en andere dingen wij komen er al ruim 25 jaar en blijven terugkomen voor de vriendelijkheid en het uitstekende eten

Very nice owners. Excellent service. Simple but honest and delicious food! And you at least get a decent portion. Definitely not too expensive either. I had the vegetable soup. Deliciously seasoned, very filling, and it reminded me of my childhood when my mother cooked. My mother had an oven roll with pineapple, ham, and onion. Also very tasty. She almost couldn't finish it all. The patio is nice if the weather is bad because it's inside the shopping center.

28-07 just had a sandwich here, brie sandwich, excellent, 2 croquette sandwiches, one of which was very bad, a lot of meat was unedible If you say something about it, you get a blunt answer: "I can't look into a croquette either." That's right, you can't do that either, but you can do something with it instead of being rude

Been here for the first time, friendly service, good and delicious food! You really get value for your money! I had a hot meat sandwich, it was generously filled! I will come here for a bite to eat more often in the future! :)

We had a delicious meal here. Our meal was even delivered personally by the chef. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back here again.

Very unfriendly pointed out QR code, despite terrace. Treated rudely and hope the place goes bankrupt when this madness is over. Remember, you need customers to exist, we don't need you. Plenty of dining options. What a policy....

Very tasty meal. Bread rolls freshly baked. I think the Satay is home made.

Good service and delicious food

Service very slow. Mint tea was served with hot but not boiling water which left the tea very watery. After complaining, we still had to pay 2.50 euros even though it had not been consumed. We will never go back!!!

Als we in Oosterhout zijn gaan we. Altijd eten in Brasserie De Spieghel. Een broodje warm vlees. Goede bediening.

Lekker met vrienden gezeten. Mooi biertje kunnen drinken. Je zit er ruim, en dat is goed. Helemaal goed.

Altijd vlotte bediening en nette prijzen. Kwaliteit is goed in orde. Altijd leuk om vanaf een terras (en lekker droog) naar mensen te kijken.

Moesten lang wachten voordat er iemand kwam. Voor een 2e bestelling moest je helemaal je best doen om geholpen te worden. Te weinig pesoneel. Duurde allemaal enorm lang Zeer duur. De vrouw die de bestelling op kwam nemen zag er niet verzorgd uit. Broodje kroket was lekker maar duur, broodje kaas was lekker en duur broodje uit de oven was matig en duur.

It's a brasserie. Not a star restaurant. And I don't mean that disrespectfully. It's just good for what it is: a brasserie. Just a pity that the staff is young. Then you can often see that there is less motivation, but Oosterhout is a "young" city. And an old city. When I look around me I see few 20's/30's. They are all in Breda. But enough about the city. De Spieghel is a pleasant place to stay. Basta.

Old-fashioned has had its day, the menu has not changed in years. Staff have been leaving for years. Owners exhausted and serving their time. The Febo across the street delivers even better quality.

Exactly what you expect from a brasserie. Just good. The fact that there is indeed no WiFi may only be a problem if you do not have the money to purchase a good bundle yourself.

First of all, no WIFI! The owner does not think this is necessary. Oh well, a reason not to come back. Everything else ok. Not good and not bad.

After waiting about 20 minutes on the terrace and after 2 times my colleague will come to you to take the order, and we left with a group of 8 people without being able to order anything. Not calculated on your own terrace

Waited a long time for the order to be taken and then another 45 minutes for 2 bouncers. The owner? was a bit curt and also swore and yelled at the staff. When paying, the cook announced that he was closing the kitchen. Even before 2 o'clock, it was impossible. Clearly we didn't expect crowds on King's Day. The food made up for something.

Good food and at very good price, lovely staff who they wanted us to be satisfied with our selection. The place is located inside a cozy shopping area and is well maintained and clean.
