A cozy spot for a drink or a bite to eat. The Gouverneur Blond was delicious with a portion of bitterballen.

Went to this restaurant and had left my shopping bag on the chair opposite me. As I had left the establishment I realised I had left my shopping bag there, I came back 5 minutes later and they said there’s nothing there, we were the last customers in the restaurant so I’m not sure how my bag has ‘magically disappeared’.

I had a Turkish chicken sandwich today, but it was disappointing. It was a piece of Turkish bread with 1 tomato slice, 1 pickle slice, a bit of lettuce, and 1 chicken breast. The price was €12 each. Outrageous. It cost about €2 to buy, so I ended up paying about 6 times.

An excellent place for lunch, for example. Good food at a good price.

Friendly staff. Lovely indoor/outdoor terrace overlooking Munsterplein. Delicious food, and it arrived quickly. Well-maintained.

Had lunch here yesterday with a former colleague. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, which was tasty, but for two slices of bread with cheese, ham, and some salad, it was a bit meager and way too expensive. Basic ingredients cost no more than €2, so price-wise, it's outrageously expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it, even though it tasted good.

No fuss. Just a patio as it should be. Drinks were brought pretty quickly. Friendly staff.

Ordered Tapas and tastes authentic. Beer is good. Service was quick and convenient.

We waited 20 minutes for service. Despite eye contact, we were apparently invisible. We went to find another terrace. I can now recommend Brownies and Downies. They are friendly, helpful, and the food was excellent.

We had a delicious meal. We'd ordered breakfast in advance, and it turned out to be a very luxurious one.

The club sandwich at Ver'Koch for €16 or €19! is a joke; it consists mainly of salad and toast. It's truly outrageous for the price. The atmosphere there is very nice!

Don't order a club sandwich, It's a glorified sandwich for €16.00 Service is neat and friendly. No second time, too bad, could be so much better for those euros.

We sat in the "winter garden", the chair cushions are now unappetizingly dirty - old and new stains, full of food residue... The service staff is very attentive and fast. The food (mushroom schnitzel and kibbeling) is on the level of a chip shop - the fries are not well seasoned, the schnitzel is dry, there is no noticeable dressing on the salad. Definitely overpriced for this meal.

Very tasty food and also nice that different dishes are available in smaller portions. We found it quite dark inside.

We had a cappuccino here today and shared some ice cream. There were three scoops of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and cream. For us, €10.50 is very expensive for the service offered. At the Italian restaurant in Neuss I would have had an ice skating rink in my stomach. :) The toilets were fine and it was good to wash your hands.

Sat outside. Good and fast service. Food was really tasty. Perfect for a short break after shopping.

If you haven't been there for a long time, a cup of soup now costs €9.50 and if you want a large cup, it costs €16. It's quite tasty and it's nice to sit there, but I think the prices are out of proportion.

Tried for lunch today. Wasn't busy at all. Sat down and still not served after 10 minutes. Although there were plenty of staff passing us, we weren't even worth a glance.... So we left after 15 minutes.

Last year, we sat down to take a break after shopping. It was very affordable in terms of price performance, the staff is friendly and attentive to you, we were sitting at tables outside, there was a very pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. The interior of the place was quiet and peaceful.

Me and my friend had a luxury breakfast , it was delicious , with fresh tuna salad , salmon, different meats and scrambled eggs , croissant and butter and jam , two drinks , and real freshly squeezed orange juice , I wish I had asked for a doggy bag , to take home what was left but the friend I was with didn't want me to . The safe were friendly and polite .I will definitely come here again .nice view over the square and church , highly recommend

Enjoyed a delicious (gluten-free) breakfast on the attractive terrace. The service is also smooth and very friendly. It has a fun and varied playlist of music, which really improves the atmosphere. Also not very important as far as we are concerned. Next time we will go for the slightly more extensive 'Ver'koch' breakfast.

