We went there twice.. the first time we tried the tartlets, and the second time we had cake. The tartlets look really beautiful, but I found them extremely sweet and would have preferred more cake than cream. The cake was okay

Have been coming here for years, sometimes twice a year. This baker is really good, every morning we get fresh bread from the camping de nollen by bike. There are no bakers of this quality in our area anymore!!! We are happy with it, the ladies behind the counter are always customer friendly!!!!! And the choice is huge.

Wow, what a great bakery. When you enter you see that everything is fresh, all the products smile at you, as do those very friendly employees. The sausage roll was the tastiest I have ever eaten in my life. (73). Instead of a lot of dough it was a lot of tasty meat. N 10+ for the store

There's a reason this place is well-regarded; it's a great bakery staffed by friendly people. Both their standard white bread and their sourdough are really good, and their puddingbroodjes are the best I've had. Prices very reasonable, staff were lovely. They're good at dealing with tourists as well, in both German and English. Very much recommend!

Yesterday we went to Callantsoog, on the way back, got some Easter bread and 3 pastries. I don't think I have ever eaten such delicious Easter bread in my 51 years!! My husband thought this too. So fresh and the almond paste so tasty, just bizarre! Pastries were also delicious. You could taste that everything was fresh. So if you are in Callentsoog, I would definitely drop by. 💞

We bought some bread there earlier and ate it straight away in the holiday home. Very very tasty. A small, firm, round rye bread for the evening...if there is still some left over ;-) The young saleswoman was very friendly and gave us excellent advice.

They have the best tarts in the world here. Advocat and the banana tarts are particularly recommended. Always worth a visit.

Perhaps a good baker. However, the price of currant buns is out of proportion. €10 for a bag of 10 currant buns is absolutely ridiculous!

The baker has very tasty baked goods. Everyone gets their own taste there. We ate ham crossaints, they were great! If we were on vacation for longer, we would definitely have bought something for breakfast there every day. The prices were okay too.

Very large selection of different baked goods. I found the service staff courteous and friendly. I had wholemeal rolls and a hazelnut foam pastry, unfortunately I can't remember the Dutch name of the pastry. Both tasted very good. Of course a sweet sin that is worth it!

good and tasty assortment, nice and friendly staff, but not satisfied yesterday. The desired baguette was prepared without gloves. Cheese and ham were removed from the containers with our fingers (unfortunately more than unhygienic!). Unfortunately butter, cucumbers, tomatoes and eggs are not included. And at the same price as offered - should be checked internally...

The nicest and friendliest bakery in the Netherlands. The bread and pastries are very good. My brother and I enjoy going there every Saturday. And the chocolate bonbons are an absolute must.

We went to the bakery for the first time over the Easter weekend. Nice store, super nice service and a great selection. The baked goods were also delicious! There was only one thing that bothered us and we would be very happy if they would take another critical look at the issue of racism and rethink the name M****kop. We firmly believe that there are many other names for this delicious pastry :)

The West Frisian krentemik from vd Ploeg, in my opinion, one of the best I have had, the bread not too hard and dry, distribution of sugar throughout almost the entire bread and not hard like concrete, which often happens.... in short🔝.. n SKOFTUGE MIK!! and the ⚘️🌷 tastes ok here!! a bakery to just try everything once 😉

Oliebollen are tasty. Apple fritters are not as they should be and for that price. A real apple fritter includes a slice of apple with cinnamon spice in it.

Eine tolle Auswahl an Brötchen, Brot, Törtchen und Gebäck. Die Brötchen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Törtchen haben unseren Geschmack leider nicht getroffen.

Umfangreiches Angebot von ausgefallenen Sachen, tolle frisch belegte Brötchen und leckere Brote. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein Einkauf lohnt sich. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. In dieser Bäckerei gibt es viele köstliche Sachen. Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Wir sind aktuell während unseres Urlaubs in Callantsoog fast täglich morgens Kunde. Ich freue mich morgens auf ein leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen. Hier gibt es viel Auswahl und alles war bisher gut und lecker. Auch Kuchenauswahl ist gegeben. Optisch ein Hingucker, hab davon aber bisher noch nichts probiert.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich komme seit 1967 jedes Jahr nach Callantsoog und freue mich immer auf die leckeren und frischen Brote und Leckereien und das jeden Tag im Urlaub. Ich muss betonen, dass ich in der ganzen Zeit noch nie unfreundlich bedient wurde. Macht bitte weiter so! Een echte aanrader! Ik kom al sinds 1967 elk jaar in Callantsoog en verheug me elke vakantiedag op de heerlijke en verse broden en lekkernijen. Ik moet benadrukken dat ik in al die tijd nog nooit onvriendelijk ben bediend. Ga zo door!

Seit Jahren gehen wir dort hin. Immer sehr freundlich und lecker. Die Brötchen sind immer schön knusprig und die leckeren kleinen Küchlein mit großer Auswahl immer frisch und eine Versuchung wert. In diesem Jahr habe ich dort zu einem Geburtstag eine Torte bestellt. Schön gemacht und sehr lecker gemacht. Der Slogan "Baakerij Peter van der Ploeg, daarvan krijg je nooit genoeg" ist zutreffend.
