I love going to De Broodbode. This was our first time in Zutphen. We decided to order two salads: the vegan salad and the bulgur feta salad. The vegan salad wasn't right because feta had been added. The reason given was that they were experimenting with salads (?). We sent the salad back and received a new one. Unfortunately, the avocado was missing, and we pointed this out. We received a tiny amount of avocado compared to the bulgur salad. The salads were okay, but we regretted not ordering a sandwich because they are delicious. I would either remove the salads from the menu or not order them at all!

De Broodbode in Zutphen delivers value for money and operates at a pleasant speed. The bread is fresh and flavorful. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Ciabatta: a generous ciabatta topped with tender chicken, a rich teriyaki sauce, lettuce, spring onions, and sesame seeds with wasabi mayonnaise. Highly recommended! They clearly put a lot of effort into the product. There's room for improvement in terms of service. The team consists of many enthusiastic but young employees, who lacked a certain attention to detail, such as providing cutlery. Nevertheless, lunch here was a treat. An excellent place for a generously filled and fresh sandwich.

Update 2025: The coffee is way too hot and tastes awful. Feedback is barely responded to. I finally filled up my stamp card, but it turns out the terms and conditions have changed, and my old stamps are no longer valid. What kind of strange service is this? The sandwiches are still delicious, but the service has reduced them from 5 to 2 stars. Forget all the lunchrooms in Zutphen and go straight to Broodbode. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, super fresh ingredients, and delicious coffee. It's a great place with children because they have several seating areas. Also a great place to order your business lunch. Finally, you have something tasty to eat at the office! The prices are very affordable. With the stamp card, you can quickly save up for a drink or a cookie.

There aren't many bakery shops in Zutphen. But you're usually in good hands here. They even have homemade bread. Sometimes, unfortunately all too often, sandwiches have hardly any fillings. Whether someone is topping them with tiny hands, a pirate patch over their eye, or while doing other things, I don't know. It's a shame, because you pay between €7.50 and €8.50 per sandwich.

Had delicious sandwiches with colleagues today. The sandwiches were delicious; I had a multigrain ciabatta with creamy brie and nuts. We received friendly and fast service.

I have been coming here regularly since the beginning, friendly staff, very nice owner and good bread quality and price ratio. Today I was disappointed, they need to clean better. After finishing my food, a silverfish walked over my table, I don't like this. hygienic.

Nice, attractive restaurant with delicious bread and beautiful toppings. If the meat were also organic or sustainable, 5 stars would have been awarded, but who knows for the future!! In any case, a very tasty lunch and very affordable!!

Delicious! The banana, yogurt and honey smoothie was really good. The Formaggio hot panini was also great. Nice and hot and tasted really good. Recommended!

Lekkere broodjes en verse smoothies. Alleen jammer dat we geen keuze meer hadden uit de broodsoorten omdat alles al op was behalve het speltbrood. We waren daar rond half 2/2 uur en konden nog net een speltbrood krijgen. Ik vond het broodje parma ham zo lekker dat ik er daarna nog een wilde bestellen, maar toen bleek het brood helemaal op. Prijs/kwaliteit was super. Gewoon onder de 10 euro en goed belegd. Op sommige plekken betaal je wel 12 euro voor zo'n broodje. Enige zou ik dus verwachten dat er meer brood op voorraad is voor dit type lunchroom.

Dit is sinds enige tijd een van onze vaste adresjes voor de zaterdagbrunch. Heerlijke broodjes en zoetigheden bij een fijn kopje koffie. Wat extra krantjes zou het nog net wat meer naar onze zin maken!

Heerlijke broodjes!! Echt een aanrader, ook als je er veel besteld is het op tijd klaargemaakt. Je kunt sparen voor stempels waarbij je een volle kaart kunt omruilen voor iets lekkers.

Ongedwongen sfeer, lekkere koffie en de geur van versgebakken broodjes doet je watertanden.

Dit had ik eerder moeten ontdekken!! Vers gebakken brood met een breede variatie aan beleg. Prima bakkie koffie of thee erbij. Tot de volgende keer

Broodjes zijn super lekker, we kunnen niet wachten tot jullie ook weer in de binnenstad van Deventer zitten!!. Ja de sfeer, het zou iets gezelliger aangekleed kunnen worden. Door iets meer een woonkamer uitstraling te creëren. Maar gelukkig zit het bij jullie altijd goed vol. Dat komt door het belangrijkste heerlijke broodjes en goede bedienning.

Lekker vers brood. Simpele combinaties in beleg. Coppa di Parma en roostbeef teriyaki zijn zeer aan te raden

2x geweest eerste keer perfect 2e keer broodje te lang gebakken tomaat was ook niet zo best ....smooties zijn weer wel erg lekker de rietjes hoeven niet
