Brasserie H2O in Merwestein

Had a delicious meal! 😍 The food was super tasty and fresh. The people were also very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended, I would love to come back here again!

The most disappointing order we have ever placed. Old meat, limp, and tasteless. The pita bread was made of cardboard. I got the impression that the old leftovers were thrown into the sandwich. Vegetables were nowhere to be found. 8 euros for a sandwich of hot air! The salad, costing nearly 8 euros, was very small for the price, had almost no vegetables, and did not taste fresh at all. A request for compensation was rejected, so the only thing I can do now is advise you to just go to Kwalitaria, McDonald's, or any other restaurant or café.

I paid for the pizza delivery, but two hours later, still no pizza. So I decided to stop by. It was closed. It's bizarre, I'll never go back again. I wonder if I'll get my money back!

They forgot to put 3 sauces with the fries. I hadn't eaten yet and called. They said they would deliver a replacement, which would take half an hour. Okay, that's fine. After half an hour, he only brought sauce and no fries. So we only ate the burger now, and threw away cold fries along with the freshly delivered sauces. So 1 star....

What a terrible place Bakkerij Bart has become. It is purely a cold money-making factory where customer friendliness and humanity are nowhere to be found. As a customer, you can see right before your eyes how bad the atmosphere is. The managers engage in open bullying and treat the young staff working there disrespectfully and rudely. The service towards customers is also below par. Everything here revolves around extreme stinginess: the sandwiches are filled as sparingly as possible, and you get almost nothing for your money. The absolute low point was when I saw/heard how tips are handled. If customers give the young employees a little extra for their hard work, it is snatched away by management. Apparently, it is even labeled as 'theft' if the staff wants to keep it for themselves. It is scandalous how this business tries to make a profit on the backs of young people. They will never see my money here again; from now on, I will go to a bakery with decency!
