Went here for a quick lunch break and really enjoyed my food. As a vegan it was a bit harder to find something, but my meal was actually really nice! Everyone else I was with also enjoyed the food here.

Since the new owners took over, we have once again been loving having lunch, dinner, and/or drinks at Pand147. Delicious food and friendly service. There is also a nice play area set up for the kids. Highly recommended!!

We regularly go for lunch at the venue. It is always well received. We recently had a baby shower with a high tea. Everything was fantastic and perfectly taken care of.

What a wonderful experience at this place on the Venne. We had a fantastic meal here and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything served looked incredibly well-presented. The dishes were truly a feast for the eyes, especially the colorful poké bowl with all those fresh ingredients, which immediately caught our eye. The portions are generous and you can taste the quality in every bite. We will definitely be back here soon for another delicious lunch.

Today we spontaneously decided to try Pand 47. The service was very friendly and our food was delicious. Due to a personal mishap, one of the staff members even lent us her bicycle. 👍 We highly recommend Pand 47. Thank you!

The Curry Masala was incredibly flavorful, and there was plenty of choice for the children as well. Everything was prepared with great care and was enjoyed by everyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We even got a look behind the scenes, which made the visit extra special. You can tell that the work here is done with passion and attention, and that guests feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good meal, especially if you are looking for good vegan options. We will definitely be back!

Dinner for two at Brasserie Pand 147. Service was a bit slow, but otherwise fine. Carpaccio as a starter, and that was very tasty. Then we received the burger with the notification that the plate was warm; a bit strange, but okay. The barbecue sauce on the burger was more like a tomato paste and bore no resemblance to barbecue sauce. The burger itself was dry. All in all, we regretted not sticking to the carpaccio, because for nearly 20 euros, I could have made a better burger myself.

We went here for dinner during the time between train departures and off-peak hours. Seating inside and on the outdoor terrace. Friendly welcome; we were allowed to choose our own table. We ordered a Chauvignon Blanc, but a glass of red wine arrived instead. Neatly corrected with a smile. We were given the menu; we discovered the special asparagus menu ourselves. Quick service for the main course. In between, someone came to ask if everything was okay. Polite. We had a delicious meal. Good evening.

What a letdown. The portions are very small for what you pay. I ordered fries but received bread, and the wait staff refused to rectify this. To make matters worse, the bread was served with mayonnaise instead of butter. Furthermore, the chicken satay was cold and tasteless. A waste of money!

Very nice brasserie with a terrace in the heart of Winschoten. A more than fine spot for a cup of coffee, lunch, drinks, or dinner. Wide selection, prompt and welcoming service, and a beautiful, spacious building. Highly recommended.

You notice that there is much more attention to detail and quality with the new owners. We had a delicious steak starter as an appetizer. For the main course, we had kalswang and sea bass. The kalswang was delicious, and there was nothing wrong with the sea bass. And finally, we had the pears, which, as they say in Groningen, could have been worse.

I had a great meal. I started with the beetroot tartare, which was beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. Then I had the tourledeux. The presentation of the exquisite piece of meat is probably the only downside, as it was somewhat hidden under the garnish of vegetables and potatoes. I like to see meat beautifully presented on the plate, but the taste was just as good. Perfectly cooked, beautifully tender, and flavorful. My brother was also very pleased with his tenderloin tartare and chicken satay. Thank you for this wonderful evening, the lovely atmosphere, and the delicious wine.

Much better since the new young couple took over. I asked for burrata instead of tuna or chicken in my poke bowl, to make it vegetarian. It would be great to have more vegetarian options. The tournedos with wine sauce is excellent. A welcome change for Winschoten.

I had lunch today at Pand 147, which opened for the first time today under the new owners. Honestly, you couldn't tell it was their first day back at work. Delicious food, friendly and attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly and with care. A promising start – this is definitely a place to return to. Wishing you every success with this wonderful new venture!