We are away for a mid-weekend in Roggel and went to Roermond today My 4-year-old daughter had a great time jumping on the bouncy castle and we enjoyed a wheat beer from the tap. The staff is really super friendly!! Later in the day we had a bite to eat here, which ended the evening nicely We will definitely come back to this restaurant again

We had lunch on Sunday. The salad was plentiful and delicious.

The service consists of "holiday kids", the food is anything but good and the prices are completely inflated. (French fries/frikandel 15€) Unfortunately we were blinded by the beautiful location. You won't see us here again!

Wunderbar - wir gehen immer hier essen wenn wir Roermond besuchen! Nettes Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienungen, symphatischer Chef. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und bietet außer den üblichen Hollands Snacks, eine Vielzahl an variantenreichen Möglichkeiten auch für Veganer! Auch wenn es inzwischen ziemlich teuer ist, genießen wir unseren Aufenthalt immer!

We ate inside with a large group of clients with wheelchairs. Efforts were made to create seats, staff very helpful. Special wishes were fulfilled immediately. Clients enjoyed it!!

Didn't eat but had a few drinks, friendly staff and good service

Today we went to eat something with 3 people. My food was of very poor quality. The fries were not cooked properly and tasted bland. The schnitzel was also not of very good quality and the salad had minimal dressing. You could see on all sides that the plate was made quickly with little creativity and finesse. When I went in to report my complaint to the bar, I was informed that I had to report this question to the waiter, but they were busy. Finally a female employee came to me and I passed on the complaint. She then offered if I wanted new schnitzel and fries. However, the 2 others were already there finished and I was visibly irritated. I indicated that I was very dissatisfied with the food and did not feel the need to get a new plate of food afterwards that was not to my taste anyway and that the others had already finished for a long time and this was uncomfortable and I had to eat the food. didn't have to anymore. The lady in question consulted and returned with the message that she could not help with the bill, because half had already been eaten, but was willing to offer a free drink. Then something snapped in me and I told her to give the plate with the rest of the food back. This was no longer possible, because it had already been thrown away. Moreover, the lady indicated that there was enough salt and pepper available, to which I indicated that I did not see anything on the table. She replied that I should have just asked. One of the others tried to suggest whether a free dessert was possible instead of the drink. She then replied: “It depends on which dessert”. Then I was completely done with it and finally, after waiting almost minutes, the payment was made, after the other server also indicated that he had forgotten it by mistake. Somehow I had hope that it would have been worth the wait, but the bill simply stated the full price! It didn't feel hospitable or service-oriented at all. Moreover, the toilets were also very dirty and the waste bins were full of paper. Often the condition of the toilet tells you what the location is like. It really was one big fiasco. I will never come here again unless the owner takes this review seriously and refunds the money for the dish to my account and promises to do better next time! I have a very bad aftertaste from this.

Enjoy something tasty to eat and drink

Das Essen war typisch niederländisch. Kibbeling(was leider zu stark gebraten war, fast schon schwarz). Schockierend aber war der Toiletten Besuch: auf der Ablage, neben der Klobürste, standen zwei Madonnen Statuen. Für uns eine Blasphemie. Eine Unverschämtheit. Wenn es an der Stelle eine Mohamed Statue gestanden hätte, dann wäre die Empörung sehr groß gewesen. Und es wäre wahrscheinlich nicht dabei geblieben... So was haben wir auf unseren Reisen noch nie erlebt. Egal im welchen Land, egal um welche Religion es handelte. Wir werden diese Lokal nie wieder besuchen. Es steht im totalen Widerspruch zu unseren christlichen Werten. Eine Schande.

Stopped for lunch. We had to ask for the menu and were given a Dutch menu - no problem and we started to use a translate app. The helpful waitress bringing our drinks offered an English menu. Great! However, we couldn't get anyone to take our order. We asked two members of staff to take our order and both acknowledged us but didn't return to take the order. After nearly 30 minutes we managed to pay for our drinks and left. The food coming out from the kitchen looked good but I don't appreciate being ignored. We took our custom elsewhere.

Super lekker eten zag er mooi en verzorgd uit supervriendelijke bediening vooral de jongeman Bo. Zeker een aanrader om eens te gaan eten.

