Small café/bistro with a charming courtyard terrace. We've been there several times because the quality of the food and drinks and the friendliness of the staff are simply top-notch! A definite recommendation!

We bought a few pastries and a “dessert” here for breakfast. We were served in a friendly manner and the baked goods were all fresh and delicious (some even warm).

A nice little cafe...unfortunately neither the croissants nor the baked rolls that were served for breakfast were edible! For a cold egg, 2 super-thin slices of cheese and a small dollop of jam, the price is absolutely not justified! I'm definitely not coming back!

We had breakfast for two people. When it was served, we were a little surprised that there were no rolls because we thought it wouldn't fill us up... but we did. We probably had to pay €32 for it too. A little tip for the owners: maybe put a note on the door that you are allowed to go on the outside terrace with dogs, as you are very dog-friendly 🐕🥰

True to the motto small but nice. Central in the city, so easy to stumble upon. The staff were incredibly friendly and also concerned about the well-being of the customers. They offer a super creamy strong cafe The tarts and the cake are very tasty, especially the carrot cake blew me away. Fortunately, they also spoke German, which was very beneficial for us as German tourists I would always come back Best regards

Unfortunately (August 3, 2024) we had not made a reservation and were then asked out very curtly. That's why we (3 people) unfortunately can't say anything about the food or the prices. It's a shame 😢, this service was very unfriendly to us that morning. That could have been said differently.

Our tradition: go to Zoutelande once a year and have breakfast here. Yummy!

Went for breakfast a few times this week and bought bread. Delicious products, also organic and from the region. Excellent service and nice atmosphere! Even though it was busy, the waiters had a chat and came several times to ask if everything was okay. Super nice thing!

Unfortunately, my birthday breakfast there was poor and far too expensive. The table was too small and had hardly any space for the plates. No fruit or vegetables, two slices of cheese and a bit of jam with a croissant and rolls. For about €13? Without coffee. Too bad.

It's very comfortable here. The service is very friendly and cheerful. The selection is simply delicious and plentiful. I recommend having breakfast here, it's a pleasure.

We went to the market for the first time on Tuesday! We asked if we could use the toilet. And that was allowed! Very friendly, helpful and hygienic 🍀 In addition, the food was fantastic 😍

2x Very nice breakfast April 27 and 28, 2024. Very friendly owners (Erik and his wife... sorry, forgot their name). Time for a chat, we also have organic bread for home. The goat cheese sandwich was so much, I couldn't finish it. Tasty thick slices of bread. Cappuccino was also possible with oat milk. Good luck! Go visit it. Also open on Sundays. Only closed on Thursdays.

A very nice bistro with a nicely designed interior and an outdoor terrace. The staff is very friendly. The price-performance ratio is okay. Fresh rolls, still warm croissants to sink your teeth into, delicious! The coffee is strong and can wake the dead! That's how I like it.

Had a delicious breakfast at Brood en Brunch. Jane and Erik really take the time for a chat. Cozy sitting area and even when the weather is nice there is a patio where you can sit.

There was no breakfast at our accommodation. Fortunately for us, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast here every morning. You will receive a warm welcome and the service is excellent. The bread and other treats are wonderful.

Small restaurant with a few tables. It was busy, so the service staff seemed a little stressed. The price has already increased, therefore only 4 stars. We paid just under €90 for 4 people.

Als wir nun 4 Tage in Zoutelande waren, haben wir einmal morgen hier Brötchen geholt und am Abreisetag haben wir dort sogar gefrühstückt. Die Angestellte (etwas kleiner, lange Haare, Brille) war außerordentlich freundlich.🩵 Die Brötchen so wie auch das Frühstück waren unfassbar lecker. Man kann außen und innen sitzen. Für jedes Wetter gut geeignet. Jeder der Also in Zoutelande ist, sollte sich dort ein Frühstück gönnen. Wir werden es sicher wieder machen.

Beste koffie in Zoutelande, pittig en smaakvol. Gemoedelijke plek met persoonlijke aandacht en ruimte voor een knipoog. Aanrader!

Lekker gegeten. Aanpassen van enkele gerechten ivm allergieën was mogelijk, dat was prettig! Ze hebben speltbrood en een alternatief voor koemelk.

Ein liebevoll eingerichteter Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit tollem, leckeren Frühstück. Das Personal ist an Freundlichkeit und Bemühung kaum zu überbieten. Hier stimmt jedes Detail.

Hinter der unscheinbaren Fassade lässt sich der gemütliche Gastraum gar nicht vermuten. Die Kombination aus Bäckerei, Konditorei und Bistro ist sehr gut gelungen. Das Omelett und die Pancakes sind sagenhaft. Als Kaffeespezialität kann ich den Latte Speciaal empfehlen. Und als Sahnehäubchen kommt dann noch die superfreundliche Bedienung oben drauf.

Einfach perfekt. Erstmal super freundlicher Service. Und das Essen ist einfach der Hammer. Gute Qualität und super lecker. Das Brodje pulled chicken hat eine angenehme leichte scharfe Note. Die BBQ sauce passt sehr gut dazu. Das Vega Club sandwich ist reichlich belegt , siehe Foto, und lecker abgeschmeckt. Die Trüffel Mayonnaise sticht nicht zu sehr hervor. Das große Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichhaltig und enthält alles was das Herz begehrt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren 9 Tage in Zoutelande und haben dort jeden Morgen Brötchen geholt. Die Verkäuferin mit der Brille ist sooo so nett, das erlebt man selten. Sie macht alles das man happy ist. Wir haben einen Kuchen mit Mandel und Passionsfrucht gekauft und waren begeistert. Den haben wir direkt nochmal geholt. Preis Leistung stimmt hier total, Kaffee Brötchen und alles süße schmeckt einfach hervorragend. Man kann auch Brötchen vorbestellen. Einfach klasse!! Und vor allem tolles Personal! Die besten Brötchen von Zoutelande!!!