High beer was meager. 3 beers, and after asking, we got a fourth. The snacks were completely overflowing, not generous.

We came for the three-course menu, but it had been removed. It was still listed on the website, which we thought was inappropriate. Please change it to prevent this. The atmosphere was good and the food was delicious. The service was very slow. We had to wait a long time. Nevertheless, it was a great place to eat.

Unexpectedly, we stopped for a bite to eat in Winschoten. I wasn't familiar with this place; I was curious. It's nicely decorated and has a semi-open kitchen. Friendly service. What did we order? I had a schnitzel, of course, and my partner had pork tenderloin, which we also had fries with. The presentation was beautiful, and the meat was good. The schnitzel wasn't as good; I'd never had such a thin schnitzel before, and it felt like it had been sitting there for ages. It's a good thing there wasn't a wind, otherwise I'd have to hold it 😉 That was the only downside I found, and the price was a bit high. For that price, it barely fits on my plate. It's a nice place, though.

I don't understand the negative reactions. It's a shame that the focus is only on what's not good... We're from Brabant and were in the area, thinking we'd make a business reservation for lunch. - The interior looks nice and warm - We were escorted to our table - The menu was well-organized - There was a decent amount of time between ordering and serving - The food was excellent value for money - The service was impeccable, and the glasses were spotlessly clean - The service was impeccable Tip for the owner: make sure we can pay by card with our tip. I wanted to tip, but unfortunately, I couldn't add anything extra. Drink prices are quite cheap; in Brabant, we easily pay €5 for a ginger beer.

Just no. We waited an hour and a half for our food. Then we got a tapas platter that normally costs €13, but here it's €22.50 as a drinks platter. The main course took so long that we wanted to leave.

The restaurant looks nice and modern inside. The food is fair to good. The dish I ordered from the menu was sold out, even though the restaurant was practically empty. It took a very long time for the food to arrive. The staff didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink, even though our glasses were empty when the main courses were served. Such a shame. We won't be eating there again.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disgrace. I had imagined my birthday celebration differently... For the second round of drinks and appetizer order, we had to go inside because the waiters didn't come outside for a long time. The same for the third round of drinks and main course order. The satay wasn't warm and a bit sparse, with very little peanut sauce. The fries and fried potatoes were about halfway undercooked. We should have mentioned this when we paid, otherwise they would have gone straight into the oven. No one came by during the meal to ask how it was, and when we paid, we weren't asked if it was good. We should have said "apologies" in the comments, which shouldn't have been the case, and "we offer you a drink on the house," but nothing of the sort. No, they won't be seeing us again, and the recent comments confirm our experience.

We had made a reservation, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived late. That wasn't a problem at all. The service was very friendly, and even though the kitchen was about to close, we were still able to order from the menu. Unfortunately, the schnitzels were already gone, so we ordered something else. We had asked for the sauce on the side, which was possible. Unfortunately, it turned out that someone had already put sauce on it and tried to hide it. We were given a separate pan of clumped sauce. For the price charged for the dishes, you get very little food. The American platter is particularly not recommended. It consisted of a mini bun with hamburger and sauce, an overcooked sparerib, two chicken tenders without any seasoning, and a few onion rings. The fried potatoes were unseasoned, dry, and not crispy. The same goes for the fries. Ultimately, we skipped dessert.

After we couldn't make a reservation online, we did this by phone. For the food you get, it's expensive. 1 box of fries, 1 box of chips, 1 box of lettuce for 3 people and a tablespoon of mustard mayo for 3 people. For 1 extra box of mayo you had to pay extra. Terrible Dessert you choose is gone!!!! Staff hides behind the bar and takes a long time to bring what you ask No, this is not recommended!

The food was a disgrace, a toasted sandwich with hard fried cheese, a bread roll with 1.5 slices of brie. The satay was reasonable. The service handled this well to the best of their ability. But we won't be coming back. The decor is fine, but around 12 o'clock there were only 2 tables occupied including ours.

