Brasserie Pastis in Rosmalen-Noord

Een leuk restaurant op een fijne locatie. Het eten was super en de bediening erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel was dat we wel lang moesten wachten voordat de bestelling werd opgenomen.

Yesterday we had lunch with a group of 29 people, it was so beautifully taken care of that we lacked nothing, and it was very delicious. We had a lovely time together, sitting separately in the conservatory.

The food was fine. Not better than that unfortunately... The service was neat, knowledgeable and helpful. And it is a beautiful place. I only found the price too high for the food we have consumed.

It took a long time before our order was taken. The food was really tasty. Smoking on the terrace is actually not allowed. Even if you sit on the inner terrace, you are bothered by the smoke, very unfortunate.

Eerste indruk was goed! We zaten dan ook met een gezellige groep en er werd volop wijn gedronken. Het eten was echt lekker en de gerechten waar heel gevarieerd. Wel flink aan de prijs

We understand very well that a restaurant can be busy, especially at peak times. However, I don't think it's too much to ask politely after an hour of waiting how long it will take for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, my polite question was answered with a snarl, which immediately affected the atmosphere for us negatively. When the food finally arrived, the chicken turned out to be undercooked. Because of the earlier reaction, I didn't dare say anything about it. When asked if it had tasted good, I wisely kept quiet - as an experienced manager, you should also have seen for yourself that this dish was not up to par. We paid the bill properly, but I won't be coming back here. And I will honestly share my experience with others. It's a shame that it had to happen this way, because this could really have been prevented with a little hospitality and attention

The food was delicious, but with a group of 4 heavy smokers next to you, you will be in the smoke all evening. It's a shame that this restaurant chooses to allow smoking on the terrace. Therefore a lower rating for service and atmosphere.

Wonderful location with a great terrace. An extensive menu with meat, fish and vegetarian options! Also an ideal address for parents with children and pets because they are always welcome. 🤗

Wij waren 21 april hier voor een feestelijke paasbrunch. Er was muziek. Helaas was deze niet te horen omdat een mijnheer met een gehoorapparaat de muziek te hard vond staan. Het aanbod om in de serre te gaan zitten zonder muziek sloeg hij af. Waarschijnlijk had hij wat veel azijn over zijn eten gedaan. Gelukkig kon de muziek aan toen hij was vertrokken. Tip. Kies voortaan een lunch zonder muziek of blijf gewoon thuis. Het eten was meer dan top. De bediening geweldig en de muziek maakte het feest compleet

We bezochten dit Restaurant veel vaker, en we waren altijd zeer tevreden over het eten…over de bediening soms wat minder..Tweede paasdag hadden we weer vrienden uitgenodigd voor een uitgebreide lunch bij Pastis…het eten was weer prima, maar we konden elkaar niet verstaan vanwege zeer luide onaangename dreun muziek..er was een DJ die er harde muziek verzorgde. Als we gezellig willen tafelen doen we dat liever niet in een restaurant dat meer op een discotheek lijkt…Het resultaat is een zeer slechte herinnering die ons zal weerhouden voor pastis te kiezen..

Had a nice and delicious Easter brunch, with beautiful background music played and sung live. A nice and cozy terrace. I will definitely come back here!

Tastefully decorated restaurant but little atmosphere. The menu on the internet does not match the menu of the restaurant! Sloppy! Attentive service! Food mediocre. Guinea fowl could have been more tender and cooked. The vegetable supplied was grilled pointed cabbage and it was really not optimal. Excellent fries. Actually, the appetizer was the best part of the meal. A choice of dessert with soft ice cream is really not possible for such a restaurant. Nice espresso, that's for sure.

Had a baby shower here. You get 2 different bread boards, 1 x savory and 1 x sweet. Food was very bad! You had to search for egg salad on your sandwich. And the sweet dishes came from the supermarket and frozen, some things were still frozen inside. Definitely not worth the money they charge for it. There was also live music that was so loud that you could no longer communicate properly with each other. Service and atmosphere were otherwise fine.

Nice place with nice places to sit both inside and outside. Especially outside, it immediately stands out in terms of conviviality with the nice seating areas. Extensive lunch menu with delicious dishes. Friendly staff and good service. The food was well prepared and neatly served. And tasted delicious too. Highly recommended!