Unfortunately, this visit was not successful. The weather was very nice on Tuesday June 25 and the terrace was not busy. We thought we would have a nice drink. However, after sitting there for 10 minutes, no waiter came to us, even though they had walked past a number of times. It seemed like we were invisible to them. After 15 minutes we left again.

Always friendly staff, nice under the lime trees, now blossom but you can knock that off the chair cushion, last year umbrellas hung above you, now red mouths are also so nice, (Roermond mouths) passable, on cold days you can sit behind glass,

A brasserie is not a restaurant, so the quality is different, but friendly service, a tasty and affordable drink, the view of the square, well, that's fine.

Went there for breakfast. The place is nice and cosy. Personnel was attentive, not overly friendly. Never had a breakfast with only half a croissant, the menu actually promised a full one. No clue why, but that was bothering. You wanna get what you pay for.

The visit to this restaurant was a good experience: good food, fast and friendly service and reasonable prices. We will be back.

Enjoy a nice terrace. Ordered a delicious piece of cake with extra whipped cream. Pastries were good. What a shame is that they add whipped cream, which collapses and waters down after 5 minutes. At Jumbo you can buy good whipped cream for a few euros that is tastier and does not get watered down so quickly. This seems that the purchasing price is more important than the quality.

Sat on a covered terrace. I ordered a bottle of rose there for €21.50. This was of very low quality and tasted downright bad. I looked up the pink and it turned out to be for sale for €3.50. I understand that the catering industry has to make a profit, but do so with good quality and then charge a little more for it.

Wij zaten in het glazen huis links. Niet zo sfeervol wel lekker warm en het eten was prima.

Staff are more concerned with themselves than looking around to see if any of the customers need anything. The appetizer garnish 8 pieces is on the small side for the price of 8 euros. Then you can expect a good bitterbal and not a snack size.

Bij afrekenen via pin naar boven afgerond. Gevraagd werd om de kaart aan de voorkant van het pinapparaat te houden waardoor het bedrag niet zichtbaar is. Toen ik vroeg of ik het bedrag even mocht zien bleek het te hoog te zijn. Zou een misverstand zijn.

Heerlijk ontbeten in de zon op terras midden in de stad. Heel uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Personeel vlot en vriendelijk.

Wir lieben es hier in den etwas ruhigeren Morgenstunden zu frühstücken. Das angebotene Frühstück ist schmackhaft und reichhaltig. Im Tagesverlauf ist das Restaurant, gerade an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen sehr gut besucht, da wird es schnell dann auch einmal etwas lauter und turbulenter. Allerdings muss man hier auch den sehr guten und vor allem perfekt eingespielten Service hervorheben. Wenn man berücksichtigt wie viele Plätze das Restaurant im Außen- und Innenbereich zusammenbringt ist es schon beeindruckend wie schnell und gut der Service arbeitet. Alle Speisen sind von guter Qualität und im vernünftigen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für den nächsten Besuch in Roermond.

Service, prijs kwaliteit en kwantiteit TOP !!

Dit zag eruit als een gezellig plekje om even wat te eten. Op 3 augustus stond hier een groot springkussen voor het terras, waar mijn 3-jarige dochter zich even op kon uitleven. Het was, ondanks het regenachtige weer best druk op het terras, waardoor het vrij lang duurde voor mijn bestelling werd opgenomen en gebracht. Een prima tosti en tosti Hawaï werden geserveerd met wat komkommer en tomaat (tot grote vreugde van mijn dochter). De vreugde straalde helaas niet van het personeel af. Ik kan me indenken dat het best doorlopen is op zo'n drukke dag, maar echt welkom voelde ik me niet. Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar ook niet echt gastvrij. Voor een volgende keer zoek ik naar een prettiger plekje. Er waren maar twee dames toiletten, waardoor we wel even moesten wachten. In het smalle halletje is dat niet perse handig.

Heerlijk gegeten (de tagliatelle vedure), super vriendelijke bediening en erg snel geholpen. Wanneer men in Roermond bent, raad ik zeker aan om hier een hapje te eten!