Everything is beautifully presented and there is plenty of variety: delicious sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, small cakes and fresh fruit. You just notice that they really pay attention to quality and appearance here. There is something available for specialty beer lovers, but the range is somewhat limited. However, there are usually a few nice beers on the menu that go well with food or are tasty with a drink. The service is friendly and happy to help you. Also nice: the location is easily accessible and tastefully decorated, which makes it complete. In short, Pand 147 is highly recommended if you are in Winschoten. This is the perfect place for lunch, high tea or just a fun evening out!

Lunchen in Winschoten. Aan de buitenkant ziet het er prachtig uit. Binnen ook prima. Nog voor we zaten werd er al gevraagd wat we wilden drinken. Snelle service maar wil toch graag even op de kaart kijken. Nadat we op de kaart hadden gekeken werd de bestelling opgenomen. Op de kaart stond saté met brood (?). Die snap ik al niet. Dus gevraagd mag in plaats van brood frietjes. Nee dat kon niet, alleen tegen betaling. Jammer dat ze hierin niet iets flexibeler zijn. Desnoods tegen een kleine bijbetaling. Maar dat was absoluut niet mogelijk. Ik had pulled chicken. Deze was koud en het geen pulled chicken maar blokjes kippendij. Smaak was redelijk maar doordat het te lang op de counter had gestaan was het lauw/koud door de rode kool die er bovenop lag. Ondanks mijn klacht werd hier wederom niks mee gedaan. Jammer dat er zo met klanten wordt opgegaan. Mij zie je hier niet weer

We came spontaneously on Saturday but no problem, there were several tables available and we could choose. Waiting more than an hour for 3 pieces of dry, overcooked pork tenderloin, bland, tasteless teriyaki chicken, cold fries with mustard mayo (why not just normal mayo?), cold limp fried potatoes, crudités with pickles? Why oh why use such strong flavors. So many people who don't like that (pickle, mustard in the mayo). Both service and quality were far below par.

Some fried snacks that tasted good. The balls were warmed up but were not warm and supermarket quality. Considering the price and appearance of the restaurant, this could be better. The chicken wings had been warmed up and therefore the skin was soft instead of nice and crispy. We missed some variety on the board.

Mooi restaurant met fijne bediening. Sfeer is erg plezierig. We hebben koffie en thee gehad allemaal prima. Daarna nog een kip borrelplank, als borrelplank liefhebber vonden we dit minder geslaagd. De balletjes waren niet warm en supermarkt kwaliteit. Ik had voor deze prijs en uitstraling van het restaurant beter verwacht. De kipkluif was opgewarmd en daardoor was het vel zacht ipv krokant. De overige hapjes waren lekker alhoewel allen gefrituurd. Weinig variatie alleen snacks.

Wir haben noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Der frittierte Fisch war ein Fischchen, das klein und verbrannt war. Dann sollen noch Muscheln dabei gewesen sein. Und Tintenfischringe, so groß wie ein kleiner Finger und schwarz . Das Gemüse war eine geschnittene Salatgurke, die in heißes Wasser getaucht wurde.

After not being completely satisfied with this restaurant a few times, I still took the chance to have dinner there. Firstly, we had reserved a table but it was occupied. We waited 30 minutes for stale bread with rock hard sea salt butter. After 1.5 hours we received black fried onion rings, blue fried fish, cold potatoes, cold steak rounds that were supposed to be small pieces and no warm vegetables that we had ordered. We complained and they said they could arrange something else in the kitchen. We indicated that this was not the first time that we were not satisfied. I was asked if it was that busy that time. I said that can't be an excuse. Then the staff was pushed off again, to which I also replied that that should not be an excuse. We paid for the drinks and the starter and had a delicious meal at another restaurant in Winschoten. We will never return to Pand 147!!