Wederom geweldig lekker gegeten. Genoten van het 7 gangen jubileum menu. Eén selectie van de beste gerechten van de afgelopen 7 jaar. Alles perfect bereid, mooi opgemaakt en heerlijk van smaak.

This place is in a nice, quiet location. The menu is quite extensive so there is something for everyone. All the people at our table were very happy with the quality and quantity of food. However, they have no idea what a Caesar salad is and how it should be made (see pic). But I find that is a common problem in the Netherlands. The service was really good and the staff were very friendly.

Afgelopen zaterdag met ongelooflijk veel zin richting Pastis gegaan. De vorige keren was het echt fantastisch. Helaas viel er deze keer het een en ander toch tegen. Allereerst groot compliment aan de chef. De Tomahawk was fantastisch! Geweldig goed bereid. De service van de bediening maakte de avond helaas niet goed. Nadat we bij binnenkomst ruim 40 minuten hebben moeten wachten, kwam er toch iemand aan onze tafel of we wat wilde bestellen. Moeizaam maar vooruit.. Het opnemen van de bestelling ging redelijk vlot. Echter hebben we daarna 3x moeten wenken/vragen of nog wat drinken of dessert mochten bestellen. Erg jammer. Wie weet proberen het binnenkort nog een keer. Maar voorlopig ga ik even niet meer naar Pastis. Tip! De warmte van de heaters plus de branders tussen de tafel maakte de ruimte enorm benauwd en veel te warm om fijn te zitten. Deze zou ik minder hard aanzetten.

Last Saturday I went to Pastis with incredible enthusiasm. It was really fantastic the previous times. Unfortunately, this time some things were disappointing. First of all, big compliment to the chef. The Tomahawk was fantastic! Very well prepared. Unfortunately, the service from the waitress did not make the evening good. After we had to wait more than 40 minutes upon arrival, someone came to our table to ask if we wanted to order something. Difficult but moving forward... Taking the order went fairly smoothly. However, we then had to beckon/ask 3 times if we could order something to drink or dessert. Very unfortunate. Who knows, we might try it again soon. But for now I won't be going to Pastis anymore. Tip! The heat from the heaters plus the burners between the table made the room very stuffy and much too warm to sit comfortably. I would use this less loudly.

Too expensive. For the price you pay here, I expect a different level of cuisine.

2-course lunch menu, recommended. Steak was tender and well cooked. Service became nicer as the visit progressed. Only the stove could be a little warmer. 😊

Service unfriendly, not listening, and self-righteous. Food way too salty. Schnitzel mediocre quality. Vegetables good. Fries nothing special. Price/quality far below par. One-time visit and never to return.

We didn't get a drinks menu, just tell us what you want to drink, we have everything, was the answer. Club sandwich had little taste. BBQ ribs with flatbread were slightly better. But we were shocked that the 2 iced coffees at checkout cost €9 each. Cold vanilla coffee-like drink in a wine glass with a dollop of whipped cream. Was fun once but not again.

The food was delicious, it's a pity that you have to pay so much extra for the fries and bread, bread 6.00 euros and fries 6.50, that really shocked me.

Nice lunch! We had a sandwich with BBQ ribs. This was really tasty and richly filled with meat. The atjar was a bit lacking and I had different expectations. Furthermore, I thought the sandwich was reasonably priced (€17.50). Nevertheless, we had a very nice lunch in a beautifully decorated restaurant. The atmosphere is good here. Operation is also excellent. Parking is free in front of the door and that's nice! I would recommend it if you want to have lunch in Rosmalen outside the center.

Luxe restaurant met fantastisch eten. Zowel voor lunch als diner een aanrader. Niet goedkoop maar de kwaliteit is er ook naar. Prachtig interieur, heerlijk terras en prachtige ruime serres waar je heerlijk warm zit met het gevoel van buiten.

De Pastis remains and is a very nice restaurant to drink and eat. The quality is very good and the owners are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Delicious Christmas dinner! Nice atmosphere, good service and tasty (extra Christmas) dishes.

