Good news it has been sold to a new owner

The food is excellent. But the portions are small, even though you pay a hefty price. Ordering is like playing Russian roulette; if you don't check beforehand, you'll rarely end up taking home what you actually ordered.

Closed more often than open, which is ridiculous. They're now the only one left in Doorn. The menu isn't that extensive anyway. I'd suggest adding more snack bar sandwiches and opening later. People still want to be able to order at 8 p.m. Lucullus did much better. The dishes are also consistent; everyone prepares them differently.

These days, they're closed more often than they're open, and if you do get food there, it's not always complete or good. I recently got some fries and the sauce was practically impossible to find. As was the ridiculous price for a sandwich with barely any filling. Sorry, but I'd rather go to Langbroek to get food because this is completely pointless.

After a trail run, six of us had a delicious snack here. Excellent service, tasty snacks, and a nice place to sit.

Refreshing to see a Dutch owner instead of a Chinese one! Friendly service, delicious goulash croquette, but a 'normal' portion of fries for 3 euros was bizarrely small; smaller doesn't exist. It was neatly filled to the brim, not even a mound of fries on top. Not particularly tasty, although well-cooked, but I went to bed hungry and still amazed.

Ate today. Uninviting patio. Weeds everywhere. A tiny plastic plant on the table. No more hamburgers. No more rustic fries. One of the fries was forgotten.... Doornse toasted sandwich was very tasty.

Worst chip shop I have ever been to. Staff was not very friendly, order was ready quickly... When I got home and saw my box of chips I immediately went back because it looked more like children's chips than normal chips... Took the entire order back and eventually got chips with it. When I got home the chips were not fried long enough so they were not tasty. All in all, I will never go back here.

Wonderful place where I have been coming for years with my daughter, especially to go out for a meal. And she also with friends. It's something we'd love to come back to.

Just got dinner. Two fries and a cheese soufflé sandwich. When I arrived, the woman behind the counter wasn't very friendly. I clearly asked for a cheese soufflé sandwich with peanut sauce... well, no peanut sauce on the sandwich, and the cheese soufflé wasn't cooked enough, it could go straight in the trash. Too bad, I wouldn't recommend it here.

Orders get priority. Of course. But waiting 45 minutes for a frikandel? You call this fast food?

Delicious freshly baked bread, richly topped and beautifully presented. But above all very tasty!

It is a slightly more luxurious snack bar where you can sit quite comfortably. Toilets available. Wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff!

really not tasty! Peanut sauce had a strange dark layer, just overcooked both the fries and the snacks, that there are young girls standing there, okay but they can't bake! Not worth repeating! 🤢

Very tasty, neat and cozy cafeteria. What a relief... now again a very caring, neat "snack bar" The special frikandel sandwich is served in a very generous and fun way. The sandwich with frikandel is loose next to a container with the mayonnaise, curry and onions, very nicely done! There is even a garnish served that is also very tasty with a good dressing... (we are talking about a cafeteria here).. The fries neatly placed in a stone bowl with generous mayonnaise... great!! The croquette sandwich is just a croquette sandwich, but nothing to complain about. Service very friendly and the toilets are clean. All this gives an impression of a very well-maintained business. a great pass, an 8.5!

Delicious soft ice cream, very friendly staff.

Being on the road a lot, and therefore also a lot in and around the catering industry, I can safely say that I had a fantastic cup of coffee here with an ice cream surprise for free and for free. Together with a delicious sandwich, this is highly recommended for lunch, for example.

Food is perfect! Not fried too greasy. Furthermore, friendly staff who understand how to run a snack bar. As far as I'm concerned, the only round containers that contain the fries should go. Or order larger sauce containers because it was a bit sparse.

I thought twice about getting a quick sandwich. But both times I waited 25 minutes for a brie sandwich. So I won't be coming back here again.

Het eten was voortreffelijk en heel belangrijk, Vers! Kopje koffie met een lekkere verassing erbij. Het is er verder schoon en het personeel en Chris heel vriendelijk.

Het eten was heerlijk goede bediening top

Prima snackbar met groot terras. Vriendelijk personeel. De Doornse tosti is een aanrader als je echt honger hebt.

Erg lang wachten, en klagend personeel.

Een fijn restaurant, voor een lekker kopje koffie, met een vlaai punt, liefst met slagroom. Warm aanbevolen.

We bestellen regelmatig eten hier zowel voor het bezorgen als afhalen als daar zitten en er het enige wat mis is gegaan is dat het pin apparaat 2 maal niet werkte. Het eten nooit problemen mee, komt altijd goed warm aan, netjes verpakt en smaakt lekker. Wij zijn erg tevreden over deze zaak.

Op zondag verkeerd bezorgd, dus te laat. Maar dit hebben ze ontzettend goed opgelost door alsnog m’n eten snel te bezorgen (gratis!) en hierbij een waardebon en ijsjes toe te voegen. Mijn complimenten voor de goede service!

Van de buitenkant denk je dat het dicht is, zo donker is het binnen, echt Nederlands, vriendelijke eigenaar, lekkere patat netjes verzorgd opgediend, de soarmarol was nog koud van binnen.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kwaliteit van het eten is smakelijk en goed. Ook de presentatie is goed en origineel. Geen doorsnee cafetaria.

Vandaag eten besteld en laten bezorgen. Uit eerdere ervaringen was het altijd goed. Echter vandaag was de patat lauw, weinig pindasaus bij de berenklauw en de milkshake kregen we niet door het rietje, omdat deze vacuüm trok. Jammer