Today I wanted to have a bite to eat and the old lady working as a waiter was not very nice, I asked for a menu for what to eat and she said, everyone, this is not on the lunch menu what I like to order and the old woman from the waiter said we can't mean anything to you, turn around, she walks away while I haven't finished talking yet. If you work in service, you have to be polite to customers, no matter how rude you are. We ordered coke and beer and we walked away. Whatever I do is not nice, the way she acts is not nice.

Food took an hour to arrive, potatoes and vegetables very dry, salad no taste and main meal not seasoned enough, but okay. Hopefully they focus more on fewer dishes.

Vriendelijke personeel, alleen is de bediening traag. Ze staan vaak gezellig samen te kletsen achter de bar. Voorgerecht stond er binnen 5 minuten. Daarna een uur en 15 minuten moeten wachten op ons hoofdgerecht. De hele tijd stonden de lege borden van het voorgerecht op tafel en moesten we telkens vragen om drinken. Paar keer gevraagd waar het hoofdgerecht bleef. Zou er zo aankomen... niet dus. Dit is de 3e keer dat we zo ontzettend lang moesten wachten op ons eten. De eerste 2 keer waren ze ons vergeten, ik denk nu ook weer. Gasten die veel later dan ons binnen kwamen, kregen eerder hun hoofdgerecht. Ik vind 3x echt scheepsrecht... Het eten was prima, maar was in het verleden veel beter. Vlees was wat droog, weinig saus... In totaal ongeveer een keer of 10 hier gegeten. Maar de laatste tijd is de kwaliteit achteruit gegaan. Meer dan een uur wachten op een saté is echt een no go! Helaas voor ons de laatste keer dat we hier zijn geweest. Tip voor de eigenaar: Te jong personeel die hun mobieltjes en kletsen belangrijker vinden dan bedienen.

Great place for a nice lunch with a larger group.

Last time I ate here. Food was really tasteless. Vegetable (I think it was endive) had been boiled in water and thrown onto the plate and was inedible. Sirloin steak was way overcooked and had to be cut with a normal knife. Baked potatoes were not well done (not brown). Mustard soup was way too strong and the bacon in it looked like slices of sausage. So I won't go here anymore.

Cozy brasserie in Winschoten with an excellent á la carte menu. The food is good, the service friendly and the atmosphere was cozy for me. I personally had the satay, which tasted very good.

Ondanks lang wachten toch het voorgerecht gekregen. Deze was redelijk. Hoofdgerecht was smakeloos. Varkenshaassate was niet gekruid en smakeloos, veel te veel satesaus. De kabeljauw was vergelijkbaar. Wel gaar maar smakeloos. Daarnaast had de bediening het te druk met andere zaken en worden drankjes vergeten te brengen. Totale ervaring was slecht. Met deze bediening en kwaliteit in de keuken was de prijs veel te hoog. De moeite niet waard om te bezoeken.

Voorgerecht was wel lekker maar tournedo was taai, groente overgaar gekookt en salade was slappe natte boel. Jammer want je betaald best wat hier.