Not worth repeating, reservation at 8 p.m. 9:15 p.m. starter, 11:00 p.m. main course. Skipped dessert because it was already so late. It was done as if it was the most normal thing in the world. I didn't think so anyway! Oh yes, the waiter came very quickly with the bill. Even though I hadn't asked for it yet.

It was Christmas Day. Food was tasty. However, we had made a reservation for 8 p.m. Our starter was served at 9:15 PM and at 10:30 PM we still had no main course. I was asked if it would take long and was told 10 minutes. At 10:45 PM this was asked again to someone else. Then it said 10 minutes again. When it was mentioned that this was also said 15 minutes ago, they simply said 'it is no different'. No apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. The response from the staff member in question was irritated and showed no understanding. Our main course arrived at 11 pm.

Unfortunately, there was no warm welcome on Christmas Day. Disappointing, food arrived around 11pm. Reservation was at 8:00 PM. Especially the response from staff when asked at 10:30 PM where the food was. No apology or acknowledgment for it. Comment It is what it is? Hospitality course. No next time.

Fortunately, they still had a nice bottle from 2013. Always good Pastis ❤️

Been there, nice restaurant, thought the food was reasonable, everything is separate, fries, sauces, vegetables, everything pays separately.

I have been eating here regularly for years and every time it is a pleasure. The service is excellent and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The quality of the food remains consistently high, which is rare for many restaurants. The wines are excellent and the relaxed atmosphere completes the experience. Highly recommended!

Hier ter gelegenheid van een verjaardag wezen eten. Mooie zaak en goede ontvangst. Al la carte drie gangen genomen. Van de vega variant was het voorgerecht prima maar het hoofdgerecht niet echt bijzonder. Andere voor en hoofdgerechten waren goed maar behoorlijk aan de prijs. Dessert viel tegen en erg duur. Met slechts een biertje en glas wijn erbij toch 63 euro p.p.

Actually, everything is really good here, but you pay a lot for it. This does not alter the fact that we enjoy coming there.

Been here number of times because it's nearby. See and be seen quality is a bit too high. Customer friendliness very much depends on who your waiter is. Quality/price not really in balance.

Wij vonden de prijs kwaliteitverhouding ver te zoeken. 16,50 voor een caesar salade, klein bakje ijsbergsalade, wat dressing en een beetje kip. Geen broodje oid erbij. Mijn man was ook niet zo te spreken over zijn wrap. Voor ons niet meer.

Spontaneously decided to eat close to home and ended up at Restaurant Pastis in Rosmalen. The outdoor terrace looked nice and there was room for two without a reservation. The starter we ordered was ok but not what we expected. When the main course was served, a live silverfish was moving in the mayonnaise. When we asked the waiter what this was, the answer was matter-of-fact: oh, that's just a silverfish. We asked for a new mayonnaise and a new portion of fries, but we received the same container back, this was clear to us. We are entrepreneurs ourselves and we did not like the fact that nothing more was said or done about it and that we received back the same portion of fries that contained mayonnaise. Not really hygienic and customer friendly and we expected a different response.

Atmosphere was fine; service was disappointing because the bread ball intended as a starter was served together with the main courses. The food was not something we would come back for. Little taste.

Chic tent with nice arrangement of the tables outside: all in circles. It's a pity that the tables are a bit sticky: that's not because they are dirty but because something went wrong with the finishing layer (don't do anything anymore, it's fine).

I recently had lunch and dinner here. Both times great! The service is fast and friendly, plus the food is delicious! It's all pricey, but the quality of the food and service are top notch!

Nice location but prices are way too expensive for what you get. The salads are more leafy and have no taste. The drink prices are also not normal. And the service wasn't great either. The men's toilet, which has no toilet bowl, is also a bit strange in a restaurant. But for that money you can really have lunch somewhere else twice with 4 people

Everything was well organized here. Nice meal. I think a lot of business appointments can be seen from the cars. Be sure to reserve in advance.

Parkeren blijft lastig hier rondom het restaurant. Binnen tijdens de lunch volle bak. Grote zaak, volgens mij bijna elke tafel bezet. We nemen oesters en een lekkere salade erbij. We drinken er een frisse nieuw Zeelandse sauvignon bij. We sluiten af met een koffie. Wederom alles goed verlopen en ik ben fan van de mannelijke gerant. Lekker soepel en snapt wat we willen.