Wat een ontzettend nare ervaring hebben wij vanavond gehad bij Pand 147. Sinds de overname is het niet meer zoals het was! Bij binnenkomst werden wij neergezet en duurde het lang voordat er iemand kwam met onze drankjes. Voordat onze bestelling werd opgenomen, duurde echter nog veel langer. Na een half uur wachten kregen wij ons broodplankje, voor zover je dat een broodplankje kunt noemen. Het leek namelijk alsof wij de restjes van de dag hadden gekregen, het brood was uitgedroogd en in erg kleine stukjes gesneden. Nadat het broodplankje 3 kwartier leeg op tafel had gestaan en wij nogsteeds geen hoofdgerecht hadden gezien, werd het tijd om eens te peilen hoever ons eten was. De jonge serveerster zou het navragen en kwam terug met “ het komt er zo aan! “. Na nóg een half uur wachten, we waren er dus al anderhalf uur, hebben wij de leidinggevende met rode krullen gevraagd. Er waren namelijk inmiddels 4 tafels die veel later dan wij waren aangekomen, maar allang hun hoofdgerecht hadden. Volgens de dame met rode krullen kwam dit doordat de gerechten op verschillende tijden worden uitgeserveerd en andere bereidingstijden hebben. Een saté en een burger duurt dus blijkbaar 2 uur om te bereiden. Zij zou voor ons gaan navragen, maar wij hebben nooit een terugkoppeling gekregen. Na nog eens 15 minuten wachten kregen wij eindelijk ons hoofdgerecht. Je kunt je voorstellen dat wij inmiddels ook best wel dorst hadden gekregen, maar na 2 uur wachten is er ons geen een keer gevraagd of wij nog iets wilden drinken. Sterker nog, terwijl ons hoofdgerecht op was en nog een kwartier leeg op tafel stond, is er niemand naar ons toe gekomen om te vragen of alles naar wens was en of wij een dessert wilden. Wij zijn toen gaan afrekenen, maar er werd enkel gevraagd “ pinnen of contant “. Helaas geen enkele kans gehad om ons beklag nog eens te doen en ook geen enkele excuses mogen ontvangen van het zeer ongastvrije personeel. Zeer slechte zaak, ik kom hier nooit weer. Gelukkig dacht de helft van het restaurant hier inmiddels ook zo over, zij kregen namelijk ook niks te drinken. En dan nog te bedenken dat het restaurant nog maar half vol was, wat een horror als het volgeboekt is 😨

What an incredibly bad experience we had tonight at Pand 147. Since the takeover, it is no longer the way it was! When we entered we were seated and it took a long time before someone came with our drinks. However, it took much longer before our order was taken. After waiting half an hour we got our bread board, if you can call that a bread board. It looked like we had been given the leftovers of the day, the bread was dried out and cut into very small pieces. After the bread board had been empty on the table for 45 minutes and we had still not seen a main course, it was time to gauge the status of our food. The young waitress would ask and came back with “it'll be right there!” “. After waiting another half hour, so we had already been there an hour and a half, we asked the manager with red curls. There were now 4 tables that had arrived much later than us, but had already had their main course. According to the lady with red curls, this was because the dishes are served at different times and have different preparation times. So a satay and a burger apparently take 2 hours to prepare. She would make inquiries for us, but we never received any feedback. After waiting another 15 minutes we finally got our main course. You can imagine that we were also quite thirsty by now, but after waiting 2 hours we were not once asked if we wanted anything to drink. In fact, while our main course was finished and it remained empty on the table for another fifteen minutes, no one came to us to ask if everything was to our liking and if we wanted dessert. We then went to pay, but we only asked "debit card or cash". Unfortunately we did not have a chance to complain again and we did not receive any apologies from the very inhospitable staff. Very bad thing, I will never come here again. Fortunately, half of the restaurant now thought the same way, because they didn't get anything to drink either. And to think that the restaurant was only half full, what a horror when it is fully booked 😨

Went for lunch again today after good experiences in the past, this time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. But unfortunately they didn't continue the line. Several things went wrong: - When booking I asked for a table for 2 in a quiet corner, we got a table next to a long bench which was not exactly quiet. - I asked for the chef's lunch which soup was available, the options were mustard and mushroom. However, tomato soup was served, which I really don't like. When I asked, it turned out that the lady serving had made a mistake (it can happen), so they did not give me the option to choose another dish but instead served tomato soup (which cannot happen). I had to take this soup with me again. - The croquette was fried too hard. We still had to pay the full amount, without being offered an alternative for the missed soup. So all in all I left the building very disappointed.

The food was very disappointing, there were 6 of us, 4 had the hamburger, one had the satay and one had the oriental chicken. Everything was tasteless, in response to the staff, we should have said it sooner so they could have done something about it. If you can't season a hamburger, for 4 people we wonder what more you could have done... it also took a very long time before we got our food, but if it had been tasty no problem. Very unfortunate...certainly not recommended