Today we had a high-quality Vegan dinner at brasserie Pastis. 🌱 The menu here is usually far from plant-based, but the chef enthusiastically stepped out of his comfort zone, in his creative power and created a high-quality, in-depth and culinary tour de force that many vegan restaurant owners can appreciate. Respect. 🫡 (Understandably, we had to communicate our vegan wishes a few days in advance so that the chef had time to prepare.) Thanks again for the delicious food and the good service. We'll be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very tasty food, friendly staff and top decor. The tournedos is delicious, melts in your tongue. What is less hospitable is the fact that €3 is charged separately for (red wine) sauce for this dish, and that fries are also charged separately. Tournedos/steak is already quite expensive, so the sauce that is made in bulk and the fries can still be included, right? Or make the dish a few euros more expensive and include it. Looks so bad on the bill. The service is first class: wine glasses are refilled on time from the bottle on the table, it is checked whether everything is as desired and all the staff are friendly, not unnecessarily rushed and apparently involved with the guests they serve. We would definitely eat here again.

First time guest and what a great experience. Enjoy an excellent lunch in an attractive atmosphere. The service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Geluncht met z’n tweeën, we hadden de dure (lunch)gamba salade (€ 24,—), dus daar hadden we wel wat van verwacht maar helaas, het was een klein bordje met 5 tempura gamba-tjes met baby spinazie en Parmezaanse kaas. De salade smaakte overigens goed maar was heel snel op en we hadden dus nog heel veel honger.. Toen we de dame van de bediening om een broodje vroegen, omdat we echt nog honger hadden, werd daar totaal niet op gereageerd, het broodje met dip kwam maar uiteindelijk hadden we nog steeds honger. Uiteindelijk €73,— betaald en nog honger, er werd bij het afrekenen ook niets gevraagd of gezegd, heel jammer, echt een gemiste kans van Pastis.

We hebben hier vandaag geluncht...we kenden de zaak niet en dat maakte het extra speciaal ..de ligging is perfect. De zaak ziet er prachtig uit en ....een 10 voor de linnen servetten !! De kaart is bijzonder en alles wat wij gekozen hebben was heerlijk. Mijn risotto met truffel en paddenstoelen..super.

Cena, jakość, obsługa i atmosfera są bardzo od siebie oddalone. Brak osoby zarzadzajacej personelem. Moze i duzo maja pracy w Sobote wieczorem, ale powinni byc bardziej entuzjastyczni, albo zmienic zawod. Jak na ilosc klientow, wystarczajaca ilosc kelnerow/kelnerek. Czekanie na zamowione danie z karty, 40-50 minut, masakra. A teraz perelka. Dzieki dla kuchni. Jedzenie doskonale !!!! Zeberka, filet z lososia. Poezja. Polecam dla cierpliwych smakoszow jedzenia.

One word EXCELLENT!!! Great staff (very helpful and honest), atmospheric place and setting and the food is presented beautifully.

Das Essen war gut, der Salat raffiniert, der Cheesecake pastis einfach nur ein Traum. Man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen, aber Essen sollte ja auch ein Genuss sein und Vorfreude zählt mit. Das Ambiente ist einfach und etwas rustikal, aber gemütlich.

Zo jammer, zondagmiddag 10 september 2023 wilden wij op het terras een glas wijn drinken, echter er stond een discjockey die heel vervelende en harde "bonkmuziek" draaide. Je kon niet praten. Politie kwam ook maar dat heeft geen effect gehad. Jammer!

Leuke zaak met een chique sfeer en heel aardig personeel. De kaart is niet heel uitgebreid maar de gerechten zijn lekker en mooi opgemaakt. De porties vonden wij wel wat klein.

Bediening ok , ambiance top , de gangen konden iets sneller , verders fijne avond gehad .

Excellent. I can say that they are especially successful with lobster. A child-friendly place. A place above expectations in terms of price performance. I don't remember a day I left unhappy.

Heerlijk gegeten; weinig groete en te weinig frites voor vijf mensen.

Bediening en de kaart goed. Het bestelde snel en goed gepresenteerd. Het personeel aardig en attent.
